From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and cared about. The staff was tremendous from the nursing to the counselors to the custodians and the cooks everyone was so positive and so friendly. This is a great facility, friendly staff all around and they take really good care of you. Well, trained doctors and counselors understand addiction and how to treat it. The facility was very clean, and the cooks kept us well fed. A+ Northpoint!! Im on my path to recovery and very thankful!!!

Overall I was very happy with the whole experience. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. A lot have been through something similar which makes it much easier to connect with them. I went in not knowing what I was getting into as far as how things operated & couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. They do their best to create a fun caring community & help give you the tools to better yourself as a person. Was everything perfect no. I really thought they made the effort to make this as best as possible though. Glad I went here.

I've been going for four months now and their fantastic. If no one is there I can be in and out in less than a min. We all chit chat bc we all like them but that's if we don't hold anyone up.
Their clean, not to busy and great.
My counselor is very nice but tends to be a bit overbearing and such but it's bc she cares. If you truly want to get sober they'll help. They'll try and help you make good choices. If you just need it to keep from getting sick if you run out they'll keep you well enough.
It works I'm clean. There's days but it works better than anything else.

This clinic is amazing. The staff here always make you feel welcome and truly want you to succeed. They don't pressure you to go up or down on your dose, but they do ask how you're doing on your dose to make sure it's working for you. The counselors are awesome. They are always there for you and give you the tools, advice and support you need to get through hard times or relapses. I couldn't be more grateful for this place.

I can’t thank Ascent Behavioral Health Services enough for the incredible impact they’ve had on not only my recovery journey but my life in general. From day one, I felt welcomed, understood, and supported in a way I never expected.
A huge part of my progress and healing is thanks to the amazing counselors Josh and Melissa. Josh brought such an individualized, welcoming, and honest style of counseling from day one that helped me see things clearly, stay accountable, feel able to be more vulnerable, and truly has become one of my best friends I can always count on and come to for support, while Melissa provided such warmth and insight that every session felt like a breakthrough. Their balance of compassion and structure was exactly what I needed to start rebuilding my life.
I also want to give special recognition to my case manager, Allison. She was incredibly responsive, patient, and genuinely cared about my progress. Whether it was helping me stay on track with appointments or just checking in on me she always went above and beyond.
The entire team at Ascent made me feel like more than just a client — they treated me like a human being worth helping. I’m leaving this program not just sober, but stronger, more self-aware, and filled with hope.

Without a doubt, if you, your loved one or your child is willing to put in the work - this place will not only help provide the tools needed to become healthy but to stay healthy. Their system of individual and group therapy sessions, was life changing for me! Thank you! It's VERY important for me to share that from day one, I was reminded that my best thinking is what got me here.
So, I highly recommend this treatment facility and its faculty. Don't over think it. Just do the work. Keep to the basics and build a strong support group of healthy 'clean' people around you.
I was told to 'Go after my recovery more than I did my addiction.'

The time I have spent here at Zelus recovery has been invaluable. The staff here strive for excellence and professionalism. I have never missed a day and look forward to coming in. They genuinely want to help those who wish to help themselves. I have struggled with addictions my entire life, most notably alcohol and marijuana. The skills I have learned here have helped me greatly. With the help of the staff here in creating a relapse prevention plan and a maintenance plan, I have learned to cope and prevent further relapses. Before I came to Zelus I felt hopeless and helpless. I am so glad that I finally reached out for support. Adult IOP and personal 1 on 1's have been Excellent.
