I made an appointment for my husband and had to wait a month to go. When we got there, we went upstairs and there was a sign saying to check in the front desk on the 1st level floor. So we went and my husband got checked in. They called his name, but it wasn't for the dentist appointment. So we waited and went upstairs to get called on and nothing. We waited for an hour for nothing. I'm guessing communication isn't good?

Didn’t have to wait a long time the nurse doctors receptionist phlebotomist everyone I interacted with was nice. Answered my questions and made me feel like they really cared.
