Had a good experience overall. The techs and Holden made the biggest difference.
They verbally abusive potential clients over the phone. They get your intake information for about an hour. They day certain items are allowed. Then they transfer you to Victor, who negates what intake says. He was extremely abusive to me over the phone. I reported to the supervisor and he did NOTHING about Victor's verbal/emotional abuse. If they are that abusive over the phone , one can only assume this practice extends into treatment. DO NOT GO HERE
Amazing place help me a lot with my mental health and getting everything organized on what I need to do and being able to form a plan under all my stress made a lot a friends everyone was so helpful and supportive
