I'm giving South Central Mental Health in El Dorado a 4 star rating because there's always room for improvement. I appreciate my old therapist (for privacy reasons I will not State who that person is) He was very polite. A gentleman. Had a very caring nature. I appreciate his willingness to help me. I also appreciate him being skeptical when I wasn't being honest with him. I appreciate him allowing me to rethink the whole moving in with my dad discussion because it would have been bad. Towards the end I needed a change because I went through personality changes. I felt that my therapist then did not recognize me anymore because I changed after being in state custody. I appreciate the receptionists for always making me laugh and giving me candy at the time and a rubber stress ball. Very kind. Thank you!

Really nice place to visit. The reason being, is that the staff are nice.
And the architecture is a bit antiquated and nice to see.

Very helpful. Place is a bit like a maze but workers have always stopped and helped me find where to go. Saw my Primary care and the next day got call to make specialty care appointment. I've had several appointments and been very pleased with timelines, professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy.

It was very much a tough love facility, which is the only way to get through to me. I didn't have any problems personally with the staff (other than my big personality clashing with staff's big personalities at times), they were all very nice to me. But they don't take no shit either, so don't pick this place trying to stir up trouble. You will not get along well. The kitchen staff is SO loving, I wish I was able to eat more while I was there!! It always looked so delicious and had huge helpings. I like this facility out of all other 7 times I've been elsewhere, because it is a dual diagnosis. They really give you curriculum that helps you to understand why we think and are this way, rather than the basic curriculum. Thank you all staff for being a helpful stepping stone in my story.

I love the dccca family! From the inpatient staff, the outpatient staff, the child care people to the dccca family Preservation people they are all amazing! AND A HUGE SHOUTOUT TO THE KITCHEN STAFF! the food is to die for! At dccca you become one big happy family I enjoyed every minute my kids and I where there I would do it ALLL OVER AGAIN! I feel so at home at dccca. I'm blessed to have had the experience! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DCCCA!!

I knew I needed help and researched several different recovery centers before calling Bel Aire Recovery Center. It was the best thing I ever did because it saved my life. I was admitted within a couple of days and once I entered the doors the trajectory of my life changed. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable about addiction and recovery. The counselors helped me with past trauma and gave me the tools to succeed in my journey to a life of sobriety. It was my first time in treatment and I had no idea how much I would grow and heal.

Best place for intensive treatment! They will go above and beyond to get you where you need to be. All of the staff are great and knowledgeable. Shana, Elizabeth, Kari and Mrs. Linda are wonderful counselors. Can’t leave out Chanda and all of the techs. Awesome program and awesome people!

I was blessed with the opportunity to go to wrc at the beginning of 2016. The Kimtechs where very personable, I used to always ride w ms.dourthy to go pick up the food from Options, we was allowed to smoke cigarettes in the courtyard, which I enjoyed. The only issue for me is who I got as a Counselor, Mrs Brown I believe her name was. She just wasn't as involved as other counselors. Maybe they paired me w her bcus they knew I didn't need a lot of supervision. which I didn't but it might've been nice to have some -one on one- w a professional, learning healthy coping mechanisms. Since that was my first attempt to get clean since I started at 12, I ended up having 4½ yrs clean that time ... Thinking about checking out their new location

The entire staff is very courteous and professional. My wife has dementia. Tacy Smith took enough time to fully understand what we needed. She made a very small change in my wife’s meds that has made a tremendous difference in mood and overall disposition. I highly recommend the South Central group.

I chose to review South Central Mental Health in Augusta with 4 stars because I'm very satisfied with the services I'm currently receiving however I chose four stars instead of five because I think there is always room for improvement. I appreciate South Central Mental Health for all they do for me. They have been stern and strict in the past which I did not respond well to at the time. however. Now I find it necessary for the way I was I behaving at that current time. I've been enrolled with South Central since I was eight and have seen many staff and many employees come and go. I have a mental health matters sign in my room and it's a permanent reminder to always appreciate modern mental health treatment. I would approve of the '70s way of treatment less. The building is way more modern, was recently remodeled. So much cleaner than comcare. Thank you staff and therapist for always believing in me even when times were tough.

In June of this year I had never been more broken and hopeless. I had no desire to live anymore. God gave me the power and willingness to give Valley Hope in Moundridge a chance. It was the greatest decision ive made. They were there for me and walked through all of my trauma with me. The staff was top notch. Through being there for me through my detox and then being there to walk me through my life they were my angels. The counseling is what really made my experience there unforgettable. Today I am sitting at 99 days sobriety and I wouldn’t be here right now if it wasn’t for the help of VH and Ofcourse God. They showed me the love I had searched for all my life. Nah I don't have a drinking problem I can work until 5 to start drinking. Some days were good only to have 3 tallboys and days I need to have more. I was in denial because I didn't have to have a cold one in the 1st thing in the morning. But I realize that I was having trouble getting through the days without it. I had a wonderful experience with Valley Hope Moundridge! I came in a broken person greeted with hugs and promises that life gets better, and it does! I am currently 2 years sober and still going strong. There is HOPE for people today that need guidance away from the pain and suffering of alcohol and drugs and this is the perfect place for it. Dr.Warren is the most caring MAT provider I've ever had the privilege of meeting. Out of hundreds of clients he remembers my name and goes out of his way to greet me whenever around and make sure he is accessible to each and every one of his patients to answer questions, encourage and build the best individual recovery plan for everyone possible. But let's not forget about his wonderful staff of amazing counselors, nurses and receptionists that go above and beyond to not only do the best job but build relationships with each and every patient. I've been to multiple MAT treatment centers but Wichita Comprehensive Treatment Center is by far the in the business! As someone who was terribly frightened of starting on the path to mental health recovery, Comcare made it very easy. The workers were patient with my inexperience and my intake was a breeze.
My greatest fear was that I'd be treated as an attention-seeker, or foolish for having done my research. Instead, my intake practitioner was thoughtful and receptive, and agreed with my basic coverage of things; though I am not a skeptic of therapy, it was not what I needed. Referral to a medication consultation was quick and painless, as was that appointment.
Above all, everything has been immensely affordable -- and more importantly, Comcare doesn't pressure you to cough up. I've never once been made to pay in office, or even asked to. I get my bill in the mail, and pay when I am able.

*I had a friend who also went to pfh to get clean about 7 years ago and the change in this place (from 7 years ago to now) is nothing but amazing!
The staff are ALL caring, loving, people who want nothing but the best for everyone who steps foot inside this building!*
I would suggest before arriving for your stay that you call and verify what items you are able to bring and what items aren't accepted.
Ask about possible medications and scripts your doctor may have you on - they do give some medications and you are even allowed to have some items such as hygiene and OTC meds such as Tylenol.
I'd recommend having some cash or change as well, they have a vending machine you'll get access to.
You might also get to go on a day trip to Walmart, so if you'd like to spend some money at Walmart - you'll need to bring some!
🤍The last thing I can truly suggest is.... arrive with an open mind and an open heart to allow these loving people to help you become a better/healthier version of yourself.
Your loved one deserves their love/help to get clean and live a life they are proud of! Get your loved ones back - get with PFH to secure their bed! It'll be worth it 🫶🏼

I really appreciate the amount of time and effort the counselors and BHTS apply to each individual client!!!! I believe this to be a adequate program if the client is willing to put in as much as the staff do. Thank you PFH :)

Was here multiple times for psych and once for alcoholism. I am above middle class, have a degree, and just have bipolar disorder from genetics. The people complaining don’t know how good it is compared to other facilities. The place is clean, the food is great, and the staff is amazing. Please remember the people reviewing this place have issues and can be handful. Most people who have problems at places like this, unless it is filthy, create their own problems.

One of the best facilities I have ever stayed at. Staff is awesome. The best doctors. If I ever have to make a choice to go into a inpatient facility this is the number one choice I would recommend and I've been to 17 different facilities in my life
