Eric is great and down to earth! I'm a female so I wasn't sure I would be comfortable with having a male therapist but no issues what so ever. I highly recommend him and everyone there.

The entire staff is very courteous and professional. My wife has dementia. Tacy Smith took enough time to fully understand what we needed. She made a very small change in my wife’s meds that has made a tremendous difference in mood and overall disposition. I highly recommend the South Central group.

I chose to review South Central Mental Health in Augusta with 4 stars because I'm very satisfied with the services I'm currently receiving however I chose four stars instead of five because I think there is always room for improvement. I appreciate South Central Mental Health for all they do for me. They have been stern and strict in the past which I did not respond well to at the time. however. Now I find it necessary for the way I was I behaving at that current time. I've been enrolled with South Central since I was eight and have seen many staff and many employees come and go. I have a mental health matters sign in my room and it's a permanent reminder to always appreciate modern mental health treatment. I would approve of the '70s way of treatment less. The building is way more modern, was recently remodeled. So much cleaner than comcare. Thank you staff and therapist for always believing in me even when times were tough.

I was blessed with the opportunity to go to wrc at the beginning of 2016. The Kimtechs where very personable, I used to always ride w ms.dourthy to go pick up the food from Options, we was allowed to smoke cigarettes in the courtyard, which I enjoyed. The only issue for me is who I got as a Counselor, Mrs Brown I believe her name was. She just wasn't as involved as other counselors. Maybe they paired me w her bcus they knew I didn't need a lot of supervision. which I didn't but it might've been nice to have some -one on one- w a professional, learning healthy coping mechanisms. Since that was my first attempt to get clean since I started at 12, I ended up having 4½ yrs clean that time ... Thinking about checking out their new location

Dorothy the administrator, she saved my life! She's like a guardian angel! All the staff there at that time at first were like evil and mean... But in reality they all worked together to help me. Thank you guys!

Other than the long wait for surgery . It was a great experience. The nursing staff were excellent i couldn't have had a better experience with not just one but all the staff you have an excellent bunch of staff working for you I wish to thank everyone of them couldn't have been in better hand 😊

I think we need more places like this in our community, it is one of the few places of rehabilitation that I have known that offer a real rehabilitation, I am very satisfied with the service I received.

I am angry that tiffany huxman works here. She ruined my life when I saw her at newton prairie view. She told me to cut my hours at work. All that did was make the family angry at me and caused my house to go into foreclosure. She didn't listen to me when I told her it doesn't work cutting my hours at work. When I cut my hours at work due to tiffany huxman badgering me and peer pressuring me then I was disrespected by my family which only raised my blood pressure. Besides that tiffany huxman is a jerk and when I would give her my honest answer she yelled at me for being direct. Tiffany huxman also prescribed welbutrin on top of caplyta which raised my blood pressure. Tiffany huxman is dangerous and shouldn't be a nurse.

Wonderful to visit the tribe when we are in the area. Always seem to find family and extended family nearby

My counselor has helped me in more aspects of my life than just addiction treatment. She has encouraged me to get help with my mental and emotional past. She truly cares about each and every one of her patients and she will tell you how it is and not beat around the bush. And that's what I appreciate about her. She makes sure that I am doing ok as I'm weaning myself of the methadone currently and helps me with problems that I don't speak to anyone else about. So M. If you ever read this thank you for everything you have done for me

The people that work here have a lot of care and concern for the patients. They are supportive and understanding and will help you with anything they can. God bless you all.

My elderly sister was admitted Sunday night for low blood pressure and irregular heartbeat. Every single person we encountered was caring, kind and compassionate. My sister has multiple food allergies and is blind also. The dietary department went above and beyond to provide food for her. Every nurse and pca were attentive and so helpful. I am deeply grateful to you all.

The surgical staff was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. It’s the best of all the hospitals where I have had orthopedic surgeries. The staff is attentive and waiting for help or pain meds is minimal. They do their best to keep you ahead of the pain. -I can’t say enough about the staff, the facility and every dept. we needed.

5 star to Cardiac Rehab Team. They treat you with respect, kindness and as if you matter! And I'm not even the patient. Tasha especially has gone beyond expectations. She is helping with an insurance issue but has advocated for my hubby since Day 1. He now attends their gym and I'm his +1.
