Place is a joke! Light up your road sign so people can find your facility! Fire the front counter lady she’s rude as hell!

I feel compelled to share my experience at this nursing home, as it has been one of the most disappointing and distressing environments I've ever encountered, both as a professional and as a visitor. From the moment I stepped inside, it became painfully clear that this facility does not meet even the most basic standards of care and support for its residents. Firstly, I noticed a troubling lack of initiative among the staff. Many seemed disengaged and indifferent to the needs of the residents, which is incredibly concerning in a setting that is supposed to prioritize their well-being. On multiple occasions, I witnessed staff members neglecting their responsibilities, leaving residents without the assistance they require. This kind of apathy is simply unacceptable in a nursing home, where compassionate care is absolutely essential. Additionally, the facility was grossly underprepared in terms of supplies. When a family member requested essential items that should have been readily available in the rehabilitation area, it was disheartening to see the staff struggle to provide even the most basic necessities. This lack of preparedness not only reflects poorly on the management but also directly impacts the quality of care that residents receive. One particularly alarming incident involved a call light that went unanswered for an entire hour. It is shocking to think that a resident in need had to wait so long for assistance. This is not just an inconvenience; it is a serious issue that could lead to dangerous situations for vulnerable individuals who rely on timely support. Furthermore, the communication skills of the nursing staff left much to be desired. Effective communication is crucial in any healthcare setting, especially in a nursing home where clarity and understanding can greatly influence the quality of care. Unfortunately, the nurses here seemed ill-equipped to communicate effectively with both residents and family members, leading to frustration and confusion. If there were an option to rate this facility with zero stars, I would not hesitate to do so. It is simply pathetic to see such a lack of professionalism and care in a place that is meant to provide comfort and support to those who need it most. I sincerely hope that the management takes these issues seriously and implements significant changes to improve the conditions for both residents and staff. Everyone deserves a safe and caring environment, and unfortunately, this nursing home has failed to provide that.
