There was a time in my 26-year community partnership with Lifeways when I wasn't the biggest fan. I can honestly say there has been a significant shift. From more services, more accessible community friendly leadership. Thoughtful and compassionate employees. If you have hesitated in the past because of past experiences or concerns, I would recommend giving them another shot. You may be pleasantly surprised.

i’m not sure why this place has bad reviews. from my pov i have a wonderful therapist who i enjoy talking to. there are a few rotten eggs within the system, but all i had to do was call and asked to be switched to a different person. this place has saved my life and i’m so grateful for it. 🩷

This place is great, so thankful they are in Caldwell and they are so great with my husbands health and so wonderful.!

Brand new facility. Same friendly staff. Still great service. More offices, and complete facility, Larger parking lot. Easy access from I 84. More direct route.

Absolutely best clinic the VA has. Communication is quick the clinic is great at responding and quick for urgent medical needs. Best team Boise has!

Peak has been my rock for some time so far best mental health facility I've ever had:) everyone is welcoming with open arms always happy to help in anyway they can!! I would strongly recommend anyone who needs any form of help to go to peak.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Deo Peppersack for over 20 years, and the level of care she provides is truly exceptional. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in her patients’ overall well-being. One of the most special parts of her practice is the presence of her gentle, well-trained therapy dogs. For more than two decades, they’ve created a calming, comforting atmosphere that benefits me and so many other patients. Their peaceful energy makes every visit feel welcoming, safe, and healing. Dr. Deo Peppersack has built a wellness environment that is warm, supportive, and unique. I’ve been receiving Spravato treatments at this office and truly cannot say enough good things about the entire experience.The staff is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and supportive every step of the way. They make a process that can feel overwhelming feel safe, calm, and actually hopeful. One of my absolute favorite parts of coming here is the therapy dogs. They are amazing—so sweet, comforting, and intuitive. They make the sessions feel less clinical and more like a place of healing. It’s impossible not to feel calmer and more grounded when they come in to say hi. I’m genuinely grateful for every person (and furry friend!) who’s been part of that journey.

I haven’t found such an all inclusive facility with amazing, kinds Drs, pharmacists and medical assistants. Theirs is the from desk and she is the best. I see Dr Deppo as my primary care Dr, my psychiatrist and miscellaneous things but they also have their own pharmacy in the building called GEONA it’s one stop, but I’d like to enforce that. It’s the quality of care and the kindness you receive at Summit also known as Acacia give it a try

I have been with them for counseling for two year and med management for almost a year. I absolutely love them! Their providers have always been kind, respectful, and clear while talking with me. Any problems I've had with them, they fixed them quickly. Their receptionists are wonderful and kind as well. Everyone I've worked with is so compassionate and it's clear they want to help me to feel better. I'd give them more stars if I could 😁

Dr. McKinley has helped me a lot. She is a great listener but also speaks on her recommendations and with biblical insight. I especially appreciated that she gave me readings to take home. Wonderful doctor but unusual acting. He really knows people and how to help them. Sometimes though he will fall asleep during the session.

There are a lot of great things here, not just clothes. I found a really nice set of dessert plates for just $2.99 for the whole set!

Stay away from this place. My wife received care here for 5 years and ended up worse off and cost us thousands of dollars! They are legal drug dealers and will keep you dependent on big Pharma’s products. In the end, they recommended Intermountain Hospital for detox which resulted in a traumatic experience and a major step backwards. We switched over to a place call “The Karlfeldt Center” and it has been a god send!

This is by far the best counseling office I have ever attended. Tom is the perfect counselor for me, after so many years of failing to connect with one. If you can, get Tom. Such a genuine and passionate person when it comes to therapy. He somehow always has the most perfectly accurate responses to and analyzation of what you are trying to say A+++ Also, the receptionist are so sweet and I believe I am accurate in assuming the other therapist here are amazing as well. You won’t be disappointed

This is only my second counseling appointment, but I have been to at least 30 counselors. I've been to art and sand play therapy, I have been to swing therapy, cognitive therapy, PSR workers, and psychiatrists. But I must say that Tabitha is the most incredible counselor I have ever met. Hands down... The balancing of listening and explaining is perfect. I've never felt hope for My future self like I do now. Thank you so much! <3 Andrew

I enrolled my daughter here a few months ago. It is located in a beautiful location in the mountains w a nice river that flows by it. The facilities are nice and it is well run. Had a good staff to child ratio. The staff are caring and nice and the program is very well thought out. The counselor she has is very good and they are teaching valuable skills. My daughter seems to like it there and we couldn’t be happier.

If it had not been for this amazing organization, I don't think my son would be alive today. I am so very grateful!

I attended Patch for 6 months and it really changed my life! The staff at Patch are very caring and they work hard to make sure that the mistakes and issues you have had and done in the past do not define who you can become! They do test you and push your buttons sometimes, but it helps you to not have thin skin when somebody tries to push your buttons to annoy you. The DBT skills I learned there have helped me to deal with things now in a better way, rather than just lying or getting into useless arguments about things that end up not even mattering within a few minutes. The food at Patch was great, they supplied healthy food that got us through the day, and they made sure that it was made with love! I am now a senior in high-school and captain of my JV basketball team! I still today keep in touch with the Patch staff by calling the boys dorm and whenever I feel like I need to vent or just tell them about my day, they are always there to answer and listen!

Wonderful people you love the community and making a different in others lives. I highly recommend Boise Rescue Mission. Thank you for all you do!

As a recent graduate, Ascent Behavioral Health was personable, supportive, and set achievable expectations. The staff helped me get real results and build tools I can use every day. I’m grateful for the program and highly recommend it.

I've learned a lot from my group members and the counselors at Ascent. If you want to learn how to live your life on your own terms, this is a great place to start.

I was court ordered to attend groups here and was not happy at first. I graduate next week and this program has changed my life forever. I can't be thankful enough for the genuine care and compassion I received by all involved. Had I known this type of help existed, I would have signed up years ago. But I believe things happened how they did for a reason. If you need real help, and you're ready for real change, please give Ascent a chance. They will go above and beyond. It's almost unbelievable. Thank you guys for everything.

I highly recommend Emily. She is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly passionate about supporting the perinatal population. I feel very comfortable referring my patients to her, knowing they will receive excellent, empathetic, and professional care.

My husband and I had tried counseling before without much progress. We found Journey Mental Health and began with the intent to work on our communication. After a bit we found ourselves not only better equipped with approaches and skills but an understanding of emotions and how to manage them. Appointments were easy to schedule and billing was flawless.

Great place with fantastic therapists, Jordan at the front desk is phenomenal, he speaks clearly and calmly and I am happy he has stuck around there!

We appreciate this program beyond words. But if you need words: they are kind, helpful, consistent, very gifted and skilled in their roles and I’m so grateful for their help and expertise.

I’ve been to a few clinics, but this one feels different. The doctors take time to understand and support you fully.

This is an amazing rehab, the staff are there for you and show that they want you to change and become a better person. They helped me and so many others. I would definitely recommend for anyone.

I’m writing this review to share my experience with Megan Hill as a child counselor. In my opinion, she demonstrates a clear lack of professionalism and neutrality, which is especially concerning in custody-related matters. She consistently shows bias, fails to maintain appropriate boundaries, and has openly discussed sensitive information with parents in public spaces — conversations that should happen privately. Despite clear, documented facts (including professional testing), she disregards evidence that contradicts her views. She communicates exclusively with one parent, ignoring the other entirely, which raises serious concerns about impartiality. Based on my experience, she appears to carry a bias against men and does not prioritize what is truly best for the child. I do not believe she should be working with children in this capacity. If Megan Hill is currently involved in your child’s counseling, I strongly recommend finding an alternative professional who can offer fair, child-centered guidance.

Unable to communicate in a professional manner, don’t waste your time. Or communicate in general.

I went here for probably 4 years. I had 2 different counselors and im probably going to have another one somethime soon. I believe this place is amazing they all try to communicate in more than one way. They put in the most effort they can and if i do go back to counseling I personally hope that it is here.

We've been going here for years and have always had positive experiences. Their new office steps it up from what it was before: a little satellite location. Helpful staff, excellent counselors.
