I enrolled my daughter here a few months ago. It is located in a beautiful location in the mountains w a nice river that flows by it. The facilities are nice and it is well run. Had a good staff to child ratio. The staff are caring and nice and the program is very well thought out. The counselor she has is very good and they are teaching valuable skills. My daughter seems to like it there and we couldn’t be happier.

I attended Patch for 6 months and it really changed my life! The staff at Patch are very caring and they work hard to make sure that the mistakes and issues you have had and done in the past do not define who you can become! They do test you and push your buttons sometimes, but it helps you to not have thin skin when somebody tries to push your buttons to annoy you. The DBT skills I learned there have helped me to deal with things now in a better way, rather than just lying or getting into useless arguments about things that end up not even mattering within a few minutes. The food at Patch was great, they supplied healthy food that got us through the day, and they made sure that it was made with love! I am now a senior in high-school and captain of my JV basketball team! I still today keep in touch with the Patch staff by calling the boys dorm and whenever I feel like I need to vent or just tell them about my day, they are always there to answer and listen!

Eagle Creek was truly a lifeline for our family. From my very first phone call, I could tell this was a place that was different.
During an incredibly emotional and uncertain time, Luke, one of the owners, answered the phone himself. His kindness, patience, and genuine concern immediately put me at ease. He took the time to listen and never once made me feel rushed or dismissed.
Luke connected me with Jeff, who showed the same level of compassion and sincerity. He was the first person throughout this entire process who paused to ask how I was doing, a simple question that meant so much during such a difficult time. That genuine care stayed with me.
Getting my husband into Eagle Creek turned out to be one of the best decisions we have ever made. The team there is exceptional in every sense of the word. I had the privilege of meeting several staff members, especially Arthur, Mel, and Matt, who went above and beyond to offer support, reassurance, and kindness.
Every person I encountered radiated warmth and a true desire to help people heal. I was deeply impressed by how purposeful every part of Eagle Creek’s program is. The therapies, counseling, and activities are all designed to help clients understand the roots of their addiction, grow personally, and develop the tools needed for lasting recovery. When you are ready for recovery, I highly recommend Northpoint. From the moment I walked in, the staff members were kind, professional, and helpful during one of the most difficult times in my life.
Everything about the facility was comfortable. It was not what I expected to say the least. I was treated with respect. I wasn't locked up in a hole. The environment made recovery attainable without making me feel miserable.
Because of the welcoming environment, the other community members were equally as pleasant. You get a sense of community in your recovery that lasts past your graduation date.
You will be exposed to tools, coping skills, techniques, etc. to assist you during your recovery. Before you leave, they make certain that you have a solid release plan and options for aftercare.
If you are at a loss for ways to put down addiction, definitely consider the inpatient program at Northpoint. I finally have confidence in a new life for myself.

I have zero complaints. Never have I seen a staff so attentive and care for the residents, who are probably having their worst time ever. They are patient, persistent and always available for a shoulder to cry on. I am so very lucky I found NorthPoint in Boise, my hometown. I Would give a strong 10 referral to anyone who I know needing a safe place to process an addiction. I am better for it.

I started at raise the bottom about a month ago & I'm super lucky I had Amanda doing my intake. She made sure I did not feel one bit uncomfortable from the moment I walked through the door that morning. The way we connected was perfect, she made it so easy for me to come forward and be honest about my addiction, and that is never easy! Also my counselor Stephanie is amazing! I can open up to her and talk to her about anything and she always knows what to say. When i came in 2 different times for my assesment with Stephanie & Orientation with Amanda, they both offered me coffee before the appointments and let me make myself some! Just always so welcoming and i love that because as an addict going into places like that its hard because we're basically going in asking for help and thats never easy for someone going through an addiction. Dosing nurses! Those ladies do a great job. The hardest thing is getting stable on a dose while detoxing off a drug like fentynal. The way they care and walk you thru what to do while going through the symptoms is so touching. Ive never felt anyone care that much that i was in pain then my mother. I can say that if it wasn't for the staff at raise the bottom. I would not be off fentynal, and I wouldn't be wanting to go in everyday and dose..But I do because of them, because they made it to where I was comfortable to go in. Comfortable to be honest and open with them.

I just completed the program at North Point and can easily say this place saved my life. Not only did I learn about my addiction and was given ways to cope with it for the balance of my life, but I received help getting to some of the underlying causes. I received therapy and counseling to address grief/trauma and begin a healing process. Brittany does amazing work in this area. The medical and nursing staff are knowledgeable and caring. The counselors and techs are amazing people. The facility is clean and healthy and the group sessions provide valuable insight to our common problem. The transformations I witnessed first hand were nothing short of amazing. North Point knows what they are doing. I would absolutely and with conviction recommend this place to anyone wanting help with addiction problems. Don't wait, call.

Whatever your view of detox centers, drug addiction or mental health, I would be remiss if i didn't thank the staff at Allumbaugh House for being a contributing factor in my survival. The specifics aren't important, except for the staff truly does care. Although I have been back several times, they truly do what they can to assist you in not only detox, but resources to continue sobriety upon leaving. Too many names to mention, but you all are saints.

I’m sadly a frequent flyer for detox centers, I’ve probably been to about 10, both in and outside of the Ada County area. This is the best detox center I’ve ever been to. The staff is kind and doesn’t judge you. This is a great safe place to detox and the case workers will work with you for next steps. They’ve saved my life and changed it.

This is by far the best counseling office I have ever attended. Tom is the perfect counselor for me, after so many years of failing to connect with one. If you can, get Tom. Such a genuine and passionate person when it comes to therapy. He somehow always has the most perfectly accurate responses to and analyzation of what you are trying to say A+++
Also, the receptionist are so sweet and I believe I am accurate in assuming the other therapist here are amazing as well.

This is only my second counseling appointment, but I have been to at least 30 counselors. I've been to art and sand play therapy, I have been to swing therapy, cognitive therapy, PSR workers, and psychiatrists. But I must say that Tabitha is the most incredible counselor I have ever met. Hands down... The balancing of listening and explaining is perfect. I've never felt hope for My future self like I do now. Thank you so much! <3

I was court ordered to attend groups here and was not happy at first. I graduate next week and this program has changed my life forever. I can't be thankful enough for the genuine care and compassion I received by all involved. Had I known this type of help existed, I would have signed up years ago. I’ve read a few of the reviews and they sadden me. No one deserves to receive sub par medical care, especially when it involves mental health challenges. That being said, my experience has been positive and beneficial! Yes, I’ve had problems with being “on-time” and I was appropriately reprimanded but, generally speaking, I, at this time, have no complaints! If you are looking for a faith-based therapist but, will not push her religious beliefs, Gina is a very competent and knowledgeable LCSW and I highly recommend her for treatment of PTSD/Trauma related disorders! The Boise location is has a nice a welcoming atmosphere and the office manager is a rock star! She even offers treats as you check in (but, don’t take a handful and leave the candy dish empty).
Overall, I am pleased with the care I receive at Midvalley Healthcare.

HSI has been a complete life saver for my family. The care, patience, support and understanding we have experienced with TJ, Marty, Jennifer, Elena, Lori, Meredith and right down to Cindi at the front desk has constantly blown me away. Highly unimpressed with the diagnostic process that I went through with Dr. Charles Rice and highly unimpressed with the results. Very unprofessional, grumpy old man that became aggressively rude when I explained that I just needed an updated diagnosis and would be getting counseling elsewhere so I could go through EMDR. This also showed in his extremely dark, insulting, biased, and highly incorrect diagnosis. How on earth he could come up with 7 pages worth of stuff to say that sounded nothing like me (confirmed by others including my best friend and husband who talk to me every day) is beyond my knowledge or understanding. It's a real bummer as my husband had an appointment scheduled to do the same thing with him later this week and now we have to find a new psychologist who will base their diagnosis on reality. It seems Dr. Rice thinks very highly of himself but he has nothing to show for it when it comes to actually helping people. You would think after 40 years he would know how to be respectful and do the proper diagnostic testing to achieve accurate results. This kind of human being is exactly what is wrong with the mental health community in this state. I have learned repeatedly that experience means nothing if you can't back it up. Maybe drop the ego, get up out of your recliner, learn and pay attention. If you want to get paid to write fiction books then just say it. No one is stopping you.

It was a great place for my Grand daughter to be.it helped her a lot.only thing I can see though is the caldwell,nampa area needs more of these halfway homes.Addiction is getting worse out there not better.my son has been calling rising sun a month now to be told everyday no, no bed yet.Today i,m praying is the day cause he was told hes the top of the list and,two over the weekend were leaving.so when he calls today he should be told there is a bed for him.hes been in a homeless shelter all this time and,theres drugs everywhere around him but,bless his heart he has been strong and,has stayed clear of it.
