I was truly blessed to get the chance to go to this treatment program. I have been to many different programs some 45 days some a year, but the 60 days I spent at the walker center did more for me than any of them combined. The staff at the walker center really do care about each and every one of the men and women who have the opportunity to seek treatment through them. I don't think there was one staff member that I disliked and that's not easy for me to say about most of the places I have gone to. If you need help or are struggling with addiction this place will help you. They will help you get the skills you need to work through the trauma you have had in your life that keeps you from recovering. Thank you for everything you all did for me. If you need help, please go to the walker center and get it. The approach taken to recovery is amazing and in many ways unorthodox, Which as an addict is exactly what I needed. 58 days clean and sober today thank you !

I'm normally not a big fan of St Luke's, but Canyon View saved my life. I went in Friday afternoon wanting to die, and in the three days I was there, I feel happy and love my life. The staff were incredible, especially my nurse, Mary and the Social Worker, Tabitha. Going to the groups really helped me. I will be forever grateful for Canyon View♥️

I have worked with proactive in Twin Falls and Boise, both have been adequate. Knowledgeable staff, and doctors. Very helpful, and gave me the medications I needed. I recommend ketamine therapy to anyone suffering from depression.

I attended and graduated from Brick house recovery after almost a year. I've been in and out of rehab for 40 years. I've never been able to find lasting recovery. Brick House was different. They provided a balance of education and emotional support with a huge dose of love. Even when they could have kicked me out they chose to love me though it. I went through the entirety of the program at Brick House and I will say that it saved my life and changed it in a way that I will be eternally grateful. From intake to graduation they were there for me to love me especially when I couldn't love myself. The people are genuine and loving in the best possible way. It was overwhelming of course at first but they helped me build a foundation of recovery that I use today and I am two weeks away from 15 months which is an absolute miracle that I never thought possible and it is thanks to the people who work for brick house and the clients that I came in contact with. Stephanie has been my counselor since day one. Not only has she been professional and ethical, but I also feel like I have a friend in her. I needed the exact kind of person she is from the moment I walked through that door and signed up. The nursing staff and front desk girls have been amazing since day one as well! I feel heard, understood and not judged. The quick replies and guidance are what has brought me this far in life. I was referred to Zelus Recovery by a friend, and I will always be grateful that I found them. The ambulatory detox program allowed me to safely navigate alcohol withdrawal from the comfort of my own home, with twice-daily Telehealth monitoring and personalized support. I was surprised by how much individual attention I received and, in some ways, felt more personally supported than I had experienced in an inpatient setting. Following detox, I continued with the intensive outpatient program three days a week. What sets Zelus apart is their individualized approach. Rather than spending hours in repetitive educational sessions, each day began with a personal check-in, and the focus of treatment was guided by the needs identified that day. This allowed me to address the issues that were most relevant to me, while developing meaningful coping strategies, identifying triggers, and understanding the patterns that can lead to relapse. Most importantly, I learned how to recognize the early warning signs that I was entering a vulnerable place and what I could do to interrupt that cycle before it led to drinking. These are tools and insights that I will carry with me long after completing treatment. I am deeply grateful for my experience at Zelus Recovery and for the compassionate, individualized care I received. I am especially thankful to Jeremy for his personal coaching and support during detox. His guidance helped make an incredibly difficult experience feel manageable. Zelus gave me more than treatment—they gave me practical tools, greater self-awareness, and confidence in my ability to move forward. I am truly grateful for the role they played in my recovery.

Joe’s House provides an amazing transitional housing experience! Joe goes above and beyond in all aspects, starting with his relationship with all of his tenants. Compared to other transitional housing options, Joe's House provides a much cleaner, safer, and upgraded living experience. Joe's houses are pristine, peaceful, and foster an independent living situation. With individual rooms for each tenant offered at such a low price, you truly get more than you pay for. I would highly recommend Joe's House to anyone trying to get back on their feet!

Human supports of Idaho is a great place with very kind and professional staff. The providers here are extremely caring and knowledgeable, who also happen to bring a sense of character and friendliness into situations in order to foster a sense of belonging. The psychiatrist, Dr. Koontz, is exceedingly knowledgeable and always has the sense that he knows how to tackle a situation with effectiveness and with the best intentions at heart, caring about your needs. So from the beginning of entering the program I was a complete I mean a complete different person my life was so out of control when thinking the whole time it wasn't so bad looking back know without the tools and counseling I would not be the debbie I am today it has changed my dramatically if anyone goes into this program I pray they get the right counseling that I had Carl prints has helped me more than anyone with the counseling and structure I love who I am today for the first time in my life Juanita always helping me threw all my difficulties the people there are so amazing I had my ups n downs in the program but I went threw allot of traumatic things sam being there when I lost my son with his big bear hug they showed me the right care and ways to work the tools when I graduated I was scared to death I had the structure then just let loose but I found myself a whole different person today I've advised people to go to the program it changes l8fes if people really want to take it seriouc just everyone molly always willing to go the extra mile and Stephanie Pamela rose so man6 people there have changed and taught me the right direction n path the knowledge I know have today I will carry on to anyone who wants to hear my story hands down thank you human support of Idaho I love n rock the deborah sampson I am today thank you all from the bottom of my heart

Lifeway's hospital was the very first mental hospital that I was court ordered to be in due to a suicide attempt at only 19 years old. I was so scared and anxious. From the moment I arrived, everyone was kind to me. I stayed for 3 days. It's a very small building (about 16 rooms, I believe). You don't have a roommate which was awesome. Night staff was by far my favorite staff. Day staff was also good. I just preferred night staff because they matched my humor more. Probably because it was less chaotic during night time lol. All the groups were awesome and optional. I was able to call my loved ones anytime I wanted except after lights out. Food was basically hospital food, but it wasn't terrible. I am not diminishing anyone's experience. I do believe that nurses and even volunteers can be rude and disrespectful. That was not my experience. Every doctor listened to me. All the workers were accommodating. Personally, I had a great experience. I hope to never go back for obvious reasons, but Lifeway's would be my first option if needed. That terrified 19 year old was taken care of by all the staff. I would recommend 🫶🏼
