They were there when I needed them. I recommend to anyone needing support.

When you are insane, yes, sometimes that means they lock you in a room. Being insane, of course it FEELS unjust, but what? Are they just supposed to let you run loose and abuse patients and staff? But hey, love KBH, went there off and on since 2018. Last year I was actually released without medication, so yes, a vast improvement from the insane "imprisoned" person I was 7 years ago. There's hope here. There's good medication for those who need it. The roughest times at KBH are when they are short staffed. Feeling ignored doesn't help the mentally ill. If you're debating on going to an ER for psych help, come here, do NOT go to sacred heart. Food is good, it's terrible, inedible at Sacred Heart.

Well, I’m a special teacher in the morning for College and A licensed marriage family, and therapist at night for myself. Let me tell you this is the most amazing place. This place let me sleep at night. I could sleep at night because the care at this facility was above and beyond. My child carries many diagnosis. She was adopted at birth and has been through trauma in utero exposure, and her birth parents had mental illness. This place had amazing staff and protocol for a gentle way to help a young teenagers self regulate. We were able to receive trauma counseling, individual counseling family therapy, and my child’s medication’s were finally working for her thanks to this place and the changes they made. Her therapist was so experienced and on target and helped not only my child heal, but the continuation of our family healing as we had a crime in our house by a trusted neighbor of five years. Little by little self harm stopped or reduced little little hospitalizations reduced and got father apart. They help my child go to school for three hours a day on site. my child enjoyed the cows across the street. They went above and beyond for my child 16th birthday. Not only is this place, professional detailed and oriented towards child centered complex cases. The staff have a heart and give more than 100%. Our school district had to work with them even though they’re not California approved. I was very worried and asked for three parent recommendations before I even placed my child in this program. As you know, if you’re reading this review, you’re making one of life’s hardest decisions and one that you never wanted to make. All the best - I am glad there are programs like this, and I hope they stay in business forever. One satisfied, grateful parent who was in tears when my child was ready to move to the next level due to progress-scared that the next program may not match the quality of this program. When you only have one option for your child the level of trust, you have to have in a program (2000 plus miles away)like this is extremely nerve-racking. And no, it doesn’t stop. But it does diminish when you feel you are in the right place. No program is perfect. But these people seem to really care about the child. Have no illusions that there will be peaks and valleys with your child. But I have the trust that Innercept always has a child and the family‘s best interest to resurrect any issue. Innercept tries to attack the root cause before the issue, not the issue after the fact. Beautiful location, lots and lots of prairie dogs, and a very solid program.

So I didn’t realize how much this program would help until I began to actually implement the behaviors. It wasn’t easy but you can change too. The reason I was admitted was able to be changed. Years then to now their therapy still enables me to communicate confidently. These people really know how to implement change for yourself to have the rest of your life to live.

I went in to find out what was going on with my back and neck. It was my first visit. From the moment I walked into the office I had a very warm greeting. All were very thorough with their part of my visit. The staff was friendly and the office clean. Very happy I chose this office for my care.

It is always a pleasure for me. Everyone is exceptionally nice and very importantly ON TIME. I am on time and so are they in the office. You would think anything related to the heart is scary but it is such a pleasure to be there, you can not think of why you are there. Additionally, I appreciate Connie getting back to me with the results or some guidance regarding the procedure that I just had.

Dr. Brasseur was kind and very thorough in the initial visit. I feel like I have finally gotten a knowledgeable neurologist that knows about Myasthenia Gravis and all of its complications. Due to his help I feel more normal than I have since diagnosed.

I was having trouble with a quiz not working so I reached out to their support number. They were able to fix the issue and resolve another problem I was having quickly. The staff was very nice and supportive in making sure everything was working properly before ending our phone call. I would highly recommend this business and the staff here!

Jake is one of the most caring people I've ever had the chance to work with. He has an infectious sense of humor that makes being around him a comfortable and easy experience. 5 stars all around.

Highroad has a wonderful group of service coordinators. Every time I get a chance to work with a new TSC from Highroads I am always pleased. They are super friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

The therapists here are some of the most loving and kind people out there. Truly an amazing group of women. Megan is always very kind and helpful and even gives my hungry toddlers snacks when they ask. Highly highly recommend this place to anyone needing help with a Domestic Violence background. <3 <3 <3

The Recovery Center provides a safe and welcoming environment. The staff is compassionate, knowledgeable and dedicated to helping individuals on their journey to recovery. I highly recommend the Kootenai County Recovery Center to anyone seeking a positive change and a path to a healthier life.

The support and fellowship here is so great I absolutely love it. I couldn't ask for a better group of people to surround myself with.

Lisa has worked so hard for this community to support Recovery, Thank, Lisa has created a safe environment. Also the center is getting support groups and class, both are needed for recovery.

Never have I ever seen such an amazing fellowship of all people different walks of life with the same like mind and desire to quit the meeting are never a let down the newcomer is the most important and I wouldnt have a different crowd of people raise me for it being here I'm forever greatful. The counselors at Restored Paths are as real as they come, they are amazing! Elaine helped me through so much and when I needed someone even after I was done with my classes she has always been there for me! If you really need help and really want change in your life Restored Paths is where you want to go, they may not sugar coat things there for you, they give it to you straight up and for recovery that's what you need.

Office Staff are nice. The office is a nice area to sit and wait. Dr. Clipper is very straight forward with things, but we need to try and elaborate with things easier. Otherwise he’s a great person.

From the appointment set up, my appointment itself, and the follow up care have all been amazing! I am very happy to have found a place for my mental health needs.

I cannot speak highly enough of this office, especially Sheri Miller. Calling to make our initial appointment, I wasn’t sure what to expect as this was our first experience. However the office staff was so easy to work with and so kind on the phone. Then, once we met with Mrs. Miller, our experience was even better. She has been amazing, and has helped my family through a difficult time. My daughter has made such amazing progress. Mrs. Miller helps her through the difficult things, and has taught us some amazing coping skills. She also recognizes how she has grown in this process, and provides praise and positivity, which makes my daughter feel proud of herself. This has been a wonderful experience for my daughter, and my whole family.

Incredible service, the attention we received was great, all my family is very satisfied with the way they were treated, and especially, we feel very grateful for the huge support that they gave our children. We hope God keep blessing you.

Great services

Staff are very helpful and caring. They are very quick about doing things here. The food is decent, they should feed more but it's enough. They will work with patients/clients if they are struggling with being in treatment here. Don't come here if you're not willing to dig within yourself and get the pain out, as in "get it off your chest". My counselor was hard working, understanding and very helpful during my treatment here

My name is Mikel Therien and I wanted to say thank you to all the Amazing people that work there. I am about to hit 6 years off of drugs and out of the system because of ABHS. I have custody of my children back, and just purchased my own home. It takes time and hard work but you guys made it all possible again. This physical therapist was recommended by the best Orthopedic surgeon in the area. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and several other complicating circumstances. I needed a total knee replacement that was not expected to go as well as it did. My knee has done VERY well due to the treatment I received during physical therapy. I am now looking forward to my second knee replacement next month with equally promising results. I have been to physical therapy at other practices and I found Rathdrum Physical Therapy to be very great to work with. The receptionist is always friendly and the experience is very personal because the practice is not a mill of people lined up for treatment. It is a relaxing experience and not stressful like other practices I have seen. I highly recommend Christopher Garrett in Rathdrum.

I worked with Chris Garrett, he seems very knowledgeable and informative, but most of all he is very friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend. The receptionist seemed nice as well
