This place gets a billion stars from me! The staff is so happy and inviting. My councilor Megan I was a little slower warming up to, just from life experiences. But now I feel I can tell her every thought and feeling I have. She is my cheerleader. She always reminds me how far I've come, no matter what I go thru or have in the past. I will always rise! And let's not get started on my psychiatiatric Nurse practioner Billy I'm sure it'll cut me off becaus I have a lot to say. The 1st time I met him he said, it won't hurt my feelings do u feel comfortable with me or would u like a woman. I said I've already researched u, I'm satisfied in your experience. For 18 months he's been there for me no matter what. ANYTIME.... He is easy to talk to, he doesn't judge, his compassion and devotion to his patients and humanity could circle to the world twice over! After Every visit I feel so much better and stronger.... The rest of the staff is also amazing you feel like family! That's how all places like this should be ran. Off topic response to a comment, centipedes should not be killed they do not build nest, they control our spider and other bug populations, they are scared of people and hold no threat to humans! Worry about the bed bug problem everywhere in auburn but there. Most places spray pesticide in almost all buildings usually several times a week to contol infesting insects, which contributes to alot of the sickness of this world.

I was one of the kids there, twice. Definitely was good with activities and the staff cared about us. I was in Seneca, and it was pretty good compared to other places I've been.

I was a kid there from May 2022-June 2023 on Honeoye (former Grow 3) and I loved it there. It really changed my life.
Some of my favorite staff were France, Pine, Kim, Jesse, Angie, Jen Carpenter, Taylor, Lauren, Lisa, Marcia, Cobb, and some of the nurses, Cassie, Lilly, John, Pam, Kelsey, I could go on forever. Some of the staff were quite rude but I never took it with a grain of salt because I know it’s a stressful place to work.
I worked my way up to PC in less than a year and was always trying to make people smile. The school was my favorite part because the classes were smaller than an average sized class and teachers and TA’s really paid attention to the kids. I really enjoyed it there, knowing that whenever I wanted to talk, someone would listen. I highly recommend sending your kids here if they have any behavioral issues.

i’ve personally had a great experience here with the staff. everyone’s been nice especially my therapist. she’s extremely kind and i feel comfortable talking to her. i mean it really depends on who you go too and they absolutely let you choose who you talk to and everything. they never pushed me out of my comfort zone personally.

A little over a year ago I made the decision to go to Tully to kickstart my recovery from Alcohol addiction. The entire program gave me a new start on life, and I haven't looked back. Well, I have only to reminisce on the fond memories I have from this place. Counselors, medical staff, chefs and even the cleaners are all amazing. If I could give this place a place amongst the stars I would. I rate this 10 out of 5. Excellent staff from the cleaning crew the kitchen (chef, the aunties) to the CA to the counselors and of course the nursing and medical staff!!! All the employees truly went above and beyond for me during my time of healing. The experience is what you make of it honestly from person to person but I got so very much and I am heading to my next step any day now. I've used many tools I learned while in there but most importantly I learned to respect and believe in my program of recovery again and I plan to keep climbing. One thing is for sure, Helio Health saved my life. I started as a client and now I am working for Helio. Outpatient, residential, recovery center and inpatient/detox. All amazing programs that a lot of people put their heart and soul into.
Some people like to complain about anything because nothing will ever, please them. I have lived on the streets and if someone comes into this facility and states that the streets are better. Then they clearly have never been on the streets. It's all about perspective. If you're ready and willing to make your life better regardless of what you have to do and how it will make you, "feel". If we made people completely comfortable, with all this and that, then no one would leave. I have seen that with different facilities that have all this food and that but then they don't have the proper treatment or groups. But they feed you well. Pick your poison. Some kids act like spoiled brats and nothing is ever enough. Maybe you should change your perspective, it's amazing what is possible by thinking positive regardless of the situation. It's easy to come on here and judge when you don't see it through. Suffering is real. You can choose to let a little rain ruin your day or you can choose to make a rainbow. The choice is yours. We give you the necessary tools, now it's up to you to alchemize what is taught. I can choose to be better, or I can make excuses. What do you choose?

Soo.. my counselor Carolyn Diehl is the most phenomenal woman I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I'd like to say a few things about this lady. She completely changed my life even though she'll never say it had anything to do with her thats its all you. You put in the work ... yea yea yea but she really has. I've had the pleasure of working with her for a little over a year. I've never met a more dedicated, caring, courageous counselor in my entire life. She has saved my life more times than I can count by her group sessions where i've met some amazing people and built some great connections with over the last year. Her 1:1 sessions and yes her emails as well. She always checks in with you even though that may just be her job she never forgets and is always there anytime you need her. I've been through a lot this year losing a lot...and gaining even more. And I can say from the bottom of my heart I couldn't have gotten where I am today without her. She deserves the world on silver platter for the work she does day to day. And P.S to the agencies management she definitely deserves a raise for the work she puts in. She gave me my life back. Yes I know..everyone will say she's just a counselor. But, to me she's so much more. Thank you for being so involved with the work you do and caring as much as you do. I don't think I could ever repay you for being such a wonderful human being. There's not many people out there anymore that do the work because they actually care and I can say from my own personal experience she does. With her whole heart. Okay so heres how these reviews are all going to look, either five stars and great words of affirmation, or 1 star and lots of excuses and negativity. There are rules and recommendations to follow, and when your ready to get sober you will follow them. And if you do, and put forth some effort, there's nobody at Helio Health that won't bend over backwards trying to help you bridge gaps. They don't work FOR you, they work WITH you. When I was ready for the nonsense to stop, and willing to do what needed to be done, Helio Health helped me change my entire life. It works if you work it.

The best place I've ever been to for help. Have been In a few short and long term. Inpatient and out in my teen days and the staff has been by far the best around ! I also made a small hiccup on the end of my stay so stupid but they let it go with a warning seeing the progess I made as well as my fellow friend I made, her progress as well. I would 1000000000% recommend especially for women struggling with abuse. They specialize in really helping you find your inner strength .
Also.. out of all the stays. This is the only one above a 3. So that tells ya something.. and its closer to 4 than 3 so great place !!

I was recommended here by FLACRA in Clifton Springs and I couldn't be more happier with my decision, was there from the end of May to the end of July, very caring and empathetic counselors and nurses along with the food service staff which is an army of one but she rocks it, they truly want to see you succeed and live a happy joyous life, they provide you with great information about addiction and also provide you with a wide selection of literature and even host NA and AA meetings with guest speakers, most staff are in recovery themselves so they can relate to your struggles with addiction, im 22 and currently 3 months sober, the age range is well diverse, I would recommend this ATC to anyone who wants to change their life around, I will never forget the staff who helped me overcome my alcoholism 🙏

I changed my rating because they've made a lot of improvements over the last 6 months. The new director and other new staff members are so much better than the previous administration. They're far more compassionate, efficient, and knowledgeable. They've made some excellent changes and it's had a very positive impact on me, personally, & they've helped me a lot with my recovery.

Yes I am sure with budget cuts and the fact that this place is the stop gap for everyone who doesn't have the means to afford care, it will never be 5 stars. It can't. America would actually have to live up to its ideals of providing healthcare for everyone regardless of ability to pay. All in all I have received 5 stars level of care despite all this. Which is simply amazing if you think about it. NURSE Jennete? Not sure of her spelling she was so helpful. These places should be funded more because you don't know when life might throw a curve ball and you will be needing their services.

If I could give this place a place amongst the stars I would. I rate this 10 out of 5. Excellent staff from the cleaning crew the kitchen (chef, the aunties) to the CA to the counselors and of course the nursing and medical staff!!! All the employees truly went above and beyond for me during my time of healing. The experience is what you make of it honestly from person to person but I got so very much and I am heading to my next step any day now. I've used many tools I learned while in there but most importantly I learned to respect and believe in my program of recovery again and I plan to keep climbing. Thank you to all of you for believing in me until I could get my strength to believe in myself again . Just for today!

One thing is for sure, Helio Health saved my life. I started as a client and now I am working for Helio. Outpatient, residential, recovery center and inpatient/detox. All amazing programs that a lot of people put their heart and soul into.
Some people like to complain about anything because nothing will ever, please them. I have lived on the streets and if someone comes into this facility and states that the streets are better. Then they clearly have never been on the streets. It's all about perspective. If you're ready and willing to make your life better regardless of what you have to do and how it will make you, "feel". If we made people completely comfortable, with all this and that, then no one would leave. I have seen that with different facilities that have all this food and that but then they don't have the proper treatment or groups. But they feed you well. Pick your poison. Some kids act like spoiled brats and nothing is ever enough. Maybe you should change your perspective, it's amazing what is possible by thinking positive regardless of the situation. It's easy to come on here and judge when you don't see it through. Suffering is real. You can choose to let a little rain ruin your day or you can choose to make a rainbow. The choice is yours. We give you the necessary tools, now it's up to you to alchemize what is taught. I can choose to be better, or I can make excuses. What do you choose?

I was transferred from Oneida Hospital to Crouse due to some medical complications in my pregnancy. Since the beginning and end the entire maternity staff were amazing. These are things I would never forget because it was a vulnerable moment for me. Huge shout out to the NICU nurses especially Kelly Mageean! My baby girl is 10 months now and I can’t believe I didn’t leave a review then but it was a good experience. Thank you so much to everyone!

The receptionist is friendly, greets me by name. They sent emails in plenty of time for me to continue to schedule my upcoming appointments. My therapist is very effective. I have been in therapy at least 3 times before to make it through a difficult situation. This is the first time I have had EMDR and I can't say enough about how much it has helped me! Highly recommend!
