I enrolled my daughter here a few months ago. It is located in a beautiful location in the mountains w a nice river that flows by it. The facilities are nice and it is well run. Had a good staff to child ratio. The staff are caring and nice and the program is very well thought out. The counselor she has is very good and they are teaching valuable skills. My daughter seems to like it there and we couldn t be happier.

I attended Patch for 6 months and it really changed my life! The staff at Patch are very caring and they work hard to make sure that the mistakes and issues you have had and done in the past do not define who you can become! They do test you and push your buttons sometimes, but it helps you to not have thin skin when somebody tries to push your buttons to annoy you. The DBT skills I learned there have helped me to deal with things now in a better way, rather than just lying or getting into useless arguments about things that end up not even mattering within a few minutes. The food at Patch was great, they supplied healthy food that got us through the day, and they made sure that it was made with love! I am now a senior in high-school and captain of my JV basketball team! I still today keep in touch with the Patch staff by calling the boys dorm and whenever I feel like I need to vent or just tell them about my day, they are always there to answer and listen!

Sadly, I have few been to quite a few recovery centers over the years. Within the first week I had learned more than I had in any other I had attended. Such a clean facility with staff that truly care. Colin is a top notch chef that made us the best meals. My wife is in trouble when I get home, as my taste buds have been accustomed to the best food(kidding). And from the people that run the show Andrew and Luke, to my counselor Matt, to all the techs that made it happen, all 5 STARS. 3/20/25: Followup appointment with NP Laura Bainbridge and a general review of my issues and health went very well. She is the best at what she does. Very thorough and pays attention to the details. I am very happy with Laura Bainbridge, the Medical Center staff, and with the whole Boise operation. Even the xray technician, Liz, besides being efficient and thorough in her work, was entertaining and fun.3/15/25: Went to Emergency Room at Boise VA and was seen by Dr. Jesse Mix. In a few minutes he diagnosed a nerve pinch in my neck that was previously misdiagnosed by a different provider at a different medical organization. Dr. Mix is very sharp and knowledgeable. His solutions were right on. Two days later I was pain free. Thank you Dr. Mix and the Boise VA.2/20/25: VA NP Jeff Weese spent significant time with me today reviewing my EKG and ECG. He was very thorough and detailed in information and explanations. He is obviously very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone seeking wise advise. So I went to the ER because of complications from a colonoscopy. I went through some tests and was about to be released. There was a younger gentleman that came in the room right next to me. I was about to get released when the younger gentleman next to me stopped breathing. The dr rushed out of my room and went into ER mode. Their team performed CPR on this veteran for 40 minutes while I m in the room right next door. The veteran ended up passing away and my heart was broken. The moral of this post is if I was ever in that situation and passed away I can tell every single veteran that this Dr and his team worked above and beyond to save his life and I know they would have done the same for me. I was very affected by their teamwork and professionalism. The dr came back in my room to release me and said to me I love all you veterans and got teary eyed with me. Whomever the Dr was on the evening of 12/05/24 you are my hero. This breaks my heart just writing this but had to share how proud I was will everyone of the staff.

Whatever your view of detox centers, drug addiction or mental health, I would be remiss if i didn't thank the staff at Allumbaugh House for being a contributing factor in my survival. The specifics aren't important, except for the staff truly does care. Although I have been back several times, they truly do what they can to assist you in not only detox, but resources to continue sobriety upon leaving. I m sadly a frequent flyer for detox centers, I ve probably been to about 10, both in and outside of the Ada County area. This is the best detox center I ve ever been to. The staff is kind and doesn t judge you. This is a great safe place to detox and the case workers will work with you for next steps. They ve saved my life and changed it.

Overall, the Medical Care I have received at the Caldwell VA Clinic for at least 6 or more years has been a positive experience. Appointments & labs are generally met timely and outsourcing when outside scope of facility has been diligent. There is always blips in any long-term professional relationship and circumstances arise that cause aggravation, but I rate mine with the Caldwell Clinic @ least a 4.4

I've been going for four months now and their fantastic. If no one is there I can be in and out in less than a min. We all chit chat bc we all like them but that's if we don't hold anyone up.Their clean, not to busy and great.My counselor is very nice but tends to be a bit overbearing and such but it's bc she cares. If you truly want to get sober they'll help. They'll try and help you make good choices. If you just need it to keep from getting sick if you run out they'll keep you well enough.It works I'm clean. There's days but it works better than anything else.

This clinic is amazing. The staff here always make you feel welcome and truly want you to succeed. They don't pressure you to go up or down on your dose, but they do ask how you're doing on your dose to make sure it's working for you. The counselors are awesome. They are always there for you and give you the tools, advice and support you need to get through hard times or relapses. I couldn't be more grateful for this place.

The staff and treatment offered here is excellent and life changing. They offer as much help as you need and truly care about your treatment and check in frequently with you to make sure that you're doing well and offer any support or advice you may need or want. I reported about how they never refilled my meds and added a bad review. In reality, I wrote that when I was anxious and needing my meds, in a very low state. Something they told me was, we are the place to go when you are in that state we are a safe place they really are. Walgreens keeps screwing them over by not sending in medications, if you use there pharmacy that s in acacia you will get your meds much faster.

First and foremost I have to mention some All-Star staff members. Stephanie Med-Tech Generations. Kristy Med-Tech Generations. Ann Med-Nurse Generations. Friday Med-Tech Generations. Kim Charge-Nurse generations. Nancy Charge-nurse ICU, Torii psyc-tech. Keith Psych tech. East Ward. Courtney Social Worker East Ward. There were definitely other great staff members, but these 8 people stood out to me. I appreciate them all. Every doctor was pretty good also. If you don t think this place is helpful, then you aren t actually looking for help. If you go here please take it seriously. You have to do your part. Having said that, not everything and everyone was perfect. I found 95% of the staff to be amazing. However, there were some pretty unfriendly and rigid Tech s and Nurses. I don t think that approach works well in a place like this. It s already difficult to go there. Even if you truly want help, it s still not as easy as staying home. But, if you re ready or in need of help, then come here. I spent 9 days in Generations and 4 days in East Ward. Generations is much easier for sure. East was more rigid and strict and the patients were a lot more verbally abusive to staff. IMO that was the hardest part of my stay. I wanted to lose it on someone every time a patient was out of line yelling at a staff member, but it s not my place to get involved when I m a patient myself. Also, the cafeteria is kinda weak. It should be twice the size and twice as many options. Hire more cooks for each shift and expand it. I have a strict diet due to Chronic Pancreatitis and EPI (exocrine pancreatic insufficiency). There wasn t much to choose from. I had the pita and hummus plate at least 16 times in my 13 days. It s cucumbers, tomatoes and hummus. There was a 3 day stretch with ZERO cucumbers. That was really frustrating. I mean it s just a cucumber. Also, the older lady that is head cook is kinda rude and condescending. When I asked if they had cucumbers yet, she rolled her eyes and said, I told you yesterday we were out. How would I know that if it was the next day? If you happen to be vegan, then good luck. Your choices will be veggies and canned fruits. Having said that, at the end of the day the help I received far far far far outweighed any of the negative things. I am starting out patient group therapy there on Monday. I know I gotta do my part to continue to be a better version of myself. I am so thankful for this facility. 5 stars.

All the residents living there are very nice and helpful. There is a kitchen With all utilities, pots and pans, refrigerators, etc. to keep your food cold and cupboards cabinets to hold extra food storage. The rooms that you live in are very clean and Nice. There are two guys that run the house to make sure things are going well with the house and other others. these guys that run, the house are very nice and there for you. My experience at Rising Sun was great. It is an awesome and safe place to live when you need a spot to land upon release. Rent is reasonable house is clean and well maintained. Managers and office staff are helpful and supportive. I would absolutely recommend Rising Sun to anyone in need of housing and staying sober.

I go to Lifeways in Ontario Oregon and they are SO nice to me! I m on the ACT team and my nurse practitioner is wonderful! Her name is Kiersten Hogg and she tries so hard to help me with my mental health medication and my counselor is named Katrina and she really helps me a lot with ART and CBT! And my favorite is Maggie! She is SO nice to me! She genuinely cares about me and my mental health! And Treven and DJ are very nice also they are my peer supports! Lifeways is a really nice place to go for your mental health! But no matter how hard they try the entity still blocks my mental health medication and my addiction medication! The entity is something under the ground and under the floorboards and it tortures me excruciatingly bad and it blocks my desperately needed mental health and addiction medications! But over all Lifeways is wonderful and they have helped me SO much!

This place is amazing I went to them with nothing everyone had given up on me and the hospital saved me I'm very appreciative that they gave me the time and effort I want to thank all of the staff but personally I want to thank Jim, Erica, Anna, Tiffany and many more they took me off my medication that weren't working and put me on medication that is working they are so amazing I had a really bad moment and they still helped me and I am so so so grateful for them thank you so much.

Without a doubt, if you, your loved one or your child is willing to put in the work - this place will not only help provide the tools needed to become healthy but to stay healthy. Their system of individual and group therapy sessions, was life changing for me! Thank you! It's VERY important for me to share that from day one, I was reminded that my best thinking is what got me here.So, I highly recommend this treatment facility and its faculty. Don't over think it. Just do the work. Keep to the basics and build a strong support group of healthy 'clean' people around you.I was told to 'Go after my recovery more than I did my addiction.'The people at Zelus aren't magic and can't or won't waive a magic wand to your addition, but they will give incredible life lesson recipes, treatment plans, and counseling that can help you overcome and live healthy. The time I have spent here at Zelus recovery has been invaluable. The staff here strive for excellence and professionalism. I have never missed a day and look forward to coming in. They genuinely want to help those who wish to help themselves. I have struggled with addictions my entire life, most notably alcohol and marijuana. The skills I have learned here have helped me greatly. With the help of the staff here in creating a relapse prevention plan and a maintenance plan, I have learned to cope and prevent further relapses. Before I came to Zelus I felt hopeless and helpless. I am so glad that I finally reached out for support. Adult IOP and personal 1 on 1's have been Excellent. I would highly recommend this place for any and all who truly wish to be the best person they can be. At the end of the day that's all that matters.
