This physical therapist was recommended by the best Orthopedic surgeon in the area. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and several other complicating circumstances. I needed a total knee replacement that was not expected to go as well as it did. My knee has done VERY well due to the treatment I received during physical therapy. I am now looking forward to my second knee replacement next month with equally promising results. I have been to physical therapy at other practices and I found Rathdrum Physical Therapy to be very great to work with. The receptionist is always friendly and the experience is very personal because the practice is not a mill of people lined up for treatment. It is a relaxing experience and not stressful like other practices I have seen. I highly recommend Christopher Garrett in Rathdrum.

I liked the people skills of the owner but management is disorganized and the aggressiveness of the managements style caused problems for me which contributed to this clinic reporting to a specialty court that I was not emotionally invested in the program, though I made every meeting, talked openly about problems and contributed to groups. I felt that what I said to my counselors about negative views of the program should have remained with my counselor and not been a reason for them to vote to send me to prison. Furthermore the centers lack of accountability for their mistakes and screwups was an additional factor in me getting in trouble, recieving sanctions which involved excessive community service and them relinquishing me from the program. If they say they will be somewhere to pick me up while recieving government funding for transporting people involved in the program, than they don't show up, they should be sanctioned not me. I was told it was my responsibility to get to appointments, regardless of them showing up as promised. The entire process and reliance of mental health court on riverside recovery should be thoroughly reviewed by legislation and the governor to ensure a strange monopoly does not exist. The two locations I was recieving treatment from, one being at the regional behavioral health center owned by the state of Idaho is ran by the sister of the owner of riverside recovery which I believe contributed to me getting kicked off the program and sent go prison for a year. Overall I am disappointed in the quality of care mandated by the federal government and the state of idaho, some of what I felt were HIPAA violations in communications to the court I was in, than lack of patient advocacy which was mainly hostile to me all were problems involved. I felt they should have been proponents, advocating that I was engaged and active in all court requirements. Furthermore naive and questionable practices of their drug testing subcontractor led to one guaranteed false positive of an herb called kratom which my other weekly drug testing lab for my doctors office confirmed no presence of kratom led to the relinquishing. If this facility had their I anticipate suppression of freedom of speech would be on the agenda.

Spokane, Washington | The partial hospitalization program generally offers up to 30 hours of treatment per week. Individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and couple’s counseling are provided. Clients meet for four to six hours at a time. Sessions are held five to six days each week. Brene Brown’s work is also provided at this level of care. The intensive | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Breakthrough has been an amazing resource for me. They were able to help arrange a payment plan, and the groups are very beneficial to my recovery. The counselors are all kind and invested in helping their clients. Highly recommend to anyone ready to achieve and maintain sobriety. They offer various levels of treatment from PHP to Outpatient services.
Also, forewarning: they will hold you accountable. You may think your disease is "not that severe," or you can "control" it, but that's part of the disease. You have to be ready and willing because they expect your sobriety as part of the treatment.

SUD (Substance Use Disorder) is a serious disease that requires the assistance of educated, compassionate and empathetic individuals to navigate and conquer. You will receive the help you need at Break Through if and when you are ready to live a substance free life. PHP (partial hospitalization program) is available during the day and the evening. It is time consuming but a necessary step in recovery. You will be surprised how fast you move through this section on to Intensive Outpatient then
Outpatient. No one is let to ‘slip through the cracks’ as another review stated. Each client receives one on one therapy. There are book studies, massage, yoga. EMDR is available if the staff feels it is necessary for your recovery. The facility is immaculate and up to date. Every employee and outside contractor is heavily vested in your recovery. Counselors. Group Leaders. Medical staff. Reception. Director. Yoga Instructor. Masseuse. You will rarely meet an employee there that is not in active recovery. In other words, they get it! The staff meets on a regular basis to review all clients. My group leader noticed a shift in me and asked staff to keep an eye on me. I did relapse soon after because I didn’t reach out for help. And yet again later in the program. Both times I ignored the warning signs. Each time it was handled professionally and compassionately but firmly. I knew that that second time was my final or I would be heading back to Inpatient. I am now 10 months sober. Was it easy? Hell no! The hardest part is walking through the door for the first time after finally choosing your recovery over addiction. Recovery does not look the same for any 2 individuals. Break Through operates on this premise and will guide you through to a life that even you didn’t imagine you could be living.

The food is great but everything else is absolute bullshit! The therapists do not listen to u, they do not validate what you have to say. I was venting in a group about my abusive father and Missy (one of the youth therapists) she told me to just forgive him, who the hell says that to a child with trauma??? don't get me started on the coed bullshit, I got put on a no coed contract for using simple manners, smiling, and making eye contact with the guys when it apparently wasn't "coed times". The staff there are extremely inexperienced with youth and when girls were screaming at each other, one staff member named Cindy was just laughing while it was happening. other staff would talk about there use openly like telling us what flavor vape they had and just stuff like that. I would suggest not to send your child there if they have traumas, mental illnesses, hard time not talking to both genders, eating disorders, etc

Abandoned in a Time of Need”
my mom came to Sundown Ranch in Yakima seeking help for addiction while also managing diabetes. Before admission, she was assured they could support both her medical needs and her recovery. Three days later, she was abruptly told they could not provide the care she needed—despite their promises—and was kicked out. My mom was placed in a nurse’s office, denied breakfast (even though she needed food to take her diabetes medication), and left waiting for a ride back.
She wasn’t alone—others were also removed suddenly, as if we were just numbers or insurance payouts that didn’t add up for them. What was supposed to be a place of healing turned into a cold and dismissive experience, abandoning us when we were most vulnerable.

Yakima, Washington | Sundown M Ranch is a drug and alcohol rehab facility located in Yakima, Washington. They offer inpatient treatment to people who suffer from substance use disorder. I am so grateful for the staff and magic that the Sundown M Ranch has to offer. My counselor, Barb, has a passion for sobriety and recovery that is infectious. She gives detailed, professional and compassionate care to her parents. The other counselors were also very willing to help if Barb wasn't available. It is very easy to tell that they are passionate about their work and truly want to see every patient succeed in their recovery.
I'm also part of the LGBTQ+ community. I was treated no differently than any other patient. I was accepted and respected for my nonbinary status. My pronouns, they/them, were respected and remembered by the counselors, house managers, administrative staff, housekeepers and kitchen staff.
Every employee at the Ranch works to ensure the comfort and safety of every patient in their care. The food is incredible, the group therapy, lectures, one on one time with my counselor and interactions were very positive.
The Ranch was truly there to help me save my own life and abstain from drugs and alcohol during treatment. I am 47 days sober and working every day to treat my chronic disease of addiction.
