I am grateful to have stumbled upon Project Chesapeake. At first glance I thought they only offered addictions counseling but was happy to find they work with a variety of ages and address mental health concerns as well. I have seen therapists for trauma related issues at several other practices. I finally feel like I’ve found a therapist who is helping me grow and make positive change in my life. My therapist is lovely! She’s helped me work through a lot of trauma as well as helping me navigate daily life stressors. I truly feel supported and heard. She is compassionate and cares for her clients. This is by far the most effective therapy I’ve received out of the 7 therapists I’ve worked with over the past 12 years of on and off trauma work. Highly recommend!

Ashley Addiction Treatment is a truly special place doing incredibly important work. What has always stood out to me is the compassion, dignity, and genuine care they bring to helping people and families impacted by addiction. Recovery is about so much more than treatment. It’s about helping people feel seen, supported, and hopeful about what comes next. Ashley clearly understands that and has built a community around it. I’m grateful for the work they do and the difference they continue to make in so many lives. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ashley to anyone looking for help for themselves or someone they love.

I transitioned into Ashley Outpatient immediately after being discharged from inpatient treatment on January 7, 2025, and the continuity of care made a significant difference in my recovery. I completed my assessment on January 8, 2025, and began the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) the following day. From the start, Ashley Outpatient provided a structured, supportive, and clinically grounded environment that helped me stabilize and build momentum. The IOP schedule—group therapy three times a week and individual therapy twice per month—was thoughtfully designed and highly effective. The group sessions offered connection, accountability, and shared insight, while the individual sessions allowed me to work through personal challenges with focused therapeutic support. The staff consistently demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and a clear commitment to evidence-based care. On May 2, 2025, I transitioned into the Outpatient Program (OP), which continued to provide meaningful structure while allowing me to practice greater independence. The OP schedule of twice weekly group therapy and monthly individual sessions has supported my ongoing growth and helped me maintain stability as I navigate daily life. I have attended all required sessions and remain actively engaged in treatment. I am still currently participating in outpatient services, and the continued support has been essential in strengthening my coping skills, reinforcing healthy routines, and sustaining long term recovery. Ashley Outpatient has been a reliable, effective, and empowering part of my treatment journey. I am grateful for the program’s structure, the dedication of the staff, and the consistent encouragement that has helped me move forward with confidence.

They actually listen to you and know what they're doing, they don't just take notes and do what they were going to do anyway, they actually cater to your specific circumstances, let you give input, take that into account, and adjust your treatment accordingly, I've had so many bad experiences with other clinics, so I'm glad I finally found this place! Also, the pink haired Lady at the front desk will remember your face and add you into the dosing queue the second you walk through the doors. She's super fast and good at her job but lady I wanna say GOOD MORNING to you! like... please. you're super good at your job but let me say good morning and say it back to me. I'm not trying to make conversation. I just want to say good morning. 😊😊😊

I've been driving my father here, several times a year, for quite some time now. Staff is always welcoming, the doctors, in any field, always speak with my father like they've been friends for years & making sure he knows exactly what to expect before, during & after his procedure/surgery. Athough it's a hike from the Atlantic City area, the doctors & staff make the drive worth it every single time. I'm actually here now & although there's a bit of a wait, it's still comforting knowing my father will be in good hands.

I have been on methadone maintenance for a long time over 15 years. Most of my experience was with BD Health in baltimore. Once I changed to medmark my eyes were open to a whole new way of treatment. Before when I was at BD I felt like I was just a gas and go paycheck. I never got counseling. The treatment plans were just bullshitted. Here at medmark my counselor Mary is extremely helpful. Over the course of the time that I've been there she has realized what works best with us when we do our counseling sessions. She realizes that I do not have too many outlets so she lets me open the floodgates and for my heart out to her and it's always judgment free. I can tell that she is on my side 100%. Also the front staff Miss Cindy is absolutely amazing. She is completely professional extremely helpful to answer any questions. I also want to compliment the nursing staff. It is a good place, it has a good location and I like the treatment that the staff gives to their patients. I recommend it totally, just that the process to register is a bit tedious.

Lotus Recovery is very professional amazing staff and support great place to become a patient beginning your recovery treatment your treated amazing there all staff really treat you very well the staff shows everyone that your recovery is important to them as well as it’s should be important to you I went to brandywine your treated like a addict there poor care at brandywine Lotus recovery is the way to go there is no drug activity on site everything is very professional amazing once you become a patient there u don’t want to go anywhere else for your treatment lotus is the best place I’ve been to in Delaware you would think it’s too good to be true until you witness how great this place is for your recovery clean facility very well kept up and it’s a very nice place from all the other places I’ve been too I would refer anyone there i also see comments in the reviews about people saying they don’t offer transportation that’s not true they pick people up s drop them off they have two vans and two drivers also they offer help getting people approve for bus tickets and your insurance offers Lyft rides to and from the clinic back home i see people with these opportunities everyday all I can say is for people who never been there go and see for yourself ima. Patient there and still currently and I’m new and my recovery is going very successful I have transportation but most of the time i choose to walk for a peaceful outing in the early morning unless the weather is cold or conditions are bad enough to prevent me from walking Lotus is truly an amazing place with a great experience involving your recovery as long as your committed and the counselors are great miss Sonia and Chrissy are the best counselors a person can have when facing their recovery the support level is very highly appreciated
