Overall, the Medical Care I have received at the Caldwell VA Clinic for at least 6 or more years has been a positive experience. Appointments & labs are generally met timely and outsourcing when outside scope of facility has been diligent. There is always blips in any long-term professional relationship and circumstances arise that cause aggravation, but I rate mine with the Caldwell Clinic @ least a 4.4

I have had nothing but quality care at Terry Riellys. They helped me when I had no insurance and continue to provide quality health care when I do have insurance. If I was to have one complaint, it would be that you can not get help when calling in. They are very difficult to reach by phone when you need answers to medical questions.

The reason why I love this place so much it's because it's only $10 a piss test if you're paying out of pocket and not only that but they're open until 8 so if you have a busy day you have no problem having to take a piss test and then work with you with payments

HSI has been a complete life saver for my family. The care, patience, support and understanding we have experienced with TJ, Marty, Jennifer, Elena, Lori, Meredith and right down to Cindi at the front desk has constantly blown me away. I can't put into words how much the entire Caldwell staff has meant to us and how life changing they've been.Unfortunately, we had a pretty epic failure of an interaction with Nichole who was working the crisis line tonight, which is the ONLY reason I took away a star. It was a great place for my Grand daughter to be.it helped her a lot.only thing I can see though is the caldwell,nampa area needs more of these halfway homes.Addiction is getting worse out there not better.my son has been calling rising sun a month now to be told everyday no, no bed yet.Today i,m praying is the day cause he was told hes the top of the list and,two over the weekend were leaving.so when he calls today he should be told there is a bed for him.hes been in a homeless shelter all this time and,theres drugs everywhere around him but,bless his heart he has been strong and,has stayed clear of it.

Sadly, I have few been to quite a few recovery centers over the years. Within the first week I had learned more than I had in any other I had attended. Such a clean facility with staff that truly care. Colin is a top notch chef that made us the best meals. My wife is in trouble when I get home, as my taste buds have been accustomed to the best food(kidding). And from the people that run the show Andrew and Luke, to my counselor Matt, to all the techs that made it happen, all 5 STARS. Whatever your view of detox centers, drug addiction or mental health, I would be remiss if i didn't thank the staff at Allumbaugh House for being a contributing factor in my survival. The specifics aren't important, except for the staff truly does care. Although I have been back several times, they truly do what they can to assist you in not only detox, but resources to continue sobriety upon leaving. I m sadly a frequent flyer for detox centers, I ve probably been to about 10, both in and outside of the Ada County area. This is the best detox center I ve ever been to. The staff is kind and doesn t judge you. This is a great safe place to detox and the case workers will work with you for next steps. They ve saved my life and changed it.

We all chit chat bc we all like them but that's if we don't hold anyone up.Their clean, not to busy and great.My counselor is very nice but tends to be a bit overbearing and such but it's bc she cares. If you truly want to get sober they'll help. They'll try and help you make good choices. If you just need it to keep from getting sick if you run out they'll keep you well enough.It works I'm clean. There's days but it works better than anything else.

This clinic is amazing. The staff here always make you feel welcome and truly want you to succeed. They don't pressure you to go up or down on your dose, but they do ask how you're doing on your dose to make sure it's working for you. The counselors are awesome. They are always there for you and give you the tools, advice and support you need to get through hard times or relapses. I couldn't be more grateful for this place.

The staff and treatment offered here is excellent and life changing. They offer as much help as you need and truly care about your treatment and check in frequently with you to make sure that you're doing well and offer any support or advice you may need or want. Price is reasonable and treatment requirements are easy and manageable. I have been going here for several years and truly appreciate all they have done for me to be successful in my sobriety and life changing.

I reported about how they never refilled my meds and added a bad review. In reality, I wrote that when I was anxious and needing my meds, in a very low state. Something they told me was, we are the place to go when you are in that state we are a safe place they really are. Walgreens keeps screwing them over by not sending in medications, if you use there pharmacy that s in acacia you will get your meds much faster.

First and foremost I have to mention some All-Star staff members. Stephanie Med-Tech Generations. Kristy Med-Tech Generations. Ann Med-Nurse Generations. Friday Med-Tech Generations. Kim Charge-Nurse generations. Nancy Charge-nurse ICU, Torii psyc-tech. Keith Psych tech. East Ward. Courtney Social Worker East Ward. There were definitely other great staff members, but these 8 people stood out to me. I appreciate them all. Every doctor was pretty good also. If you don t think this place is helpful, then you aren t actually looking for help. If you go here please take it seriously. You have to do your part. Having said that, not everything and everyone was perfect. I found 95% of the staff to be amazing. However, there were some pretty unfriendly and rigid Tech s and Nurses. I don t think that approach works well in a place like this. It s already difficult to go there. Even if you truly want help, it s still not as easy as staying home. But, if you re ready or in need of help, then come here. I spent 9 days in Generations and 4 days in East Ward. Generations is much easier for sure. East was more rigid and strict and the patients were a lot more verbally abusive to staff. IMO that was the hardest part of my stay. I wanted to lose it on someone every time a patient was out of line yelling at a staff member, but it s not my place to get involved when I m a patient myself. Also, the cafeteria is kinda weak. It should be twice the size and twice as many options. Hire more cooks for each shift and expand it. I have a strict diet due to Chronic Pancreatitis and EPI (exocrine pancreatic insufficiency). There wasn t much to choose from. I had the pita and hummus plate at least 16 times in my 13 days. It s cucumbers, tomatoes and hummus. There was a 3 day stretch with ZERO cucumbers. That was really frustrating. I mean it s just a cucumber. Also, the older lady that is head cook is kinda rude and condescending. When I asked if they had cucumbers yet, she rolled her eyes and said, I told you yesterday we were out. How would I know that if it was the next day? If you happen to be vegan, then good luck. Your choices will be veggies and canned fruits. Having said that, at the end of the day the help I received far far far far outweighed any of the negative things. I am starting out patient group therapy there on Monday. I know I gotta do my part to continue to be a better version of myself. I am so thankful for this facility. 5 stars.
