The best experience I could have hoped for going into rehab. You instantly feel welcomed from the staff and know that they care about you and your recovery instead of making you feel bad about your past choices. The facility is super clean with cozy rooms and a rec room for meals and hanging out with plenty of activities and shows to watch when not in sessions. Thank you to the Sequoia family for my stay and out patient time.

My Journey with Royal began at 7:30 am on Thursday April 12, 2026. After two months, I believe that I am in the midst of a miracle unfolding. I first admitted that I was an alcoholic at age 20. I am now 60 years old and have experienced the painful path of self destruction and hopelessness that my plague unleashes for four decades. The entire staff at Royal ARE INCREDIBLE humans, and I am very grateful for their knowledge and dedication. I don't know what the final scene of the play of my life will look like, but the script has shifted and there is a very good chance that it can and 'WILL' have a happy ending!!!! Royal life centers in my personal opinion is one of the greatest treatment centers I've ever been to I've never been to treatment before in my life but this treatment center in my opinion is really really good the staff that works there in Sumner Washington and in Spokane Washington the medical staff to bht's the bosses everybody involved that works in both those places in my opinion they do more than their job description these people that are currently working there you really do care they go above and beyond they all have a really great heart a really great sense of humor and they all help everyone out the environment there is so hospitable I've never experienced anything like this before in my life they definitely made me feel like I was family like I was loved and I don't know any of them but by the grace of God I know a lot of them now and I thank God and them for being a part of my recovery God bless all of you.... This clinic has grown and done so well started out a bit rough nearly a year and a half ago but they have worked out all the kinks since I started the director jumps in and helps wherever needed the doctor is super fast to respond Lisa the head nurse is the most amazing person and staff member they have she deserves the most! It used to be such an issue when I wanted to taper now they all work together and get ish done so fast! I’m nearly never late to work anymore actually always early I give myself plenty of time but they work together so well to get you in and out you don’t have to worry much anymore! Of course issues out of their control can arise like having a gas smell and having to evacuate at one point but they communicated with everyone and once back in they busted through the doses and were caught up so fast I was super surprised when I came back an hour later and dosed I cannot tell you how amazing this clinic is how personal the staff is they all want what is new for each patient and I truly believe that! If you want to change your life Spokane Treatment Center is the place to start! Michelle is the absolute best counselor she’s like a cheerleader there when you need her and rooting you on every visit! They are all super responsive and supportive Yvonne is a great director you won’t be falling through the cracks you will be given every tool you need to succeed! lol they even all hav a sense Of humor loved the Christmas tree decor!

Everyone whom works here is great. They want to help. The only gripe I have is the hours. It's not such a big deal if you only have to come in once a week, or once every other week....but when you have to come in daily, it makes working hard to do. I have an understanding boss, but if I didn't, I'm not sure what I would do. My counselor is awesome. The front desk ladies are awesome, as are the nurses who pass the medicine, and the woman whom runs the program. All of them want to help, and it is evident by their actions. If you are in need of MAT services, I recommend looking into becoming a patient here at STC.

I would love to recommend this place for it was a big healing journey for me to begin my true sobriety life , I've been in this program for five months , meeting new people whom had the same struggle or not , we are were able to relate in some ways or another , each have a story to tell , the councillors also helped me and one specific councillor truly even today is helping me and I am grateful, I feel blessed and love. I am happy to continue on with my sobriety and pray for others to also seek the help they may need . Everything and everyone was so welcoming when I was so scared to start yet by faith ,I took another step each day and this place taught me so much about myself and remembering who I really am . My experience here was good we went on really fun outings and on the weekends if we earned it and had an allowance if we earned it.Some things I suggest are a very structured schedule with self care in them such as daily yoga meditation,aerobics and ti chi,a hike every week,outings on Sunday and Saturday and outing during the week to because it can get pretty boring there,volentearing that you don’t half to eat toearn because volentearing is therapeutic,more therapy’s,much better groups,a wide variety of teas,foods cooked by highly trained chefs,gardens,more entertainment options,something to make the room smell nice,rooms painted calming soothing colors,extremly comfortable bedding,extremly comfordable chairs and pillows,extremely comfortable chairs in the school, the best therapy’s done throughout the week and an extremly comfortable and nice envirement,a therapy dog,horse back riding and art therapy.I also think I’d be good if you guys continuously made this place better and better as long as this place exists.

Well, I’m a special teacher in the morning for College and A licensed marriage family, and therapist at night for myself. Let me tell you this is the most amazing place. This place let me sleep at night. I could sleep at night because the care at this facility was above and beyond. My child carries many diagnosis. She was adopted at birth and has been through trauma in utero exposure, and her birth parents had mental illness. This place had amazing staff and protocol for a gentle way to help a young teenagers self regulate. We were able to receive trauma counseling, individual counseling family therapy, and my child’s medication’s were finally working for her thanks to this place and the changes they made. Her therapist was so experienced and on target and helped not only my child heal, but the continuation of our family healing as we had a crime in our house by a trusted neighbor of five years. Little by little self harm stopped or reduced little little hospitalizations reduced and got father apart. They help my child go to school for three hours a day on site. my child enjoyed the cows across the street. They went above and beyond for my child 16th birthday. Not only is this place, professional detailed and oriented towards child centered complex cases. The staff have a heart and give more than 100%. Our school district had to work with them even though they’re not California approved. I was very worried and asked for three parent recommendations before I even placed my child in this program. As you know, if you’re reading this review, you’re making one of life’s hardest decisions and one that you never wanted to make. All the best - I am glad there are programs like this, and I hope they stay in business forever. One satisfied, grateful parent who was in tears when my child was ready to move to the next level due to progress-scared that the next program may not match the quality of this program. When you only have one option for your child the level of trust, you have to have in a program (2000 plus miles away)like this is extremely nerve-racking. And no, it doesn’t stop. But it does diminish when you feel you are in the right place. No program is perfect. But these people seem to really care about the child. Have no illusions that there will be peaks and valleys with your child. But I have the trust that Innercept always has a child and the family‘s best interest to resurrect any issue. Innercept tries to attack the root cause before the issue, not the issue after the fact. Beautiful location, lots and lots of prairie dogs, and a very solid program.

I called and spoke with the social worker today about the multifaceted issues I am having with my aging mother. She was amazingly helpful and listened to all the issues, even the ones that were not directly linked to getting care at the facility.
