My experience was so wonderful. First off EVERYONE from administration office (we took a wrong turn) to the front desk, to the janitor, to the dentist and especially the hygienists. Wow. Just an incredible staff you have. Such a warmth I have never felt in any medical field. We live in post falls which is a little bit of a drive, and there had been a miscommunication and I had assumed we had made an appointment for a cleaning, apparently at a new patient appointment they only take X-rays. Well Connie had made herself available and moved some things around to get both my son and I cleaned that same day. During our visit to the dental clinic, we were helped by Connie, Lin and Dr. Frank. Awesome awesome people. I felt respected and heard and not like just another patient. This was our first visit, and it felt different, Marimn health felt more like a community. I’m looking forward to our future visits.

From my perspective, The Richland VA and Walla Walla VA Medical Center are horrible places to receive veteran healthcare. Messages to your care team are NEVER returned. Requests for prescription refills are never fulfilled. There is no ability to talk to your care team via MyHealtheVet. In MyHealthEVet, my old VISN (Portland VA) is still loaded and I can talk to anyone in the Portland system at any time but after two years at Richland, I still cannot converse with my Richland care team without physically going into the office. Lastly, there is no ability to talk to anyone in the Richland Clinic directly. They will not give out phone numbers instead directing patients to the National Appointment Line. Which gets me back to my first point, messages are never returned. It is vicious cycle that is a serious disservice to our veterans.

I have had nothing but issues with this place. I was supposed to have my adis class on 12/26/20 and on the 1/2/21. The first one they never called me for my Zoom ID, second one scheduled they gave me the wrong Zoom ID. Today 7others and myself were told to be here at 845 for check in. Class started at 9. We'll Robert didn't show up until 920am. Since I decided to record him because he thought he could talk to me any type of way. He actually locked me out twice. Then when I started recording is when he opened the door. 940 he's still getting himself coffee...what? Shouldn't you be passing out paperwork or started the class that we're now late for!? He had made a few different remarks about making sure that this class is done right because in the past it hasn't been. So I chuckled and said don't right!? Because in my head I'm thinking done right would have been here at 845 like we were told. But because he obviously was upset that I called him out on his lies he decided to kick me out. I will be filing a law suit. I guess I can go make some money today!

New Horizons Care Center has been a lifesaver — and Dustin deserves major recognition.
I came in overwhelmed, trying to balance a new travel-heavy job while staying compliant with probation and UA requirements. Instead of taking my money and rushing me through intake, the front desk told me to hold off until we could confirm the program would actually work for my situation. That alone showed honesty and integrity.
When Dustin called, he didn’t give me a generic answer. He listened, asked the right questions, and walked me through what could be done. My case wasn’t routine, but he still said, “We’ll figure it out.” By the end of that call, he took me onto his caseload, and for the first time in a long time, I felt real hope.
Other facilities either didn’t offer telehealth or shut me down with quick “no, we can’t do that” responses. Dustin took the opposite approach — he cared, he problem-solved, and he helped me build a plan that kept my job on track while still meeting every treatment and probation requirement. After 25+ years of dealing with addiction programs, I have never felt this level of genuine care.
Huge thanks also to Chris, my telehealth counselor, who treated me like an individual and helped me find workable solutions so I never had to miss class or work.
And to the amazing woman who helped me get medical insurance — you went above and beyond, spending over two hours on the phone with me and providers so I wouldn’t be crushed by financial stress. I’m sorry I don’t remember your name, but I won’t forget what you did for me.
If you need a team that truly cares and actually helps you move forward, New Horizons — especially Dustin — is the place to go. Highly recommend.

Ask for Heidi. She IS what this business is all about. She truly has been a blessing and I am so grateful for her guidance and relatable feedback!
I consider myself very lucky to have ended up in her office for my assessment. (I truly believe it was not “by chance” and was no “accident”).
I say that because, in my experience, my success relied primarily on my ability to connect with my treatment provider. It played an essential part of my willingness to see things through and to fully open up. I needed to feel I was in a safe space. With someone who I could trust. Someone who I believed had my best interests in mind. Someone I felt had a genuine desire to aid in my recovery.
I proudly admit that she checked each and every one of those boxes. I had an instant connection with her and feel it remained that way, consistently, throughout the entirety of my treatment.
I owe her a giant “thank you” for her constant kindness, for her unique approach, and for her continued wisdom and encouragement.
She is an incredible asset to this field and the way that she genuinely care for those still suffering is inspiring and remarkably beautiful.
10/10 RECOMMEND!

Spokane, WA | The partial hospitalization program generally offers up to 30 hours of treatment per week. Individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and couple’s counseling are provided. Clients meet for four to six hours at a time. Sessions are held five to six days each week. Brene Brown’s work is also provided at this level of care. The intensive | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I first found breakthrough in 2023, and the program was so great. I left feeling motivated to change, unfortunately life caught up to me and I didn’t use the many tools, resources and education they provided when I left and needed to return in 2025. They welcomed me back with no judgement and gave me the opportunity to grow once again. The counselors are all amazing, and they have the ability to guide you but also hold you accountable all while being supportive and genuinely caring. This place saved me, by giving me the confidence in myself that I can live a sober and joyful life. The many people I met throughout the program were a bright spot during my time there. Being able to meet people from all different backgrounds, but all having the common struggle with the disease humbled me and allowed so much growth to learn but also build genuine connections and friendships. It is hard work, and the need to take accountability for my own actions is what is needed to succeed, but Breakthrough was the place I felt most safe, seen and heard to accomplish a sober life. Forever grateful!

Breakthrough has been an amazing resource for me. They were able to help arrange a payment plan, and the groups are very beneficial to my recovery. The counselors are all kind and invested in helping their clients. Highly recommend to anyone ready to achieve and maintain sobriety. They offer various levels of treatment from PHP to Outpatient services.
Also, forewarning: they will hold you accountable. You may think your disease is "not that severe," or you can "control" it, but that's part of the disease. You have to be ready and willing because they expect your sobriety as part of the treatment. You dont get "kicked out" for relapsing. I knew multiple people with multiple relapses who continued to participate. You may be recommended to another facility for higher level of care if you CONTINUE to use after a relapse or multiple relapses with no improvement, as you are no longer suitable for outpatient care. Your care is discussed amongst staff meetings as a care team approach is generally recommended for this type of treatment; that is not a HIPAA violation as you agree to this when signing up.
EDIT: I was just discharged from treatment today. I have been sober for over 9 months, and I have Breakthrough to thank for this. They ensured proper continuity of care and referrals for mental health counselling. They made it known I can always reach out to them if needed despite completing my care here. Again, as I said, this program works. It's not easy, and you have to work with them. This isn't suitable for everyone as some people require higher level of care if they cannot stop use, and Breakthrough is honest about individual client needs. I recommended this to anyone who qualifies for Partial Hospitalization or lower level of treatments.

Did I did anything and thank God I had to beat somebody up they stole from me because they surely didn’t protect me and I went to ideal options stayed on Suboxone for I do options for a month and a half and got off and I’ve been clean not only I am currently in the process of reporting fraud and try to get them defunded from the states they have I went to my medical bills because my insurance isn’t in the great they are billing me for visits I didn’t I do just as I did not make counseling and they’re building me to this day like I go there and I haven’t been there in four months I have report fraud to this date, and the state told me to get the money from them. It belongs to me because it is my money that they and every time is to be returned to me with no Internet and guess how much it is you guys you’ll never believe it 13,000 and make sure you look at your medical records in the water, the methadone down and they’re not here to help you get here to keep your addicted why would they want to help you never put them out of business if you guys would really help and you really wanna be cleaning would you like that ideal options and they’re everywhere. As you know, if you’re reading this review, you’re making one of life’s hardest decisions and one that you never wanted to make. All the best - I am glad there are programs like this, and I hope they stay in business forever. One satisfied, grateful parent who was in tears when my child was ready to move to the next level due to progress-scared that the next program may not match the quality of this program. Warm wishes on your journey as a parent in this hard process

When you only have one option for your child the level of trust, you have to have in a program (2000 plus miles away)like this is extremely nerve-racking.
And no, it doesn’t stop.
But it does diminish when you feel you are in the right place.
No program is perfect.
But these people seem to really care about the child.
Have no illusions that there will be peaks and valleys with your child.
But I have the trust that Innercept always has a child and the family‘s best interest to resurrect any issue.
Innercept tries to attack the root cause before the issue, not the issue after the fact.
Beautiful location, lots and lots of prairie dogs, and a very solid program.

So I didn’t realize how much this program would help until I began to actually implement the behaviors. It wasn’t easy but you can change too. The reason I was admitted was able to be changed. Years then to now their therapy still enables me to communicate confidently. These people really know how to implement change for yourself to have the rest of your life to live.

Hello my name is Jared and I went to this facility in 2017 and have been clean ever since. I'm so blessed to have had the opportunity to attend this AMAZING place. I never thought I would ever be clean again and would eventually die or OD from my addiction. The staff here was so awesome and taught me how to be an active member of society again and the tools to keep me clean. Thank you to the staff and other addicts for always being there and allowing me to be apart of this god sent blessing. "One day at a time" and always keep moving forward and NEVER look back...
