The only reason why I give this place a 2 out of 10 instead of a 1 out of 10 review is that the receptionist was very kind and caring but the rest of the people working here were rude and it seemed like if they didn't want to help me.

They administered a vaccine to my daughter , a minor , without consent of a parent or legal guardian. We called and requested 2 vaccines ( yellow fever and malaria) so my daughter can go on a humanitarian trip to Africa. They set up the appointment. My wife sent a permission slip with our daughter to receive the “ required “ vaccines. The nurse then advised my daughter it is recommended she also get the typhoid vaccine, rabies, and get a booster for meningitis. My daughter being unsure of the situation and the funds needed for the vaccines declined the rabies shot but accepted the others ( which drove the price up another $100 ) as the meningitis was covered by insurance but typhoid wasn’t. Not sure how they get away with doing more than was requested with a minor. Maybe I’m missing something. Luckily the typhoid vaccine is pills she can take so we were able to return those and get her money back. Pretty frustrating situation.

My experience with H Nd H was terrible, Linda the secretary was rude very demanding. Craig the counselor was useless. All he liked was the stories about the crimes people committed. He wanted you to relive your crime over and over. It was suppost to be confidential That was a joke. If he liked you he would be all about talking about others behind there backs. He lied to the POs , about things that never happen. I hated going there didn’t trust the staff and half of the clients.

I was truly blessed to get the chance to go to this treatment program. I have been to many different programs some 45 days some a year, but the 60 days I spent at the walker center did more for me than any of them combined. The staff at the walker center really do care about each and every one of the men and women who have the opportunity to seek treatment through them. I don't think there was one staff member that I disliked and that's not easy for me to say about most of the places I have gone to. If you need help or are struggling with addiction this place will help you. They will help you get the skills you need to work through the trauma you have had in your life that keeps you from recovering. Thank you for everything you all did for me. As someone who has struggled with addiction for 20 years, and attended several other inpatient treatment centers. Going to The Walker center is the BY FAR best decision I’ve made in my life. If you need help, please go to the walker center and get it. The approach taken to recovery is amazing and in many ways unorthodox, Which as an addict is exactly what I needed. 58 days clean and sober today thank you !

It was a decision that changed my life completely and I am beyond thankful! On April 4, 2025 I was checked into Wasatch Recovery Treatment Cent from San Francisco, CA. My best friend had drove from Utah to pick me up because I had back to back overdoses and was close to dying every single day from an extreme GHB, methamphetamine, alcohol, and cocaine addiction, as well as heavy Xanax, klonopin, oxy, and Adderall abuse. I was so bad that he and a small group of my closest friends had to pack my apartment for me before I left, because I was so disconnected from myself and reality. For 20 years I have battled addiction off and on and was always missing the key to keep me in a place where I didn't WANT to do drugs anymore. When I got to Wasatch there was a culture shock and it was scary for me. Utah isn't as diverse as California (especially San Francisco) and there was a fear that I would be treated differently for being a gay man in a conservative state. This was not the case at Wasatch. I was greeted with love and kindness, acceptance and patience. I had a time I wanted to leave and they gave me the space to do so, alongside with the opportunity to questioning my own reasoning for it. This lead to a personal meeting with the owner of Wasatch, Mark that really showed me what This program was about. A type of love that I had never experienced from complete strangers that would soon blossom into a community of friends and family that have supported me throughout every step. Today, I am over a year sober. I have a good job, an apartment, I'm on the softball league, and I have 2 dear friends who even helped me with a car so that I could get to work and rebuild my life. I have rekindled relationships and transformed my mind, body, and spirit. This program works if you are willing to work for it too. They will show you so many variations of therapy that will explain how addiction works in the brain, a personalized therapist will challenge you to go deeper in yourself than you ever wanted, and the experiential therapy will reconnect you with life and nature. The food is great, the staff is loving and comes from the heart, and it is a safe place to grow bigger than you could ever imagine. That's why I love Wasatch and if you're reading this and need help, I hope you know that this is a special place that can help you too.

Alli it's been one of the best therapist I have gone to. She always tells you what you need to hear not like others that say what you want to hear. She's kind and listens to you and at the end of the sessions she always makes sure you leave with a goal in mind. I don't really understand or support any negative comments that I have read here towards her cause my experience it's been completely the opposite.

I have worked with proactive in Twin Falls and Boise, both have been adequate. Knowledgeable staff, and doctors. Very helpful, and gave me the medications I needed. I recommend ketamine therapy to anyone suffering from depression.

I HAVE to give an amazing review! Cody Jameson is the best doctor I have on my team (I have so many so that says a ton!) . You can tell he loves his job and he treats his patients so well. I can talk with him about literally anything, I even asked him if he'd ever thought about going into counseling- he's that good. I've already recommend him to every single family member, it's a no brainer. He's jumped through so many hoops for me to make sure I get the care I need. Even going to war advocating for me with insurance companies. He's the one you're looking for and I promise from the bottom of my heart he's the best in town. The best!

I'm normally not a big fan of St Luke's, but Canyon View saved my life. I went in Friday afternoon wanting to die, and in the three days I was there, I feel happy and love my life. The staff were incredible, especially my nurse, Mary and the Social Worker, Tabitha. Going to the groups really helped me. I will be forever grateful for Canyon View♥️
