I enrolled my daughter here a few months ago. It is located in a beautiful location in the mountains w a nice river that flows by it. The facilities are nice and it is well run. Had a good staff to child ratio. The staff are caring and nice and the program is very well thought out. The counselor she has is very good and they are teaching valuable skills. My daughter seems to like it there and we couldn’t be happier.

I attended Patch for 6 months and it really changed my life! The staff at Patch are very caring and they work hard to make sure that the mistakes and issues you have had and done in the past do not define who you can become! They do test you and push your buttons sometimes, but it helps you to not have thin skin when somebody tries to push your buttons to annoy you. The DBT skills I learned there have helped me to deal with things now in a better way, rather than just lying or getting into useless arguments about things that end up not even mattering within a few minutes. The food at Patch was great, they supplied healthy food that got us through the day, and they made sure that it was made with love! I am now a senior in high-school and captain of my JV basketball team! I still today keep in touch with the Patch staff by calling the boys dorm and whenever I feel like I need to vent or just tell them about my day, they are always there to answer and listen!

I attended and graduated from Brick house recovery after almost a year. I've been in and out of rehab for 40 years. I've never been able to find lasting recovery. Brick House was different. I went through the entirety of the program at Brick House and I will say that it saved my life and changed it in a way that I will be eternally grateful. From intake to graduation they were there for me to love me especially when I couldn't love myself. The people are genuine and loving in the best possible way. It was overwhelming of course at first but they helped me build a foundation of recovery that I use today and I am two weeks away from 15 months which is an absolute miracle that I never thought possible and it is thanks to the people who work for brick house and the clients that I came in contact with. I have been going to CBH for over 10 years. My life has improved so much since beginning my journey here. Because of CBH, I graduated from 4 years @ CWI. Do not send your child into the troubled teen industry!!! They are not forthcoming and transparent at all. Which is the first thing they will label you with during intake- lying. It is a SEVENTH DAY ADVENTIST organization which is heavily implemented into this program. If you don’t know what that means, please look into this denomination. “Christian” is a very big umbrella term. My experience demonized the idea of Christianity and therapy. I am in intense therapy currently with C-PTSD because of this place (it has been 8 years) and intense night terrors. I have developed OCD tendencies due to constantly being in fear of getting graded and having all of my “privileges” taken away (ie no speaking, no sitting on furniture, carrying my items in a milk crate). My mother regrets the decision and has cried over this experience. They get the parents through the churches. All the same rhetoric “(I/we) thought you were going to die”. She attempted to pull me out in December 2016, but could not since it is a 12 month contract where the parents write away their rights of their child. I have PCOS and endometriosis and was taken off of birth control by staff because “(i) was not going to be sexually active during my stay”. I have what I believe now to have had ovarian cysts rupture during wilderness. No medical attention was provided. Only moved into the cabin until I was not throwing up and fainting anymore. I have moved multiple times and still get their flyer no matter where I move. A constant reminder of my horrific stay. “Simple compliance” sounds great and dandy on the outside but if you are a teen entering adulthood, that mindset will get you into very dangerous and destructive situations. - “just say “OKAY” ”. The DBT is very cult derived and not accurate as I have gone through my “handbook” and “DBT binder” with a psychiatrist and therapist. It’s been a lot of unprogramming and much more to undo. If you are graduating high school that is what they will use to manipulate you to comply with the program. These “recreational activities” of camping happen for level 2 and only one trip planned a year. It’s not every weekend. Theres NO HORSEBACK RIDING. I say it all caps because we all were under the impression there was before we arrived big LOL. Watch “the program on Netflix” educate yourself before putting your child through more trauma. Which 9/10 is why you are seeking help. Your child has trauma. This place will only make it worse.

20 years later I am still working through the repercussions of the trauma I endured there. My Mother has asked forgiveness for sending me there, many times. The staff was abusive beyond measure, and they went as far as to get the other children trapped there to participate in the abuse as well. I would go more into detail, but it really is a lot and I'm not ready to share it all publicly. There is a support group for survivors from this institution on Facebook. Their stories are a small glimpse into what this place was like for so many young adults.

I was referred to Zelus Recovery by a friend, and I will always be grateful that I found them. The ambulatory detox program allowed me to safely navigate alcohol withdrawal from the comfort of my own home, with twice-daily Telehealth monitoring and personalized support. I was surprised by how much individual attention I received and, in some ways, felt more personally supported than I had experienced in an inpatient setting. Following detox, I continued with the intensive outpatient program three days a week. What sets Zelus apart is their individualized approach. Rather than spending hours in repetitive educational sessions, each day began with a personal check-in, and the focus of treatment was guided by the needs identified that day. This allowed me to address the issues that were most relevant to me, while developing meaningful coping strategies, identifying triggers, and understanding the patterns that can lead to relapse. Most importantly, I learned how to recognize the early warning signs that I was entering a vulnerable place and what I could do to interrupt that cycle before it led to drinking. These are tools and insights that I will carry with me long after completing treatment. I am deeply grateful for my experience at Zelus Recovery and for the compassionate, individualized care I received. I am especially thankful to Jeremy for his personal coaching and support during detox. His guidance helped make an incredibly difficult experience feel manageable. Zelus gave me more than treatment—they gave me practical tools, greater self-awareness, and confidence in my ability to move forward. I am truly grateful for the role they played in my recovery.

I started seeing Dr. Press because I was really struggling with my relationship and also feeling pretty lost with what I wanted to do career wise. I had a lot going on in my head and honestly didn't really know where to start. What I liked was that he didn't just tell me what I should do. He asked questions that made me look at things differently and helped me understand some of the patterns I kept repeating in my relationships. He was also really good at helping me separate what I could control from what I couldn't. Over time I feel like I've gotten a lot more confident in myself and the decisions I'm making. I'm still working through things, but I don't feel as stuck as I did when I started. I also appreciate that therapy doesn't feel like I'm just sitting there talking while someone nods. There are actually things I take away from the sessions and think about afterward. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is dealing with relationship issues or just feeling stuck and trying to figure out what direction they want to go in life.

I’ve been receiving Spravato treatments at this office and truly cannot say enough good things about the entire experience.The staff is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and supportive every step of the way. They make a process that can feel overwhelming feel safe, calm, and actually hopeful. One of my absolute favorite parts of coming here is the therapy dogs. They are amazing—so sweet, comforting, and intuitive. They make the sessions feel less clinical and more like a place of healing. It’s impossible not to feel calmer and more grounded when they come in to say hi. I’m genuinely grateful for every person (and furry friend!) who’s been part of that journey.

I haven’t found such an all inclusive facility with amazing, kinds Drs, pharmacists and medical assistants. Theirs is the from desk and she is the best. I see Dr Deppo as my primary care Dr, my psychiatrist and miscellaneous things but they also have their own pharmacy in the building called GEONA it’s one stop, but I’d like to enforce that. This is only my second counseling appointment, but I have been to at least 30 counselors. I've been to art and sand play therapy, I have been to swing therapy, cognitive therapy, PSR workers, and psychiatrists. But I must say that Tabitha is the most incredible counselor I have ever met. I can’t thank Ascent Behavioral Health Services enough for the incredible impact they’ve had on not only my recovery journey but my life in general. From day one, I felt welcomed, understood, and supported in a way I never expected. A huge part of my progress and healing is thanks to the amazing counselors Josh and Melissa. Josh brought such an individualized, welcoming, and honest style of counseling from day one that helped me see things clearly, stay accountable, feel able to be more vulnerable, and truly has become one of my best friends I can always count on and come to for support, while Melissa provided such warmth and insight that every session felt like a breakthrough. Their balance of compassion and structure was exactly what I needed to start rebuilding my life. I also want to give special recognition to my case manager, Allison. She was incredibly responsive, patient, and genuinely cared about my progress. Whether it was helping me stay on track with appointments or just checking in on me she always went above and beyond.
