I have had nothing but quality care at Terry Riellys. They helped me when I had no insurance and continue to provide quality health care when I do have insurance. If I was to have one complaint, it would be that you can not get help when calling in. They are very difficult to reach by phone when you need answers to medical questions.

HSI has been a complete life saver for my family. It was a great place for my Grand daughter to be.it helped her a lot.only thing I can see though is the caldwell,nampa area needs more of these halfway homes.Addiction is getting worse out there not better.my son has been calling rising sun a month now to be told everyday no, no bed yet.Today i,m praying is the day cause he was told hes the top of the list and,two over the weekend were leaving.so when he calls today he should be told there is a bed for him.hes been in a homeless shelter all this time and,theres drugs everywhere around him but,bless his heart he has been strong and,has stayed clear of it.

Eagle Creek 100% saved my son's life. I will try not to make this a long post, but that is going to be hard because my heart is so full of gratitude for this place and all of their staff!! As a Mom of a past client of Eagle Creek, (he is 1 yr 5+ months sober!) I cannot express strongly enough how amazing this facility is! From my initial call inquiring about their program, treatment, services, location, what the heck to do!, etc... I was treated with so much kindness from Luke that I knew it was the place I had to get my son to! I truly was at my wits end not knowing if (or when) I was going to get that call that no parent ever wants to get about my son. I was also very skeptical about another treatment facility because he had been to a few treatment centers over the years, which all worked in the beginning, but never stuck. I researched and researched, prayed and prayed and prayed some more and every time my heart and my gut just kept telling me that Eagle Creek was the place he needed to get to. Luke not only helped me understand why I needed to try just one more time with my son, but he also put me in touch with someone who could find and locate my son on the streets of Seattle and then convince him to get on a plane bound for Boise and get to Eagle Creek. To say they (Luke, Eagle Creek, the interventionist, the guy who located him and flew him to Boise, etc...) saved my son's life feels like an understatement. They saved his life AND they changed his life! I will be forever grateful for Eagle Creek and all of their staff! They are kind, considerate, gracious and thoughtful of each individual patient and what their needs are or might be. They are caring, motivating, supportive and encouraging! They are professional and truly care about each person who walks through their doors. Whether it be a new client, a returning client, or a parent or family member, they treat everyone like you are family to them. I’m sadly a frequent flyer for detox centers, I’ve probably been to about 10, both in and outside of the Ada County area. This is the best detox center I’ve ever been to. The staff is kind and doesn’t judge you. This is a great safe place to detox and the case workers will work with you for next steps. They’ve saved my life and changed it.

It was very well, all the staff are different so you get to socialize with many figures. They are there for your benefit. Catrina and keilie and I forget the others name. They were amazing people, always making me laugh they where the morning staff. Rhonda was genuine and sweet/ welcoming she would be the coolest mother. JR is the sweetest man with a glorious beard, Doug is funny and charismatic, and I never got his name but he’s older and bald with a white goatee. He spoke in the most soothing manner. The staff and treatment offered here is excellent and life changing. They offer as much help as you need and truly care about your treatment and check in frequently with you to make sure that you're doing well and offer any support or advice you may need or want. Price is reasonable and treatment requirements are easy and manageable. I have been going here for several years and truly appreciate all they have done for me to be successful in my sobriety and life changing.

Should be closed down! Repeated phone calls for my girlfriend to see her Pysch Doctor because her meds arent working and they keep saying their system is down and don't know when the appointment is. Then finally she gets the oh well that doctor is no longer with us. While my girlfriend is suffering from major depression and with no help. UNBELIEVABLE. Disgusting and frankly might sue for absolute neglectful medical care! DONT GO HERE!

This is by far the best counseling office I have ever attended. Tom is the perfect counselor for me, after so many years of failing to connect with one. If you can, get Tom. Such a genuine and passionate person when it comes to therapy. He somehow always has the most perfectly accurate responses to and analyzation of what you are trying to say A+++
Also, the receptionist are so sweet and I believe I am accurate in assuming the other therapist here are amazing as well.

This is only my second counseling appointment, but I have been to at least 30 counselors. I've been to art and sand play therapy, I have been to swing therapy, cognitive therapy, PSR workers, and psychiatrists. But I must say that Tabitha is the most incredible counselor I have ever met. Hands down... The balancing of listening and explaining is perfect. I've never felt hope for My future self like I do now. Thank you so much! <3
