The best experience I could have hoped for going into rehab. You instantly feel welcomed from the staff and know that they care about you and your recovery instead of making you feel bad about your past choices. The facility is super clean with cozy rooms and a rec room for meals and hanging out with plenty of activities and shows to watch when not in sessions. My Journey with Royal began at 7:30 am on Thursday April 12, 2026. After two months, I believe that I am in the midst of a miracle unfolding. I first admitted that I was an alcoholic at age 20. I am now 60 years old and have experienced the painful path of self destruction and hopelessness that my plague unleashes for four decades. The entire staff at Royal ARE INCREDIBLE humans, and I am very grateful for their knowledge and dedication. I don't know what the final scene of the play of my life will look like, but the script has shifted and there is a very good chance that it can and 'WILL' have a happy ending!!!! GO ROYAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Royal life centers in my personal opinion is one of the greatest treatment centers I've ever been to I've never been to treatment before in my life but this treatment center in my opinion is really really good the staff that works there in Sumner Washington and in Spokane Washington the medical staff to bht's the bosses everybody involved that works in both those places in my opinion they do more than their job description these people that are currently working there you really do care they go above and beyond they all have a really great heart a really great sense of humor and they all help everyone out the environment there is so hospitable I've never experienced anything like this before in my life they definitely made me feel like I was family like I was loved and I don't know any of them but by the grace of God I know a lot of them now and I thank God and them for being a part of my recovery God bless all of you.... Just did 3 days in ICU/ACU for some problems. Very impressed, especially considering the volume they deal with. Everyone on the fifth floor treated me like their own grandpa and I was very comfortable there. Every doctor I spoke to gave me more confidence in the expertise of this medical group. I can’t speak highly enough of Riverside. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable. The counselors are amazing and really try to work with you. They have a lot of group options which made it easier to balance my treatment and my other stuff. They took time to answer all my questions and concerns and worked with my probation too. This clinic has grown and done so well started out a bit rough nearly a year and a half ago but they have worked out all the kinks since I started the director jumps in and helps wherever needed the doctor is super fast to respond Lisa the head nurse is the most amazing person and staff member they have she deserves the most! It used to be such an issue when I wanted to taper now they all work together and get ish done so fast! I’m nearly never late to work anymore actually always early I give myself plenty of time but they work together so well to get you in and out you don’t have to worry much anymore! Of course issues out of their control can arise like having a gas smell and having to evacuate at one point but they communicated with everyone and once back in they busted through the doses and were caught up so fast I was super surprised when I came back an hour later and dosed I cannot tell you how amazing this clinic is how personal the staff is they all want what is new for each patient and I truly believe that! If you want to change your life Spokane Treatment Center is the place to start! Michelle is the absolute best counselor she’s like a cheerleader there when you need her and rooting you on every visit! They are all super responsive and supportive Yvonne is a great director you won’t be falling through the cracks you will be given every tool you need to succeed! lol they even all hav a sense Of humor loved the Christmas tree decor!

Everyone whom works here is great. They want to help. The only gripe I have is the hours. It's not such a big deal if you only have to come in once a week, or once every other week....but when you have to come in daily, it makes working hard to do. I have an understanding boss, but if I didn't, I'm not sure what I would do. My counselor is awesome. The front desk ladies are awesome, as are the nurses who pass the medicine, and the woman whom runs the program. All of them want to help, and it is evident by their actions. If you are in need of MAT services, I recommend looking into becoming a patient here at STC.

I would love to recommend this place for it was a big healing journey for me to begin my true sobriety life , I've been in this program for five months , meeting new people whom had the same struggle or not , we are were able to relate in some ways or another , each have a story to tell , the councillors also helped me and one specific councillor truly even today is helping me and I am grateful, I feel blessed and love. I am happy to continue on with my sobriety and pray for others to also seek the help they may need . Everything and everyone was so welcoming when I was so scared to start yet by faith ,I took another step each day and this place taught me so much about myself and remembering who I really am . Went to Colonial Clinic November 2020, and I am so incredibly grateful I found them. At the time I attended (I hope it's still the same to this day) they require attendance of an outside support group, and strongly suggest getting a sponsor. I followed the suggestions and am still with the same sponsor to this day (May 2023). Did Colonial fix my problems? No. But it was a great first step coming here. That's why I give them five stars, because they kick-started my lifelong recovery process.

Genuinely fantastic. It's been some 560 days since I was released. I stayed for a total of 228 days (around 7 months) and throughout that time, the help from the structured schedule, supportive staff, thoughtful and professional clinical team, and talented chefs all enabled me to learn how to live again. Before Tamarack, I was deeply struggling. I'm talking difficulty with personal hygiene, severe depression and anxiety, oversensitivity, overthinking, and serious spiraling among other things. I learned how to cope with my feelings, interact with others again, make thoughtful decisions, how to set boundaries, and in a general sense, how to live again. During my stay, I lost around 50 lbs, learned more about myself than I had ever previously, made friends, was taught a helpful therapy type called DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), learned how to properly advocate for myself, and started reforging relationships with my family. The programs included off campus outings that you could earn by having a high enough rating in their behavior system, fun recreational activities, group activities such as creating posters or masks, and time to enjoy hanging out with other clients. They have a privelage system in place that you are able to make (I believe they are called) Monitors for certain things in your room (lamps, white boards, loom supplies, knitting, crochet, etc, etc). When I was there, there were weekly meetings that the millieu would come together and discuss issues, achievements, and the general well-being of the community in a client council. You were able to run for positions in the council, such as president and treasurer. The treasurer would manage funds and a client run candy and beverage shop. You can fill out requisition forms to ask for certain things to be bought (books, a game etc, etc) or for a change to be made (I asked for a golden perler head minion I made to be hidden around the building in an elf-on-the-shelf type game). School there was online school. Each day you could earn tickets to use at the end of the week at a school store. Other than showing up each day, you can get tickets from doing a daily word research activity (you find a word, write the definition, and use it in an example sentence), or from scoring high enough on tests. The food was good, clients get a full meal 3 times a day and snacks 2 or 3 times a day, if I remember correctly. The outings, depending on the season, could include hikes, plays, movies, pumpkin picking, or even Silverwood! Clients are also able to make a monitor to have a contract with Tamarack and get paid for cleaning around the building. It's very nice. All in all, I really loved my stay. It helped me out of the hole I was in and enabled me to start living my life. Right now, I'm a senior in high school, helping out with my school's student government, helping plan and create events and monthly themes, exploring my interests, and making significant progress in my life. I understand that not everyone will have had the same experience, but, in my personal opinion, if you really give this a try, you go as all out as you can, and you open yourself to change and get along with the staff and program, you can go very, very far.

I was just in their program not to long ago and have been clean and sober for the first time in my life for longer than a few weeks. Without the help of all the staff in sobering and upstairs in detox I don’t know if I would be alive right now. All the staff was amazing but a few staff members Sam, Cali, Matt and the shorter lady in sobering went above and beyond to help and really made me feel like a person rather than a junkie or a criminal. Upon entering this place I was also trying to withdraw at home from alcohol I was unsuccessful. I then had awful feelings of self-harm so I went to the emergency room at the hospital and then took me to STARS.Everyone was so nice an empathetic. I was successful in my detox and I am more stable in my mental health and my recovery. Thank you to the staff at STARS.

I had a family member in this facility and I can not thank this place enough for the care they gave to her. We did call and we spoke to Kali and Kelly they were so kind to us and really helped up understand the policy and procedures about everything they showed my family compassion and were very patient with us. I came here 2018. I was 15 (now I'm 20)it was great when I was there. Staff & therapists,( Jason was my counselor) , They were nice , accepting & caring. There was also many activities : Horse back riding, Rock climbing, Boxing, Gym, Dance classes, Yoga, laser tag, pool party, looking at puppies Etc. The Food was Great & always gave us snacks. They gave us Bath and Both works & Makeup palletes every weekend. It was a great rehab & it helped me out a lot is what I can say. I seen some review of people who I went to the facility with and I can say That what she said isn't even close to True & She was In the just To start Problems (She was a Karen) . If you don't want to be in a rehab or need to be in one in general don't be in there just to Start Problems because there's people who do want the help & this place will help you so I definitely recommend it. If you say this place is bad , clearly you've never been to Foster Care cause this place Was Great. Idk How it is Now But my Experience there was Amazing.

I was at the end of my rope many attempts of suicide I wanted my life to end this place help saved my life the staff was phenomenal most are graduates of that program which for me really helped me continue my road to recovery in this journey I still stop by from time to time and say hello because without the caring stuff and the counselor I had I'd probably be dead I'm so grateful for the knowledge wisdom that those staff shared with me all the way from the admittance to the Cook which by the way the food was on point. For anyone that was in the same shoes as me I don't want him to live and didn't know what to do stuck with addiction this place is the right place for you not one time did I feel judged or less than I felt like I was equal
