called 3 tines talked to 3 different people. no one could tell me where bldg 29 is. found bldg. after waiting 15 minutes for handicap parking. appointment was on 1st floor. first floor is groud floor 2nd floor is 1st floor. very poor directions.after visiting dr. De hart my rating goes up to 4 stars. she was great.

I've always had a wonderful experience here. I go in once a year for my check up. I get labs done 2 hrs early, then just hang out until my appt. The staff at the clinic and labs have always been great. Recently I went in to have a CT scan done. The folks in room 111 were just as amazing. The lady at the front desk (didn't catch her name) was very friendly. And Hailey who did my IV and did all the prep was excellent. Huge shout out to room 111!

As someone who was terribly frightened of starting on the path to mental health recovery, Comcare made it very easy. The workers were patient with my inexperience and my intake was a breeze. My greatest fear was that I'd be treated as an attention-seeker, or foolish for having done my research. Instead, my intake practitioner was thoughtful and receptive, and agreed with my basic coverage of things; though I am not a skeptic of therapy, it was not what I needed. Referral to a medication consultation was quick and painless, as was that appointment. Above all, everything has been immensely affordable -- and more importantly, Comcare doesn't pressure you to cough up. I've never once been made to pay in office, or even asked to. I get my bill in the mail, and pay when I am able.

Most of the time they are either free or cheapest when using their pharmacy, which is on site. You also get a food voucher if you need it, after every appointment. Their food pantry is on site also! Just takes a while to get through, but worth it. Healthcore is a Community; not a cold, white walled, Doctor’s office that employs snobby receptionists, grumpy nurses, and finger pointing doctors.

I've had an excellent experience with Comcare during the past few months (as I've been inching my way thru a very difficult season of unexpected isolation & post trauma fear.) I've called their 24/7 crisis support 3x (when I simply needed words of support) and dropped in to the crisis center 3x (seeing a different crisis clinician each time), and each of those clinicians was *very professional, astutely skilled in helping me, compassionate, and encouraging. I've also been getting short term case worker support (weekly, with one clinician), which has been exceptionally helpful in giving me emotional support (and the *excellence describes her, too!). Definitely a 5 star experience for me, and I'm so grateful.

I am 5 starring this for treatment purposes only. Unfortunately they weren't able to help me cause meetings made me think of drugs more and intensely. However there were a lot of successful recovering addicts whom the program worked well for. I cant 2 star it because I didn't get much out of it cause thats my issue. I was able to become a recovering addict with 5 year clean eventually tho.

The staff was kind and patient every therapist I came into seemed genuinely interested in helping me even when things got complicated. Walked in without a clue or insurance. The staff was kind and patient. After almost a year of addictions treatment and therapy sessions I'm better prepared to handle life and happier. Medication was discussed but never pushed. Every therapist I came into contact with seemed genuinely interested in helping me even when things got complicated with my lack of insurance and on multiple occasions I witnessed the staff going out of their way to help others in the programs with me. I was willing to change for the better and I know I was only going to take out what i was willing to put in. These people are not all knowing or perfect but they care and will do what they can to help.

I was blessed with the opportunity to go to wrc at the beginning of 2016. The Kimtechs where very personable, I used to always ride w ms.dourthy to go pick up the food from Options, we was allowed to smoke cigarettes in the courtyard, which I enjoyed. The only issue for me is who I got as a Counselor, Mrs Brown I believe her name was. She just wasn't as involved as other counselors. Maybe they paired me w her bcus they knew I didn't need a lot of supervision. which I didn't but it might've been nice to have some -one on one- w a professional, learning healthy coping mechanisms. Since that was my first attempt to get clean since I started at 12, I ended up having 4½ yrs clean that time ... Thinking about checking out their new location

I have lived with severe depression for many years of my life, finding myself buried deeper and deeper in a sinking pit. I am a pro at masking, but it took every ounce of me and as soon as I got home, I’d collapse in couchlock (after pushing myself to take care of my son and my fur babies). I just finished my TMS treatments this past month and the results are unbelievable. My PHQ scores went from 28 to 5!! My symptoms are completely in remission. There were no adverse effects. If you are considering TMS, do it!!!! Having the mental and emotional energy to take my son and pups on a walk without pushing myself every step of the way internally is so freeing. I’m so grateful I took this step!! The Caring Center was also so easy to work with, helped me navigate my insurance pre approval process, accept Care Credit for deductibles, and were extremely flexible in allowing me to come in on lunch breaks or after work. The best 18 minutes a day for 30 days I’ve ever invested in myself 🌼💛🌻

i’ve been going to rehab for over 30 years and these counselors are absolutely amazing. Even the classes are really good and I always hated them in Rehab. The DBT class is especially helpful. Chanel that does coordination of benefits is so helpful and the doctors are totally amazing as well

CTI cannot be trusted and is not what it advertises or presents itself to be, unfortunately. Basically a lie/false advertising. Looking for affordable therapy however— there is no intention/sliding income scale/ or desire to help without specific insurance or $375!! cash out of pocket for initial assessment—which I simply do not have and they simply do not care. Decision to not help made personally by a supervisor. Like most, decision is driven by $ involved— Not need. Really disappointed and with insurance or not—-highly recommend you finding another place for help. Don’t go to CTI.
