When you are ready for recovery, I highly recommend Northpoint. From the moment I walked in, the staff members were kind, professional, and helpful during one of the most difficult times in my life. Everything about the facility was comfortable. It was not what I expected to say the least. I was treated with respect. I wasn't locked up in a hole. The environment made recovery attainable without making me feel miserable. Because of the welcoming environment, the other community members were equally as pleasant. You get a sense of community in your recovery that lasts past your graduation date. You will be exposed to tools, coping skills, techniques, etc. to assist you during your recovery. Before you leave, they make certain that you have a solid release plan and options for aftercare. If you are at a loss for ways to put down addiction, definitely consider the inpatient program at Northpoint. I finally have confidence in a new life for myself.

IWOW, I have zero complaints. Never have I seen a staff so attentive and care for the residents, who are probably having their worst time ever. They are patient, persistent and always available for a shoulder to cry on. I am so very lucky I found NorthPoint in Boise, my hometown. I Would give a strong 10 referral to anyone who I know needing a safe place to process an addiction. I am better for it.

My time at Moonlight's Sky Ranch location was well spent. As someone who really needed to get healthy and start living again, and is now in the IOP phase, I can't recommend this program enough. I'm glad to be giving sobriety a chance, and I'm grateful to Moonlight for helping me give myself that chance.

Eagle Creek was truly a lifeline for our family. From my very first phone call, I could tell this was a place that was different. During an incredibly emotional and uncertain time, Luke, one of the owners, answered the phone himself. His kindness, patience, and genuine concern immediately put me at ease. He took the time to listen and never once made me feel rushed or dismissed. Luke connected me with Jeff, who showed the same level of compassion and sincerity. He was the first person throughout this entire process who paused to ask how I was doing, a simple question that meant so much during such a difficult time. That genuine care stayed with me. Getting my husband into Eagle Creek turned out to be one of the best decisions we have ever made. The team there is exceptional in every sense of the word. I had the privilege of meeting several staff members, especially Arthur, Mel, and Matt, who went above and beyond to offer support, reassurance, and kindness. Every person I encountered radiated warmth and a true desire to help people heal. I was deeply impressed by how purposeful every part of Eagle Creek’s program is. The therapies, counseling, and activities are all designed to help clients understand the roots of their addiction, grow personally, and develop the tools needed for lasting recovery. Their approach is clearly effective and equips clients to leave ready to maintain sobriety and build a fulfilling life. Because of Eagle Creek’s remarkable program and compassionate staff, my husband has truly transformed for the better. I recently completed my treatment with Moonlight Mountain Recovery. I am very thankful for my experience there. I was at the Logan house in Caldwell. The house is beautiful and well maintained with everyone doing their part to keep it clean and a healthy environment to practice early recovery. My absolute favorite part was our group counselor Heather! Having had many treatment counselors in the past, I must say she is one the most knowledgeable and compassionate people I have ever seen in this field. She brings a very unique and personal perspective that is amazing! She actually cares for addicts wholeheartedly and it definitely shows every day. I learned a lot about my recovery and nutrition from her that I will take with me forever. I am truly grateful and blessed to have had her in class.

I was here at moonlight for 30 days and everyone here is really amazing they are all super kind and cool. They all supported me the time i was here and gave quite a bit of attention to my mental health side of things. This is a great place to go if ur trying to get sober.

I’ve been to the Sleep Lab and the Dermatology Clinic. Staff in both clinics are amazing. Quick and efficient care, and they listen to my needs.
