I've been going for four months now and their fantastic. If no one is there I can be in and out in less than a min. We all chit chat bc we all like them but that's if we don't hold anyone up. Their clean, not to busy and great. My counselor is very nice but tends to be a bit overbearing and such but it's bc she cares. If you truly want to get sober they'll help. They'll try and help you make good choices. If you just need it to keep from getting sick if you run out they'll keep you well enough. It works I'm clean. There's days but it works better than anything else.

This clinic is amazing. The staff here always make you feel welcome and truly want you to succeed. They don't pressure you to go up or down on your dose, but they do ask how you're doing on your dose to make sure it's working for you. The counselors are awesome. They are always there for you and give you the tools, advice and support you need to get through hard times or relapses. I couldn't be more grateful for this place.

I lived here for a year and about 8 months. It’s a great place to get back on your feet, definitely recommend staying here. The managers are great as well, responsive and willing to help with any issues you have.

Rising sun was the perfect opportunity for me to transition from prison and into my own apartment. I appreciate the accommodations and helpful service from the managers and everyone who helped me get into my own housing.

I have been seeing Kacie for about 2 years now and she is so great. I've had a wonderful experience with her! Even though our appointments are all telehealth there is still that important connection between counselor and patient.

They used to provide better services. Sadly, now they are always overbooked and understaffed, so if you’re having an emergency and you come here as a walk-in case, they probably wouldn’t have time to see you.

St Alphonsus behavioral health has been a godsend for me. I have been a OCD patient since 2014. When I first started requesting OCD medicine at St Lukes, I was referred to sage health care. What I did not know at the time is St Lukes behavioral health is based in Twin Falls and St. Alphonsus behavioral health is based in Boise. At sage health care I started with a nurse practitioner who later retired and then I upgrade to a Physician assistant who left the practice and moved. In 2024 after 10 years at Sage Health care I decided if they were short on providers and realizing I drive by the St Alphonsus behavioral health In patient office, I would try to transfer to St Alphonsus behavioral health out patient. At St. Alphonsus instead of getting a Nurse practitioner or Physician assistant I started seeing a Physiatrist. I am very pleased with the treatment at St. Alphonsus and I would definitely recommend their behavioral health to anyone needing treatment for mood disorders.

This place has helped me so much in my recovery. I don't know where I would be today if they were not there. They have taught me all skills I need to be successful on my journey. Don't get me wrong but I have had my set backs but they have always been there to help me with getting back on the right track. I am truly thankful for the wonderful people that I have worked with.

I highly recommend Emily. She is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly passionate about supporting the perinatal population. I feel very comfortable referring my patients to her, knowing they will receive excellent, empathetic, and professional care.

My husband and I had tried counseling before without much progress. We found Journey Mental Health and began with the intent to work on our communication. After a bit we found ourselves not only better equipped with approaches and skills but an understanding of emotions and how to manage them. Appointments were easy to schedule and billing was flawless.

Great place with fantastic therapists, Jordan at the front desk is phenomenal, he speaks clearly and calmly and I am happy he has stuck around there!

I went here for probably 4 years. I had 2 different counselors and im probably going to have another one somethime soon. I believe this place is amazing they all try to communicate in more than one way. They put in the most effort they can and if i do go back to counseling I personally hope that it is here.

Affinity and there staff has been fundemental in my recovery and wellness. I am so impressed with the level of understanding and willingness to help at any means. This was my first experiance going to any facility for treatment and i couldnt have had a better experiance. The staff truelly cares about each patient you feel at home. Absolutely best clinic the VA has. Communication is quick the clinic is great at responding and quick for urgent medical needs. Best team Boise has!

Great service, fast, efficient and courteous. I'm not sure why people keep putting negative reviews, but I have always had good experiences since I started going here. Maybe my needs are minimal, but the staff is always nice and my NP takes good care of me. Keep up the good work!

I haven’t found such an all inclusive facility with amazing, kinds Drs, pharmacists and medical assistants. Theirs is the from desk and she is the best. I see Dr Deppo as my primary care Dr, my psychiatrist and miscellaneous things but they also have their own pharmacy in the building called GEONA it’s one stop, but I’d like to enforce that. It’s the quality of care and the kindness you receive at Summit also known as Acacia give it a try
