From more services, more accessible community friendly leadership. Thoughtful and compassionate employees. If you have hesitated in the past because of past experiences or concerns, I would recommend giving them another shot. You may be pleasantly surprised.

i’m not sure why this place has bad reviews. from my pov i have a wonderful therapist who i enjoy talking to. there are a few rotten eggs within the system, but all i had to do was call and asked to be switched to a different person. this place has saved my life and i’m so grateful for it. 🩷

This place is great, so thankful they are in Caldwell and they are so great with my husbands health and so wonderful.!

Brand new facility. Same friendly staff. Still great service. More offices, and complete facility, Larger parking lot. Easy access from I 84. More direct route.

Absolutely best clinic the VA has. Communication is quick the clinic is great at responding and quick for urgent medical needs. Best team Boise has!

I really like this dr office especially dr Arthur he has been really helpful for my family and finding medical issues and getting them treated.

I have been with them for counseling for two year and med management for almost a year. I absolutely love them! Their providers have always been kind, respectful, and clear while talking with me. Any problems I've had with them, they fixed them quickly. Their receptionists are wonderful and kind as well. Everyone I've worked with is so compassionate and it's clear they want to help me to feel better. I'd give them more stars if I could 😁

This is by far the best counseling office I have ever attended. Tom is the perfect counselor for me, after so many years of failing to connect with one. If you can, get Tom. Such a genuine and passionate person when it comes to therapy. He somehow always has the most perfectly accurate responses to and analyzation of what you are trying to say A+++ Also, the receptionist are so sweet and I believe I am accurate in assuming the other therapist here are amazing as well. You won’t be disappointed

This is only my second counseling appointment, but I have been to at least 30 counselors. I've been to art and sand play therapy, I have been to swing therapy, cognitive therapy, PSR workers, and psychiatrists. But I must say that Tabitha is the most incredible counselor I have ever met. Hands down... The balancing of listening and explaining is perfect. I've never felt hope for My future self like I do now. Thank you so much! <3 Andrew

I enrolled my daughter here a few months ago. It is located in a beautiful location in the mountains w a nice river that flows by it. The facilities are nice and it is well run. Had a good staff to child ratio. The staff are caring and nice and the program is very well thought out. The counselor she has is very good and they are teaching valuable skills. My daughter seems to like it there and we couldn’t be happier.

If it had not been for this amazing organization, I don't think my son would be alive today. I am so very grateful!

I attended Patch for 6 months and it really changed my life! The staff at Patch are very caring and they work hard to make sure that the mistakes and issues you have had and done in the past do not define who you can become! They do test you and push your buttons sometimes, but it helps you to not have thin skin when somebody tries to push your buttons to annoy you. The DBT skills I learned there have helped me to deal with things now in a better way, rather than just lying or getting into useless arguments about things that end up not even mattering within a few minutes. The food at Patch was great, they supplied healthy food that got us through the day, and they made sure that it was made with love! I am now a senior in high-school and captain of my JV basketball team! I still today keep in touch with the Patch staff by calling the boys dorm and whenever I feel like I need to vent or just tell them about my day, they are always there to answer and listen!

Life Counseling has truly been the best company we've worked with. Despite the shortage of BI services over the last few years, they have consistently been accommodating and transparent. For the past 2.5 years, our son has had the privilege of working with Kaylee as his BI, and I cannot speak highly enough of her. The kindness, care, and precision she brings to her work with him are unmatched. Additionally, Seanna expertly manages all the paperwork, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Working with Life Counseling has been an absolute joy, and we are incredibly grateful for the positive impact they've had on our son's life.

I highly recommend Emily. She is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly passionate about supporting the perinatal population. I feel very comfortable referring my patients to her, knowing they will receive excellent, empathetic, and professional care.

They have some good programs available but the counselors themselves are super unprofessional and discuss clients with their coworkers which violates hipaa.

Very disappointed in this place if you're grieving and going through a hard wouldn't go here because you will just have to constantly wait weeks on end and then be rescheduled again for weeks on end my daughter is only nine and she's lost a lot of people in her short little life and she just wanted to see someone but they just keep rescheduling her heart breaking if I can get this place a zero star I would

This is an amazing rehab, the staff are there for you and show that they want you to change and become a better person. They helped me and so many others. I would definitely recommend for anyone.

I went here for probably 4 years. I had 2 different counselors and im probably going to have another one somethime soon. I believe this place is amazing they all try to communicate in more than one way. They put in the most effort they can and if i do go back to counseling I personally hope that it is here.

We've been going here for years and have always had positive experiences. Their new office steps it up from what it was before: a little satellite location. Helpful staff, excellent counselors.
