Carol Layne specialist in grief and lost issues. She looked at me and said I really can't help you or know what to do because my experience is limited with people like you. I left the office with a huge bill and being told there isn't help for people like me. I would of been alot further ahead just not going then being told there is no hope for me. I rather go alone then be given false hope from someone that doesn't have the experience to help with the lost of a child and family. And on top of being told that I don't think working on your billings during someone's appointment real makes a helping environment. Save your money and time and go elsewhere because there are counselor that are helpful just not this one

Positive connection has some of the best councilor med and groups you could ask for. Super friendly staff. If your looking for your child stat is awesome my son loves it going from a only child to have 2 baby brothers and starting school stat helped him alot. I will always recommend this facility.

Ardu has everything top of the line: staff, treatments, food, furnishings, etc... Touring the facility and learning about Ardu was unbelievable. They’ve thought of every detail. It’s so beautiful and peaceful and such a comfortable home-like environment. I wouldn’t send my loved one anywhere else.

Pinnacle Recover is amazing. All of the staff go over the top to meet your expectations. The program gives you everything you need to achieve your goals and gives you all the tools you need to help you in recovery. The food is outstanding, Chef Ed is so compassionate about his cooking. I've never had a well balanced diet as good as it was at Pinnacle. The activities you get to enjoy are so much fun. Sober softball, hiking, bowling, batting cages, ice baths, open mic night are some of my favorites. The facility is more than adequate, its an amazing house that is filled with comfort. Overall, Pinnacle has changed my life in so many positive ways. I feel as if my life is starting over and I get the opportunity to be happy again. Shout out to Katie my therapist for all the help and knowledge she has given me. I'm ready to go out into the world and face all the challenges it brings head on.

Ardu literally saved my life. Ardu is just not a business with employees. It is a home with family. They truly care about your wellbeing and will do everything in their power to help you. My LO never had the opportunity to receive treatment here, but I can't say enough good things about Natalia who works at intake. My son was arrested due to his mental illness. In a frustrating system, Natalia was a shining light who worked hard to help my son get treatment instead of prison. She wrote multiple letters to the judge, New Roads came out and did assessments and validated my questions and concerns. If the actual facility listens and cares like she did, I am sure the place would be amazing. It came highly recommended to me from various parents whose loved one's were able to recover, thanks to New Roads. I truly wish my son could have received the help that he needs from a place like this. I just completed my 90 day inpatient at Stewards of Recovery and my life is forever changed. Someone I'm very close to was recently in this program. Absolutely amazing recovery team. No contact co-ed is critical to recovery and great job done by staff and residents for respecting boundaries. Outings in the community are a feature that greatly benefits clients. Clients have reasonable input with staff on questions, concerns, and comments to be addressed. Clients can self-regulate on rules compliance with other clients. Just don't talk to the on-site med provider about therapeutic issues. That will get you in a wreck you cannot possibly imagine.

The healing journey from addiction began in the spring of 2020 when I pulled into the driveway at Rainbow's End Recovery. I was greeted with love, compassion and warmth from everyone. I felt welcomed. The beautiful character nestled alongside the Salmon River brings joy to my heart. I spent many days enjoying the landscape, feeding the horses and sitting by the river. I have so many wonderful memories of hiking, fishing, making music, making new friends, and taking the first critical steps in recovery. The meals and desserts were absolutely stunning. Loved the cowboy cookies! I am so grateful for Rainbow's End Recovery. A foundation was established in the time I spent there. This place absolutely sucks. Your mental health is a joke to these people and the proof is in the pudding. I was waiting for 45 minutes and didn't see anyone and the 2nd time they didn't even have me on the schedule even though I was told 12:45 pm by my counselor. So they rescheduled for the next day at a different time. 3rd time they didn't even have me on the schedule again. All they can say is "I'm sorry" well sorry doesn't fix my mental health nor does in reconcile for my wasted time. You're still getting paid while I look for help elsewhere.

Doctors and staff helped me come with an individual program that worked best for me and my needs instead of trying to use a generic treatment plan. I have been to several treatment programs in the past but i have never been to one like this one. Everything from meals to counseling is tailored around the individual patients needs. They worked with my out of network insurance company to make a deal so it would be in network at a cost to them
not me. Overall this is the best treatment program i have ever attended. The owner Nancy eats dinner with the patients evernight and to me that speaks volumes on her level of commitment to providing the best care possible.

Counseling was somewhat effective- but Dr pushed Suboxone - which is a drug all in itself. Also arrangements were made for payments and they tried to charge Finance Charges when they initially informed me they would not.

I worked with Jeremy to get into rehab for months but wasn’t ready until July when I called him he got me a spot very quickly, when I arrived I was nervous because I had never made it past a few days in any treatment but the staff and clients made me feel welcomed with open arms. The staff made it clear and proved that they were here for me regardless of what was going on they not only gave good advice but would listen too. The medical staff here is amazing and helped me get on the meds I needed to feel best but also listened to me and my wants. I always felt as though I could talk to anyone here about my problems or just life. Through out my stay here I was given tools to help me learn how to cope and be okay in the outside world and given a support for when I left. Liberty makes you feel like you are part of a family and they have proved time and time again that they care and will go to bat for you. Liberty also gave us opportunities to be out and about doing softball and community things with us. This is defiantly a place I would highly recommend for anyone who is seeking treatment. This place is truly the best and surpasses any other treatment I’ve been to. Leaving Liberty I feel confident and know that I will always have a family I can come home to.

What an outstanding experience at Ascend Recovery, I enjoyed talking to my counselor, she actually seemed to care about her patients unlike some of my past counselors at other facilities, there is a structured program to follow that helps you to stay sober! I would recommend this center to anyone who needs a real change!

I get my medicine & talk to my counselor once a week. I also take random UA's. Far as I can tell most everything is bout same as it was after Project & Wasatch combined what not. Oh if I get complaints, I'll share them on here. You can count on it. You can do it, you're worth it. We all have a choice no matter how deep we get. I know sobriety is slow going, especially when you're accustomed to that immediate gradification. It's worth it though. OMFG is it ever. Just keep on keeping on. Sometimes one minute or even one second at a time. I'm starting to legit build my happily ever after. Long way from thinking I was gonna die & not caring. I got my son back. It's amazing how good things get when you're living right. When I was using & focused or dark stuff that's what I got. So happy to be on the other side of the spectrum now. One thing that has me less than happy lately is that I seem to be stuck carry wise which is BS as I've had nothing but clean UA's for like a year. Utah County doesn't have many options though for low income folks. If you go to a pay place you're definitely treated better. Heck with it though. Who wants to stay on methadone forever any damn way lol.

This is the best treatment center in Utah in my opinion they have totally saved my life and the therapist there will really fight for you.I've never felt so cared for and loved it's amazing the nurses are amazing the counselors everybody on the staff is so awesome I feel so welcome inn at home and really they make it not all about the medication you receive it's about the treatment. I have learned so much about myself. I've been to several other methadone clinics and I've never made so much progress as here. The doctors here are amazing too and they really understand. If you are at all considering trying to get your life together and trying to get off heroin, make an appointment and follow through with it these people will change your life. What I noticed very first because my husband and I walked down here out of desperation at 5 in the morning when we came is that everyone was pulling up in nice cars on their way to work and they all looked really happy and it was a time when me and my husband were really really bad addicted to heroin and meth and I realize these are the kind of people I want to surround myself with I totally turned my life around and just a matter of a few months! I got back my driver's license I completed treatment I'm doing wonderful on my ap&p they have totally saved my life Project Reality is the best place in Utah for treatment don't wait!!
