The best part about Lincoln is it’s real life. They don’t shove you in a corner and lock you in they give you freedom and the support to get better. All the counselors and the therapist were awesome. BHT was very helpful instead of forceful.

A great environment for a reset. Excellent educational program teaching the why of addiction and coping skills for when cravings happen. Time for self reflection and after group activities including peer led recovery programs like AA, DARMA and SMART. I highly recommend Lincoln detox and therapy.

All the staff I loved. I never had any issues with any of them. I felt welcomed when they called me by my name (Miss Gail). I have issues with remembering names but they all knew me. Shout out to all the facilitators. They did an awesome job. I only wish I could contact them and use them as a sponsor. I came there on my own, much older than all the other clients, and respected everyone’s story. Today, I still feel very determined to succeed and beat those odds of returning to Lincoln.

Absolutely not a place to send your child for mental health. They forget to give meds that can trigger mania if doses missed, or as they say are out but magically find some when we complain… Stacey who runs the mental health side, plays high school mean girls games and does not treat the patients equally; made my daughter feel singled out and excluded. She’s extremely unprofessional when questioned about her actions! The place is a disgusting pigpen! No one cleans as claimed on Sundays! No one cleans ever; dishes, trash, dirt everywhere. Staff steals from patients rooms. My daughter had high blood pressure there, which was new to her..ended up in ER, as they were all over the place with meds and not giving anything to control it, until we demanded it. She’s 20 years old and 100 lbs! After ER visit, they stopped doing electronic check bps, as they didn’t want her to know her own readings. People bring drugs there! The list goes on…..

the food is good. no housekeeping gets done. mental health side is neglected, understaffed. i loved my therapist, that’s about it. the supervisor of mental health does not care about you, acts like we’re in high school, and neglects clients needs. in a place where you’re trying to get your mental heath straightened out - that is crazy to me. i enjoyed topics in group and the bonds i made there. the staff, unfortunately, doesn’t seem to really care about your well-being. they want you there so they get paid. things were very unorganized and meds where always getting messed up ( i.e them not having correct dosage so just giving me a different one). i left before my 30 days were up. the substance side seems like they’re getting better care.

As a mother that sent my son here for over 30 days it was HORRIBLE! Drugs were allowed in, when I went to visit it was dirty, dishes everywhere, nobody picked up after themselves. My son's meds were all over the place. I asked several times to come do a group meeting and "NO". He was just another addict that failed. He was discharged to live in his car again. Nothing changed. Sad

This is a great facility, but with one glaring caveat. If you have any type of seizures, epileptic or pnes, I do not recommend this location. They will flat out ignore you having a seizure. It happened to me and 2 other people during my stay. They had all the necessary information to help me and ignored it. They will laugh about something being in the air. Nurses will walk right past you. It took 3 people telling her I was having a seizure before she punched me in the chest. I was then treated with zero compassion or gentleness. Like I was faking it.
