I attempted to exchange an unworn item with original tags still attached, and actually planned to spend twice as much as the exchange amount. The store's rigid exchange policy (it was a gift and I didn't have a receipt) proved to be incredibly frustrating and customer-unfriendly.Despite the item being:-Currently available in-store at full price-Completely unworn with original tags intact-Sought as an exchange rather than a cash refundThe staff refused to process my exchange. What made this experience particularly bewildering was the store's apparent inability to recognize a straightforward, low-risk transaction. By denying an exchange for an item that could immediately be resold at full price, they lost not only a potential immediate sale for more than the exchange amount, but also future business. The inflexibility of their return policy suggests a management approach that prioritizes bureaucratic rules over customer satisfaction. This approach is short-sighted and will drive me to shop elsewhere.

This was by far one of the worst shopping experiences I ve had in a while. I live about an hour from this location and decided to come out to this store given the store size in hopes of finding a dress for my baby shower events next weekend. Upon walking in I was never greeted or asked if I needed any help. The store was not particularly busy as it was a rainy Saturday. I browsed around, grabbed about 15 different items, and not once was I asked if I needed a fitting room or any assistance holding the clothes while I shopped. After carrying my items to fitting area I asked the young girl for a room while struggling to hold all the clothes. she walked over to an open room, some of items fell out of my hands and she stood there waiting for me to pick it up without any assistance.Normally I wouldn t care but at 7 months pregnant I had to bend down while holding the rest of the hangers as she stood there and watched. While in the fitting room not one employee came over to ask me if I needed different sizes or assistance. I walked out with my items and I m not sure if it was the manager or another employee next to the young girl working the fitting room, but they both kept talking after seeing me standing there with all my hangers. The lady that looked like the manager just looked at me as if it was an inconvenience I was returning the items out of the fitting room. She never asked if anything worked out, if I was looking for anything in particular, NOTHING! I had to ask if I could leave my items that did not work out with them. Not a word was exchanged! I have never been to an Anthropologie where I didn t have an employee greet or ask me if I needed assistance after grabbing a few items. North Park, Allen, stone briar, all those ladies have always made me feel welcomed! It s very disappointing already dealing with the frustrations and emotions of pregnancy and not feeling like myself, to then receive that type of customer service. I really wanted to find something special to wear and feel good and confident for my baby shower, but unfortunately I walked out feeling more frustrated than anything! Extremely poor customer service.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

heart-hands iconIntervention Services
Intervention services helps family or friends of addicts stage an intervention, which is a meeting in which loved ones share their concerns and attempt to get an addict into treatment. Professional intervention specialists can help loved ones organize, gather, and communicate with an addict. They can guide intervention participants in describing the damage the addict's behavior is causing and that outside help is necessary to address the addiction. The ideal outcome of an intervention is for the addict to go to rehab and get the help they need.

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

During rehab in Texas, you'll deal with underlying issues that contribute to addiction. By addressing these challenges and learning healthy ways to cope with them, you'll develop strategies that help you live a drug-free lifestyle.

A combined mental health and substance abuse rehab has the staff and resources available to handle individuals with both mental health and substance abuse issues. It can be challenging to determine where a specific symptom stems from (a mental health issue or an issue related to substance abuse), so mental health and substance abuse professionals are helpful in detangling symptoms and keeping treatment on track.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Programs

adult-program thumbnail image
Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
young-adult-program thumbnail image
Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

Hello everyone, I really love this place it is amazing!! I buy the dress and the white sandals, I knew it was go into be expensive, was my first time I’ll definitely comeback. Also I’m Hispanic and when I was inside some of the clients look at me like if i didn’t have money to buy. 🧐. But. but do not go with appearances, because we never knows who’s can make a purchase of more than 1,000 dollars. when you looking for a good quality cost money. Those people who Say there is expensive they don’t know, how it is I do have a business and I know. sometimes people tell me the same thing. That I charger so expensive but when is a good “Quality it cost money.”! ❤️🔥😍 t

Customer service needs significant improvement. I came in to return an item without a gift receipt, and instead of focusing on finding a solution, the lady at the front desk repeatedly emphasized the lack of the receipt. It felt more like I was being reprimanded than assisted, which was frustrating and unhelpful. Additionally, they mentioned they don’t work with the NorthPark location because that location “never answers their calls.” This lack of communication between stores creates a disjointed experience for customers, especially when trying to gather information or resolve issues related to purchases made at other locations.

Go to the one at NorthPark Mall the staff there are so much nicer. I had ordered a necklace online and chose to pick it up at this store. The instructions online were to make sure that I get an email stating the necklace is ready to pick up and when I get there to click "I have arrived" so they can start getting it ready. I did both. I got the email stating the necklace is ready to pick up and I clicked "I have arrived" after I parked. Walked in explained to the manager why I'm there and she looked all confused and stated that doesn't mean the item is available to pick up just because I got the email. But after some asking around she finally found it. I thought she was new and then found out she is the manager. Then I had an online purchased dress to return and she told me online and store merchandise are different and they don't handle online purchases. Wrong because I have returned online purchases at the store in NorthPark with no problems. Very rude, dismissive and unprofessional.

Many years ago before I entered the Corporate world I worked at the Anthropologie in Highland Park Village as an assistant manager and sales associate so I’m familiar with their policies and the caliber of customer service most Anthropologie stores expect. I went into the new-ish Knox Henderson store on a Saturday and surprisingly they weren’t very busy. I needed to return two dresses I ordered online that didn’t fit. I looked around beforehand to see if I wanted to buy something else. I got to the register and was told that both items could not be returned because the associate said they were “final sale”, which they were not. In fact, I showed her my receipt and how the online receipt allowed me to return it to a store and actually provided not only a print out return slip to show to the store to start the return but a shipping label as well if I wanted to drop it off at UPS. She looked at me with steal eyes and said the website should have told you it was final sale, and an item is final sale when it has been marked down more than once. Her attitude and delivery was so rude and I showed her the return slip. Clearly if the order number was allowing me to print a return slip to the store then it was eligible for a return. She just said, then you should try returning by mail. With that she tossed my items in a bag, asked me for my phone number and began to try and ring up the other items I was planning on buying without even any other explanation or assistance on the two dresses I needed to return. I was so humiliated and disappointed in her behavior and the terrible customer service that I told her I wasn’t going to buy the other items. She looked at me with disdain and walked away from the register. This was after she threw away the bags that the returns would need to be returned in, now that she was forcing me to have to return by mail. Anyway, I don’t normally complain about things like this, but having worked in the retail industry for over ten years and also working at Anthro for three of those years I thought this was terrible enough to complain. In addition, that store was dead for an afternoon Saturday when you would think it would be bustling with customers. Maybe they are running off good customers with their terrible customer service? I won’t be returning to that store for sure. I’d rather drive a few extra miles out of the way and go to the the Highland Park store, the Northpark store or for that matter the Frisco store. I won’t step foot in the Knox Henderson store ever again. What a shame as that’s my neighborhood. Anyway, just putting this out there. Save your time & money & spend it at a different location that offers better customer service and has nicer people working in the store. I want to say the two women working the fitting rooms that day were very nice and helpful. So clearly not everyone in that store is rude.
