I have been going here for many years. The therapists were kind, my Doctor is wonderful. I am able to get in for telephone appointments when needed. Any issues or concerns I have had, have been resolved, I have not had negative experiences like some.

This place has gone above and beyond to help me. They provided me so much help when I wasn’t even a client yet. They truly want to help and you can tell they care about the safety and wellbeing of their clients. Joan, Samantha, Terry and Shawn have giving me so much hope and I am extremely Grateful for all of them!.

So far, so good. Never have I felt at home as I feel here. I have done some friends along the way and they encourage to do better every day. Everyone here is very nice, and the staff is always courteous with clients. They have helped me a lot.

Throughout my numerous visits to this hospital since childhood until my current age of 57, I have consistently experienced a high standard of care. While there have been occasions involving unprofessional behavior from certain staff members, the overall quality of service and medical attention has been exceptional.

ACH outpatient lab is amazing! Went in this am to get labs drawn, all staff very professional and friendly! In and out! Thank you! 😊

Hannick hall saved my life! I now have a two and a half year old little boy and still clean. I'm about to finish school and start my own business helping animals which was a long-time dream of mine. 12 years later the ways of this treatment program are still saving my life everyday thank you so much to everyone who is devoted to helping all of us addicts find some way to conquer this disease of addiction. I owe you my life. Although at times I did not understand the reasons for what they did every single lesson I tried to teach me his stuck and the loving words at the women who tried to help me are in my head almost everyday thank you thank you thank you I could never have made it without you and I would be dead today without the devotion of the staff thank you thank you thank you

This place gets a billion stars from me! The staff is so happy and inviting. My councilor Megan I was a little slower warming up to, just from life experiences. But now I feel I can tell her every thought and feeling I have. She is my cheerleader. She always reminds me how far I've come, no matter what I go thru or have in the past. I will always rise! And let's not get started on my psychiatiatric Nurse practioner Billy I'm sure it'll cut me off becaus I have a lot to say. The 1st time I met him he said, it won't hurt my feelings do u feel comfortable with me or would u like a woman. I said I've already researched u, I'm satisfied in your experience. For 18 months he's been there for me no matter what. ANYTIME.... He is easy to talk to, he doesn't judge, his compassion and devotion to his patients and humanity could circle to the world twice over! After Every visit I feel so much better and stronger.... The rest of the staff is also amazing you feel like family! That's how all places like this should be ran. Off topic response to a comment, centipedes should not be killed they do not build nest, they control our spider and other bug populations, they are scared of people and hold no threat to humans! Worry about the bed bug problem everywhere in auburn but there. Most places spray pesticide in almost all buildings usually several times a week to contol infesting insects, which contributes to alot of the sickness of this world.

this honestly was not a bad place i wish i had stayed some people are just not strong enough to get professional help but i loved it the only thing i have tk say is it does have a lot of restraints i cant begin to be more greatful for this placement i love most of the staff it was like a second family i love them my scars are healing my mind is still processing and it was amazing i aant to thank all the staff who helped me..taylor hinds bogart lafluer mcnabb baker murray austin and i cant say them all but i wish i could i love yall. thank you!!

I was one of the kids there, twice. Definitely was good with activities and the staff cared about us. I was in Seneca, and it was pretty good compared to other places I've been.

I was a kid there from May 2022-June 2023 on Honeoye (former Grow 3) and I loved it there. It really changed my life. Some of my favorite staff were France, Pine, Kim, Jesse, Angie, Jen Carpenter, Taylor, Lauren, Lisa, Marcia, Cobb, and some of the nurses, Cassie, Lilly, John, Pam, Kelsey, I could go on forever. Some of the staff were quite rude but I never took it with a grain of salt because I know it’s a stressful place to work. I worked my way up to PC in less than a year and was always trying to make people smile. The school was my favorite part because the classes were smaller than an average sized class and teachers and TA’s really paid attention to the kids. I really enjoyed it there, knowing that whenever I wanted to talk, someone would listen. I highly recommend sending your kids here if they have any behavioral issues.

i’ve personally had a great experience here with the staff. everyone’s been nice especially my therapist. she’s extremely kind and i feel comfortable talking to her. i mean it really depends on who you go too and they absolutely let you choose who you talk to and everything. they never pushed me out of my comfort zone personally.

This place has been amazing help to me through a lot of hard times ! I am happy to speak to my Doctor and my therapist . They always leave me telling me to call when ever I feel the need of help .

I called the online number and was able to get all the information I needed for their open hours and helpful tips on how the process will work. When I showed up the process was just as described by the lovely woman I had spoken with when I called. I left the appointment with a follow up and a great experience for my first ever interaction with this facility. The staff was friendly and helpful
