I enrolled my daughter here a few months ago. It is located in a beautiful location in the mountains w a nice river that flows by it. The facilities are nice and it is well run. Had a good staff to child ratio. The staff are caring and nice and the program is very well thought out. The counselor she has is very good and they are teaching valuable skills. My daughter seems to like it there and we couldn’t be happier.

I attended Patch for 6 months and it really changed my life! The staff at Patch are very caring and they work hard to make sure that the mistakes and issues you have had and done in the past do not define who you can become! They do test you and push your buttons sometimes, but it helps you to not have thin skin when somebody tries to push your buttons to annoy you. The DBT skills I learned there have helped me to deal with things now in a better way, rather than just lying or getting into useless arguments about things that end up not even mattering within a few minutes. The food at Patch was great, they supplied healthy food that got us through the day, and they made sure that it was made with love! I am now a senior in high-school and captain of my JV basketball team! I still today keep in touch with the Patch staff by calling the boys dorm and whenever I feel like I need to vent or just tell them about my day, they are always there to answer and listen!

I've been going for four months now and their fantastic. If no one is there I can be in and out in less than a min. We all chit chat bc we all like them but that's if we don't hold anyone up.
Their clean, not to busy and great.
My counselor is very nice but tends to be a bit overbearing and such but it's bc she cares. If you truly want to get sober they'll help. They'll try and help you make good choices. If you just need it to keep from getting sick if you run out they'll keep you well enough.
It works I'm clean. There's days but it works better than anything else.

This clinic is amazing. The staff here always make you feel welcome and truly want you to succeed. They don't pressure you to go up or down on your dose, but they do ask how you're doing on your dose to make sure it's working for you. The counselors are awesome. They are always there for you and give you the tools, advice and support you need to get through hard times or relapses. I couldn't be more grateful for this place.

I have been a client at this location, off and on throughout two decades. So thankful, for the nursing, psychiatric care, and Social services, as well as all of the faculty and staff's help. The cafeteria, bedrooms, and lounges are clean, and the staff is friendly and caring from the moment you arrive. Without some of their nurses and psychiatrists help over the decades, I wouldn't have the mental wellness and health that I have gained as a result. I have had nothing but quality care at Terry Riellys. They helped me when I had no insurance and continue to provide quality health care when I do have insurance. If I was to have one complaint, it would be that you can not get help when calling in. They are very difficult to reach by phone when you need answers to medical questions.

St Alphonsus behavioral health has been a godsend for me. I have been a OCD patient since 2014. When I first started requesting OCD medicine at St Lukes, I was referred to sage health care. What I did not know at the time is St Lukes behavioral health is based in Twin Falls and St. Alphonsus behavioral health is based in Boise. At sage health care I started with a nurse practitioner who later retired and then I upgrade to a Physician assistant who left the practice and moved. In 2024 after 10 years at Sage Health care I decided if they were short on providers and realizing I drive by the St Alphonsus behavioral health In patient office, I would try to transfer to St Alphonsus behavioral health out patient. At St. Alphonsus instead of getting a Nurse practitioner or Physician assistant I started seeing a Physiatrist. I am very pleased with the treatment at St. Alphonsus and I would definitely recommend their behavioral health to anyone needing treatment for mood disorders.

In the past this has been the most comfortable place to ask for help. I don’t mean it was great or it helped fix all my problems, but it was safe enough. I felt the least amount of judgement here from staff compared to other places. The food is amazing! There was no smoking allowed so that made working on my problems even harder. They allowed my car to stay in the hospital parking lot which took away that stressful situation. They had ONE nurse that spoke to me with such kindness that this place just worked for me during that stay. The doctors I can’t say helped at all. At all. It was more of a safe place to work on myself while being supervised by doctors.

The healing journey from addiction began in the spring of 2020 when I pulled into the driveway at Rainbow's End Recovery. I was greeted with love, compassion and warmth from everyone. I felt welcomed. The beautiful character nestled alongside the Salmon River brings joy to my heart. I spent many days enjoying the landscape, feeding the horses and sitting by the river. I have so many wonderful memories of hiking, fishing, making music, making new friends, and taking the first critical steps in recovery. The meals and desserts were absolutely stunning. Loved the cowboy cookies! I am so grateful for Rainbow's End Recovery. A foundation was established in the time I spent there. Went for my visit everyone was very nice until I said I couldn't afford the service. After that the doctor called the pharmacy and put a stop to all medications. Luckily I was able to find a doctor I could afford before I needed them.. I do not recommend.

Some unprofessional staff will gleefully share your info with ANY interested parties. They'll easily find ways around HIPPA laws so you'll have no recourse. Be careful.
Mental Health care in Idaho is a shambles so be very thoughtful of your choice in professional (& who they work for).

Someone I'm very close to was recently in this program. Absolutely amazing recovery team. No contact co-ed is critical to recovery and great job done by staff and residents for respecting boundaries. Outings in the community are a feature that greatly benefits clients. Clients have reasonable input with staff on questions, concerns, and comments to be addressed. Clients can self-regulate on rules compliance with other clients. Just don't talk to the on-site med provider about therapeutic issues. That will get you in a wreck you cannot possibly imagine.

A freaking joke. Took over a year to even be seen. Applied to get mental health evaluation and been scheduled with 3 different nurse practitioners. Two years in and I've only been seen 3 times for councling and still no evaluation. Government money hard at waste

I don't recommend this place for a option if it's your last option that's OK but from my own experience with them is I've been change multiple times with proscribers for meds and 4 councilors. They don't help with multiple types of mental health problems they only try and focus on one. I don't blame any volunteers for this. I'm blaming the people who manage everything for example the coordinator Kevin.

This place has helped me so much in my recovery. I don't know where I would be today if they were not there. They have taught me all skills I need to be successful on my journey. Don't get me wrong but I have had my set backs but they have always been there to help me with getting back on the right track. I am truly thankful for the wonderful people that I have worked with.

Gateway counseling center is at top for treatment centers I've encountered.and for once I have my life back and headed in a positive direction in my life.. definitely has changed my life ,I would recommend to anyone who is in need of these services..the whole staff I give an A +

This place is GARBAGE and so unprofessional. They will lie straight to your face and then do the opposite behind your back. I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy to this place! I would recommend you find anyone else but this place for your needs. If I could give 0 stars I would but that is not an option.
