I have ALWAYS had a good experience here when i have to test. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. Yea its ridiculous to have to pay so much every month, but thats the state and government for ya. All in all if certain people have bad things to say about a testing center then ya shouldnt have gotten in trouble in the first place. They are just doin thier jobs.

I loved it there they feed you really well and treated you very well 😊 I had been in there so many times from suicidal to self harming horrible depression and they were so caring and keeping me safe and wanted best for me and they look at everyone differently and treat you on how your crisis is if I said that right I really am glad that it's here and that I know when ever I'm in a crisis I have a safe place to calm down and get stable and they help me on finding outpatient things so that I can be successful and more.If you ever fund yourself at this place don't panic they are so kind and they keep you safe and well. I HAVE to give an amazing review! Cody Jameson is the best doctor I have on my team (I have so many so that says a ton!) . You can tell he loves his job and he treats his patients so well. I can talk with him about literally anything, I even asked him if he'd ever thought about going into counseling- he's that good. I've already recommend him to every single family member, it's a no brainer. He's jumped through so many hoops for me to make sure I get the care I need. Even going to war advocating for me with insurance companies. He's the one you're looking for and I promise from the bottom of my heart he's the best in town. The best!

It has been 2 years since my time at The Phoenix. I can honestly say they saved my life. I didn’t know how they could possibly help me since I had already done some extreme treatments for my debilitating depression and SI. I started in residential and altogether spent about 5 months in their care. It took me working the steps and being accountable along with their care and I know I would not be here if it wasn’t for the help I received from their awesome staff. I still implement the skills I was taught there and refer back to the workbook we used. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I truly owe my life to Chateau! I have been to Chateau twice after severely struggling and ended up spending almost three months total there. I was very anxious not being a first responder or veteran and much younger than many of those there. The second I walked through the front door, I felt safe. Clients and staff didn’t not care that I was neither of those things.
Through the help of Chateau, I found the motivation and will to stay alive and sober. I started to discover my authentic self and be happy with who I was. Chateau helped me in so many ways and will never be able to express the amount of gratitude I have for the facility, staff and clients.
They are accommodating to all needs and are truly there to help you become better.
I highly recommend this amazing place to anyone who is struggling!

The staff here understand the unique burdens first responders carry, and they show up every single day with heart, integrity, and a deep commitment to healing.
They don’t treat you like a number or a case file. They treat you like a human! The clinicians are trauma-informed and deeply compassionate. The programming is structured, evidence-based, and tailored specifically to the reality of frontline work. And the brotherhood/sisterhood you find here? Unbreakable.

This time I found the Lord and really paid attention to anyone and everyone's experience and advise. Pomarri has different times to accommodate everyone's schedule. If you get sick or something happens that you can't make it to group they really work with you because they WANT you to succeed! Just a corporation that doesn't care about anyone or anybody. The horrible ways they've treated their staff and clients never cease to amaze me. As far as treatment centers go they are the worst. They will throw anybody and anyone under the bus for an extra dollar.

This was the worst treatment center I’ve ever been to. The therapist I had was neglectful and didn’t care about my obstacles or feelings. I asked for help several times as I have a lot of my plate. I have a prescription for a medication and they said I didn’t and I couldn’t even send them a picture of my prescription to prove it. Therapist should help you not accuse you without letting you prove them wrong. I needed help and my therapist treated me with lack of care or respect. I can’t believe the experience I had. They didn’t care about me or my recovery. I have a lot on my plate and I’m extremely stressed but they just added more stress. How does that help me? I spent most of the time sitting around. There was a class on 36 steps to brush your teeth for an hour… everyone was outraged. One day we did a sound bath for an hour, then an hour meditation then another meditation.
Waste of time. I lost work going here. I had to go to the hospital and they accused me of lying about it and wouldn’t excuse my absent. So they would rather me come in than get the medical attention I needed? I feel sad I took a chance. I was hopeful and this is just another let down for me. I’ve got experience in rehabs and I’ve been to some terrible ones but this one takes the cake! Please don’t waste your time and find somewhere else. If you want to truly recover DO NOT go here.
