Without any doubt this office is one of the best medical facilities I have ever used. No exaggeration! I would have to say that the responsive and caring staff and doctor are outstanding. I had an urgent need for some paperwork to be completed so they could forward my records to the VA. I made a call and spoke with Lindsay. She said everything can be taken care of - just stop on in. I immediately went to the office - no appointment needed. Even as busy as these folks were, Lindsay stopped what she was doing and completed the paperwork to release my medical records. Thank you Lindsay and all your coworkers!
I attend arbor house the same time as Cody smith, he was one of the most manipulative people I have ever encountered threw my recovery, he constantly would whine and cry cause he wouldn't get his way when it came to what he wanted he even went to lengths as to make up lies about staff and other clients then when he went to supportive living he refused to follow rules and relapsed due to his addictive behavior that he never focused on. Recovery has guidelines for a reason. I understand everyones recovery is different that does mean make up lies and cheat and steal, that's just him saying he couldn't change his life for the better.
If I could give this place a place amongst the stars I would. I rate this 10 out of 5. Excellent staff from the cleaning crew the kitchen (chef, the aunties) to the CA to the counselors and of course the nursing and medical staff!!! All the employees truly went above and beyond for me during my time of healing. The experience is what you make of it honestly from person to person but I got so very much and I am heading to my next step any day now. I've used many tools I learned while in there but most importantly I learned to respect and believe in my program of recovery again and I plan to keep climbing. Thank you to all of you for believing in me until I could get my strength to believe in myself again . Just for today!

One thing is for sure, Helio Health saved my life. I started as a client and now I am working for Helio. Outpatient, residential, recovery center and inpatient/detox. All amazing programs that a lot of people put their heart and soul into.
Some people like to complain about anything because nothing will ever, please them. I have lived on the streets and if someone comes into this facility and states that the streets are better. Then they clearly have never been on the streets. It's all about perspective. If you're ready and willing to make your life better regardless of what you have to do and how it will make you, "feel". If we made people completely comfortable, with all this and that, then no one would leave. I have seen that with different facilities that have all this food and that but then they don't have the proper treatment or groups. But they feed you well. Pick your poison. Some kids act like spoiled brats and nothing is ever enough. Maybe you should change your perspective, it's amazing what is possible by thinking positive regardless of the situation. It's easy to come on here and judge when you don't see it through. Suffering is real. You can choose to let a little rain ruin your day or you can choose to make a rainbow. The choice is yours. We give you the necessary tools, now it's up to you to alchemize what is taught. I can choose to be better, or I can make excuses. What do you choose?
This place was amazing! I came in and the receptionist was so kind and supportive. The nurse listened to everything I said intently. The nurse practitioner was phenomenal! She listened very well and assisted with everything I needed. This is the best care I have received in a long time.

A little over a year ago I made the decision to go to Tully to kickstart my recovery from Alcohol addiction. The entire program gave me a new start on life, and I haven't looked back. Well, I have only to reminisce on the fond memories I have from this place. Counselors, medical staff, chefs and even the cleaners are all amazing. The 1 stars are from bitter people who just didn't want to put forth the effort. Thank you again Tully. Bill 2024 Graduate.

Tully Hill was the best decision I ever made. 13 months ago I decided I needed the kick start to recovery and Tully Delivered. Staff is awesome. Food...Forget about it 5 star. Watch out for the Tully 20. 20 lbs you gain there. :) Life is amazing without Alcohol. Can't thank them enough.

leaving a lot of people scrambling for further assistants. I reached out to thrive and almost immediately was in their care.
I was also able to receive the additional assistance that was unavailable before.
I've found them respectively caring and available where you need them. I only wish I had discovered them prior.

Credo is an amazing opportunity for adults with children to stay sober. I stayed there for 8 months and I am still sober today. (3 years later). That place saved my life. The staff was awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, FUN!

If you need to get your life in order from dealing with addiction, then Conifer Park is the place to go. There staff is caring and friendly and it's easy to succeed here. These people really do care about helping people.

I loves seeing Dr. O'Connor, he really understands me completely and I really feel heard and respected. I strongly feel he really cares not only health, but for the total well-being as a whole. I really appreciate him. Highly recommenced! Just trust the process!

1st time going to the clinic. My clinic was in Rome but just moved to Watertown. I heard terrible reviews from other veterans.
However, today that took me in as a walk in
I definitely waited a bit but the NP Sarah listened to all my concerns did not rush me out and ordered meds I was comfortable with allowing me to making informed decisions.
I may switch up here for my primary care. It was a good experience with her she is new.

I had an overall good experience at commonwealth. The staff was compassionate yet they also were very professional. The nurses went above and beyond for me. The whole medical team at commonwealth is superior. Commonwealth gives you a multi layered experience they care for you physically, mentally and emotionally. I was not really easiest patient to care for and I still recieved excellent care. I want to recommend this rehab to anyone thinking about taking the recovery journey. Commonwealth will meet your expectations.

I had a very positive experience at commonwealth. The staff was excellent and very compassionate. My first few days at commonwealth rehab I was very sick. I really was not well the staff and the nurses took good care of me and they all went above and beyond the call of duty to give me the care I needed. Once I felt better I began to attend there education groups, which were very helpful and I did learn a lot. I would recommend this rehab to anyone struggling with addiction and wants to be free from this horrible disease. If you go to commenwealth I believe you will learn a lot and they will prepare you for a life you will enjoy again. Give commonwealth a chance to reform your life.

Best place ever I did 35 days in rehab and received the best service available they’re awesome and wount judge you Im now 3 yrs clean and sober thanks to common wealth and staff!
This was hands down the best dentist I’ve had in a long time they weren’t stingy with the Nova Caine even after I was nice and numbed up usually the dentist I’ve had didn’t force my jaw open they used a bite block instead the lay time I got dental work was at st joes they weren’t very nice and the male dentist I had was aweful I’m shocked he didn’t dislocated my jaw and then the work didn’t even look good not this place they have an amazing dental staff the hygienist who I had she was a lovely darker skinned woman she made sure to get everything he dr Aman amazing dentist he asked all the important questions and let me know right away if I feel anything he had me wait 15 mins to make sure the meds kicked in he handled my 18 year old root canal then before he began work he make sure I was nice and numbed up and before he started working on my tooth as it was infected even got out a little part on my real tooth that was in the bottom part of the roots after 5 days of crying and in a ton of pain he made sure I had stuff to go home with it was a long wait but totally worth it I think I found my new dentist he wasn’t rude either I’ve had dentist judge me for my teeth with a nasty attitude he was quick to the crown I did have was on really good the crown started to leave and went into my jaw dr Aman told me well I’m glad you came to see us today that’s a nasty infection and made sure I was on antibiotics before he even touched anything and they listened I told them I wanted it pulled when I’ve had dentist tell me no they wouldn’t pull it the last time I went to st joes he tooo so much off their wasn’t much of a tooth left after I asked twice he told me no then I went to this location and the gorgeous dental hygienist with the beautiful dark skin lady was shocked she said “if you asked them to pull the tooth they should of pulled your tooth it’s not their call” I wish you all could of seen the look on her face I felt safe to I think I found my new dentist thank you Dr.Amen and the lovely assistant (I didn’t catch her name but I do rember her face ☺️ he wasn’t kidding either when he said he was the best he really is also thank you to Syracuse for having resources for people even when Syracuse is my least favorite place to go but I would do it all over again to get dental work nine takes Fadelis anymore but they do I would suggest that you go early I was told come at 6:45am and by the time I got their their was a bunch of people some were waiting outside from like 4;30 in the morning they do open at 8 but they only do a certain amount of emergency dental it’s between 10 and 15 people and then they have another time it’s 1 o’clock if you haven’t use them try it out times are hard and now I feel better after no sleep for five days no food really for five days every time I would chew it began to effect my other teeth I’m on day three and it don’t even hurt it didn’t hurt much either even after the numbing stuff was gone my jaw is a little swollen but he did an amazing I love drs who listen to you 🥰
He also made sure I had some meds just incase the whole thing took about 45 minutes I was done by non I got their at 6:45 I would suggest the Same or maybe 6 just to make sure you get in being a chair 🤣🤣

From the moment I arrived in the ED, all the way beyond discharge, I had a fantastic experience here. Dale in the ED was so kind and expedited my admission because he could tell I was in a lot of pain. He made me feel extremely cared for. All of the HCTs, CT techs, nurses, ultrasound techs, and EVS workers were so kind and patient. The nurses on 6M were wonderful and treated my pain and concerns with kindness and understanding. I felt like I was in great hands. Above all, my surgeon Dr. Hartzheim was fantastic. He has excellent bedside manner and did a great job explaining everything and keeping me in the loop regarding my surgery. He was extremely reassuring during a very stressful and painful time. Even after I was discharged and experiencing pain, he called me on the phone to make sure I was doing okay. I am so grateful to all of the staff at Crouse hospital!

I walked my wife, who fell and hit here head, into Crouse Emergency at 3p. She had seen a nurse, doctor, had a CAT scan done & interpreted, and got a clean bill of health by 5p. They get an A++ in my book

my pcp says crouse left nothing undone to find out what was wrong with me and they did it in record time. he was impressed. my care was thorough and professional. nursing staff on 5th floor was so caring. highly recommend

It's unbelievable the number of services and programs that are obtainable and are being provided for the people of CNY with disabilities and all abilities, homelessness and mental health challenges . I love the creativeness of the Adaptive Design dept, the amazing rapid transition housing dept and Olmstead housing . Thanks for all you do..

Great for counseling, job coaching/assistance(VERY knowledgeable), nurses to monitor vitals & more. They have client groups that meet for dealing with various types of issues.

So far, so good. Never have I felt at home as I feel here. I have done some friends along the way and they encourage to do better every day. Everyone here is very nice, and the staff is always courteous with clients. They have helped me a lot.

Building looks nice. I called thinking I could donate something, the lady I spoke with said I couldn't but she was very nice and gave me a number where I could take the item. I've literally never seen any kids here though, even before Covid but I don't drive past too often.
