My dad was a resident here and ALL the staff made his final days as comfortable as they could. Everyone was attentive, caring and showed empathy to all the residents. I could not have asked for a better support team. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. You all are truly amazing!!

We were given this faculty as an option when looking for a place for mom however when researching the facilities in the area we came across an LA times article about the quality of care issues this faculty has after reading that I was actually upset that this facility was given to us an an option. I felt compelled to write this because I’m positive other families looking for facilities are not made aware of the issues this particular facility has.

We take concerns like these very seriously. we'd like to clarify that the issue referenced in the article was thoroughly investigated by the California Department of Public Health and was officially deemed and Administrative error on their end and should have never been made to media outlets because of the mistake. There was no finding of wrongdoing or harm, and the matter was resolved accordingly. We are committed to providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to every resident and family we serve. Trying to get you people to do your job is unreal. My brother needs to be sent home to ky you all say you will make the accommodations but never do I am gonna contact the head of nursing homes and report you people

My wife was admitted to Antelope Valley Care Center on the 4th of July, At first I didn’t care for it because she was coming from a hospital with her own room to the center with two or three patients to a room, my angst elevated when one the other patients in the room blasted her tv at max volume (not really her fault as she is elderly and extremely hard of hearing!) I didn’t say anything hopeful the situation would be resolved but it really wasn’t so we asked for my wife to be moved and they without hesitation accommodated our request. The staff here works very hard and they are sensitive to their patients needs I would recommend this facility rehabilitation care!

I had a wonderful experience at Antelope Valley Care Center today. This was my second time meeting with the new administrator, and I was impressed yet again. As I walked down the hallway, I noticed that he had his workstation in the hallway, which I thought was a great way for him to observe the facility and the employees. During our conversation, we discussed the personal concerns I have for my loved one, and I was extremely pleased with the way he approached the situation. It is clear that he truly cares about the well-being of the residents and is dedicated to making improvements. I am grateful to have such a attentive and caring administrator at this facility.

When my sister was admitted at AVCC, the staff really take care of her especially station 3 nurses and CNAs especially Victoria, Jonalyn, Maria Contreras and most especially the Therapy team working hard to make my sister achieved progress quickly and working hard in the therapy department .Thank you with all the support . They take care of their patients and it make you feels your home away from home. Staff are very helpful and activities are fun
