Two standout treatments that are offered at this location are biofeedback therapy and eye movement and desensitization reprocessing. EMDR can help with healing trauma that may be the cause of your sexual addiction or substance use disorder.

Experiential Groups to Foster Recovery

One of the things I am most impressed by at this center is their focus on group activities. These groups help each client learn compassion, open-mindedness, problem solving and more.

I like that they run ropes courses, creative expression workshops and evening campfires to discuss recovery principles with the other residents. There are other daily activity groups that range from arts and crafts to movie or games nights. You’ll learn the importance of having a support system and also learn new ways to manage your stress in a healthy way.
