And the group therapy they offer becomes a space to practice new ways of thinking with other people and not just a safe place to vent.
Treatment Meets Real Life Schedules
They’re open weekdays from 8 AM to 8 PM, which makes it easier to fit any therapy session into busy schedules. There are some people who have mentioned they’ve had a really great experience working with Mental Health Systems, especially with their DBT program. They also treat chronic pain and developmental disorders within their network. But there are other people who have said communication and insurance can be confusing.

DBT is so worth it but go somewhere else!!! Went here at a teen for several months and I’m writing this years later. Going here was very traumatic for me. I was very depressed and missed a couple of group appointments. When I showed up after missing a couple they kicked me out of the group in front of everyone and sent me on my merry way. I remember being so shocked I just said thank you and I’m sorry and left. They offered no support. Nothing. I could have died that day. The therapists name was Nicole Szczebak. She was the worst therapist I have ever seen and I gained nothing from my sessions with her. She would rush every single one of our appointments so we would end 20 mins early. She’s the one who embarrassed me in front of the entire DBT group when I was at my lowest. This organization does not keep people safe.
mhs I spent almost 7month there from my experiance it is ok to keep you track your mood and How you feel but not that much in improving what Iam stuggling with and the big reason that I give 1star is that one I start 3days my insurance cover and everything is good but when I change in last 2month to 1 day session I found my self with too much pills I have to pay I can't even handle it and found out that my insurance is not covering bc they put me with someone out of my insurance network even if I ask them before I start shifting to one day if insurance will cover and assure me yes
it's not my fault but I am still have to pay alot
so before you decided to go make sure your not facing that bc it is exhusted
