If you are trying to get your life sorted out, you can count truly count on every single person in this building. From the lovely michelle who greets you when you first come in to the therapist Frank Healy, who radiates with postive energy to last but not least Dr.Mark who genuinely cares and you can feel that as soon as you speak with him. I’ve been coming here since 2014. The nursing staff and counselors have improved so much over the years. The front desk receptionist Heather is warm and welcoming. The nursing staff is quick, professional & thorough. My counselor Jamie is the best I’ve had in all of my years of recovery up to this point. She always points out the positives in any situation and has a soft & loving way of talking through anything negative. Aside from her loving & professional style of counsel, she has degrees and certificates that make her more than qualified for the job. Out of all the facilities in the area that assist with medicated outpatient addiction treatment, AMS is the cleanest, most qualified and most professional.

I love this clinic, my counselor is awesome (Brian) so is the new director, she's cool as a fan and the dosing nurses are awesome Hattie and Corey, Corey's is new but she picked the dosing aspect up literally her first day now she's as quick and polite and beautiful as ever. When I started here the staff before and up to today was beautiful and respectful now to management you all let a great doctor Doctor Seth which is very sad and now Doctor Boyd one of the best caring doctor a Christian woman with Faith is God go when Dr. was on vacation there was one Doctor tried her best to put me back on narcotics methodone I refused I didn’t want a life like we all had before and of this management had a heart and there Faith of Gods Love they would of kept around two doctors of the best I ever met that truly cared about their patients it takes a Heart not about saving a few dollars and put doctors in place of Doctors Seth and Dr.Boyd but them two are doing well and so blessed my heart goes the staff because if they let 2 wonderful great doctors go they will let staff go because of greed and management doesn’t care about their patients or staff they care about the money money only you all keep God first starting out the day and watch the beautiful blessings keep coming in your lives 🙏😇✝️ and to Doctor Seth and Doctor Boyd Gods going to bless you both in many ways love you both I’m a Christian it’s why I say this to everyone

I went here June 28 2024. What a wonderful experience!! I'm coming up on a year and feel great being sober. You could not ask for a better staff. You feel like family. My counselor was Paige and she was wonderful. Then to learn that most of the staff went thru the same thing I had been going thru..alcoholism. I'm a new person and I look and feel great!
Please....if you are skeptical please don't. Take an advantage of this great program. You'll be glad you did. When it was time for me to leave it was bitter sweet!

Today's marks my 4 year sober anniversary and it all started with Seabrook. I went when COVID was everywhere and unfortunately after a week about half of the staff was out due to testing positive. Even with half of the staff gone, the rest of the staff did everything and anything they could to help those who truly accepted it. You're able to see people from all walks of life, different backgrounds and of all ages struggle to find peace within themselves and know you're not alone. The speakers who come are extremely powerful with their raw true stories about addiction BUT also more importantly about how they're recovering and kept fighting for themselves. I had no idea what to expect when I went as it was my first time getting help and even acknowledging I needed it. Going to Seabrook and getting sober was the absolute best thing I ever did for myself. Life can be hard but it's not attacking you personally. Once you start to heal yourself, you see more of the beauty in the world and in people. There's way and I mean way more good people than bad. They want to see you succeed and just be happy. Those people are everywhere and once you clear the fog(drugs) from your mind and body you will find them. You then become those who helped you and you get to help others just by staying sober and showing it can happen. I know you guys will be open once again to help those who need it. I have so much love for all of you and thank you for never giving up on us even when it's hard. I am a recovering alcoholic and today I have 4 years sober. I have a new career, an amazing fiance and my life is just beginning. Never give up and know you're not alone. Zoom meetings are 24/7 and they're tons of communities online. You got this! 😀❤️

This place was and still is a blessing for me. This was my first time in a place like this and it was a very positive experience. I can not say enough positive things about the cit's and Maryville in a whole. I was treated with respect from everyone there. I feel as though they go above and beyond for there clients. They give you all the tools you need to be successful apone leaving and I'm very thankful for that. It is how anything is in life you will only get out of it what you put in to it and that being said I got more than words can say out of it, but that is because I chose to make it that way. I want to thank Maryville and all the cit's / counslers there you guys have saved my life and I will forever be thankful to you all. Big shout out to a few people who deserve honorable mentions as they went above and beyond for me and everyone around them. First is Derek and Tay they work over night and we're always a ray of sunshine when they came in. Mr E is the most down to earth man and super understanding. Incredible services. The staff is so caring and compassionate. They will help you with anything that you need. The environment here will make anyone feel safe. I cannot recommend this place enough. This program has changed my life.

Connections is now Coras and has been for a while. The management has changed and the staff also has gotten better. They do care however don't expect them to do more then what you are willing to do 😜. I endorse them

Updated 2024 - Still grateful for ARS. The nursing & front window staff is incredible. 🖤 THEY are who holds this place together & keeps it running smoothly. But since my original review, owners have taken on even MORE patients. I have gotten to a place where I only go 2 xs a month. So doesn't affect me as much as it will newer patients. But still wanted to make a note of it.
I have to start out saying ARS is what you make of it. I have been on this program for many years (that is MY journey, maybe not yours) but i have YET to have ANY issues with staff abusing power. A legit 10 + years and not ONCE has anyone abused their power w me.
👉*IF YOU*
• Come and do what you are SUPPOSED to.
• LEAVE when u are done.
• Stop using (u have time to adjust.)
• Give clean drug tests.
• Dont cause chaos & drama.
•Treat everyone how YOU like to be treated.
👉You should NOT have any problems.
👉*But...If you*
•Befriend all the slackers w no jobs doing nothing w their lives still.
• Chill in parking lot for an hour (or until kicked out by security.).
• Make BFFs w other patients that are STILL living dirty.
• Find yerself a boyfriend or girlfriend that is still using OR new in recovery also.
👉 Basically if you treat this place A SOCIAL EVENT/ dating app - Yes, you WILL have issues & time there WILL suck.
I do agree w/ one of the posters before me...it WAS better in Sommers Point. When we moved locations they took on WAY too many patients. When I started there was a little over 200, now there is 3 TIMES PLUS that. Staff doesnt have the time they need & have WAY too much on their caseloads. Granted, Dr.Roth is a SUPERHERO. He will gonabove and beyond for you if he knows you are doing the right thing.
But for a PRIVATE (aka for profit) facility, I DO expect to get what I NEED out of it. At OVER $100 a week per patient + payouts for things we accomplish (i.e. groups, sessions, ect) it would be nice to have the community feel we once had here. It was SUCH a great place when the staff wasnt overloaded. And I mean GREAT. I understand this IS FOR PROFIT clinic but it's started to get that "state funded" feel. 😞 I mean, obvi this IS a BUSINESS, but still. There has to be a line drawn somewhere. I have moved many times for work in life so have been to 5 diff clinics. State funded AND private. I picked this place BACAUSE it was privately owned.
It's STILL a great place, and i am grateful for it. Don't get me wrong... but if u knew how much better it was run BEFORE the move -
you'd understand.
Again-Stay away from the slackers & drama queens/kings. Do what you are supposed to do. Give clean drug tests, Go to at least 1 group OR see yr councelor for alternate ways if u have a career/work days. GET A JOB or go to school & make something of yourself. Nothing will change if YOU don't.

Met me where I was and was very understanding and encouraging. I was accepted into the program as where I was not accepted into another program without going inpatient despite my circumstances. I am very grateful. Today, about 4 months later, my life is so much different and going in the right direction. I am making progress everyday.

In 2021 Extremely difficult to get help, was hung up on after being put on hold for 20+ minutes...

Great place for recovery! They have child care if you need it and possible transportation. They also have services for domestic violence. I wish I would have came sooner. Best counseling I've ever gotten. 💖🌠 If you need help I highly recommend them.

Since they changed places and moved 2 Pleasantville it has been the best place ever! They work with you sometimes a little strict but that's because they care and trying to show you THERE IS A WAY OUT '.... they have excellent groups, we have workers that will help you go on if you're interested reaching a plateau whether it be work, transportation, or mental help, going back to work etc. Not just a place of medication oh, it's a place of help real help and there good people once you get to know them they become your friend! And I've seen quite a few different counselor s LMAO.... though I've always been on the up-and-up not breaking any big rules. I only question is why we do not use the red syrup methadone!??.... I have stomach issues where sometimes the medicine doesn't Workwell! I prefer the red syrup I don't know if we'll ever change to that but otherwise I give John Brooks 95%! They really do try to show you THERE IS A WAY OUT !!!!👍🥰🙏✝️

I stayed here for 6 months in 2016.. this place changed my life and changed me (for the better)from the inside out. I definitely recommend this place a million percent! The people who work here really really care about their clients.. this place might not be top in luxury... And I have even heard people talk down on it because it's not new and flashy.. but this place puts so much time and energy into their clients. They truly care about helping their clients to get better ! I would rather go here or send someone I love here than anywhere else! They really work to find out your core issues, and what is causing you to use.. and then help you to figure out new coping techniques to prevent future relapse.. everyday I am so grateful for my experience here... Everything that I learned here changed me for the better! I am grateful for everyone who worked here and touched my life.. I look at how far I've come and I can honestly say that I wouldn't have been able to do it without jbrc. 👍💯♥️ If you are looking for a place to help you get better... Or you care about someone who is deep in addiction and you want to see them get help... I definitely recommend sending them here! 100000% and if you are reading this review...
