They truly want to help and you can tell they care about the safety and wellbeing of their clients. Can't stand all the comments about how bad this place is for so long. I assure you if you put in the work this place will save and change the entirety of your life. It did for me because I'm understand what happens there is only half the battle

Update: while their audiology dept did lose my hearing test proving my hearing loss I do have to admit that has been overshadowed by the drastic change I have experienced here. It used to be a rundown facility with intatentive care less staff. Now the care facilities actually feel like a modern hospital with staff that are proactive in helping with medical needs. I feel so much better about coming here than I had in the past.

My name is Rachael Zingo and I was treated and 2006/2007 for a serious crack addiction. I am happy to say that everything I was told my Catholic Family centers is the truth. Hannick hall saved my life! I now have a two and a half year old little boy and still clean. I'm about to finish school and start my own business helping animals which was a long-time dream of mine. 12 years later the ways of this treatment program are still saving my life everyday thank you so much to everyone who is devoted to helping all of us addicts find some way to conquer this disease of addiction. I owe you my life. Although at times I did not understand the reasons for what they did every single lesson I tried to teach me his stuck and the loving words at the women who tried to help me are in my head almost everyday thank you thank you thank you I could never have made it without you and I would be dead today without the devotion of the staff thank you thank you thank you

i ve personally had a great experience here with the staff. everyone s been nice especially my therapist. she s extremely kind and i feel comfortable talking to her. i mean it really depends on who you go too and they absolutely let you choose who you talk to and everything. they never pushed me out of my comfort zone personally.

This place gets a billion stars from me! The staff is so happy and inviting. My councilor Megan I was a little slower warming up to, just from life experiences. But now I feel I can tell her every thought and feeling I have. She is my cheerleader. She always reminds me how far I've come, no matter what I go thru or have in the past. I will always rise! And let's not get started on my psychiatiatric Nurse practioner Billy I'm sure it'll cut me off becaus I have a lot to say. The 1st time I met him he said, it won't hurt my feelings do u feel comfortable with me or would u like a woman. I said I've already researched u, I'm satisfied in your experience. For 18 months he's been there for me no matter what. ANYTIME.... He is easy to talk to, he doesn't judge, his compassion and devotion to his patients and humanity could circle to the world twice over! After Every visit I feel so much better and stronger.... The rest of the staff is also amazing you feel like family! That's how all places like this should be ran. Off topic response to a comment, centipedes should not be killed they do not build nest, they control our spider and other bug populations, they are scared of people and hold no threat to humans! Worry about the bed bug problem everywhere in auburn but there. Most places spray pesticide in almost all buildings usually several times a week to contol infesting insects, which contributes to alot of the sickness of this world.

I was a kid there from May 2022-June 2023 on Honeoye (former Grow 3) and I loved it there. It really changed my life.Some of my favorite staff were France, Pine, Kim, Jesse, Angie, Jen Carpenter, Taylor, Lauren, Lisa, Marcia, Cobb, and some of the nurses, Cassie, Lilly, John, Pam, Kelsey, I could go on forever. Some of the staff were quite rude but I never took it with a grain of salt because I know it s a stressful place to work.I worked my way up to PC in less than a year and was always trying to make people smile. The school was my favorite part because the classes were smaller than an average sized class and teachers and TA s really paid attention to the kids. I really enjoyed it there, knowing that whenever I wanted to talk, someone would listen. I highly recommend sending your kids here if they have any behavioral issues.

Hi my name is Isaiah I was at this specific Hillside as a client on the Otisco unit which is the Otisco Otters from aug 11, 2021 to the middle of feb 2024 and there is a lot of great staff if you work there you can say whatever you want about it but I changed a lot there and I vouched for kids even my friends I didn't like everyone was equally my friend I had the best staff of my time there which included: miss Kabaki which I have always thought about as my mom she also had a child which I would say she is my god sister, miss H who you could never forget about took care of me amazingly and I would be here all day if I kept going but others were McMillen, Bracht, Jacob, and a lot more but there has been a lot of memories there that I will never forget and if you ask a lot of the staff there about a kid named Isaiah Sparks they will probably start crying cause how much I was popular there I will love them forever and always and they will never forget me or any kid that goes there please believe in the staff there if you want your kid to have a future and any past clients who read this can say the same thing you should work or have your kid go there if you want them to have a future and if you want to have a future with them this is what I believe and know.

My name is Lawrence Truillo I lived at hillside in the awosko unit from 2003 into 2004 and I have so many good memories there I was there when they had the best staff team mr.rase mr.satana Mr. Mackey tall mr.willson and the short Mr.willson and mr.pool ms.mairite and mr.razinco I wish I could go back in time and relive those memories.

So far, so good. Never have I felt at home as I feel here. I have done some friends along the way and they encourage to do better every day. Everyone here is very nice, and the staff is always courteous with clients. They have helped me a lot.

I highly recommend Megan 100%. It's nice having someone that understands. Thank You! She has a masters degree on her wall. Very intelligent! September 28 at 1030am She is very valuable to Seneca counties mental health system.

This place has been amazing help to me through a lot of hard times ! I am happy to speak to my Doctor and my therapist . They always leave me telling me to call when ever I feel the need of help .

Very helpful and caring staff

The bathrooms are clean the staff is helpful. My family and I have been coming here for decades. Whatever the service, lab, ER, admission, or visiting, the hospital staff have met our needs.The Auburn C.H. Behavioral Health Unit is full of sweethearts. They respect the dignity of the patients and help them improve and heal. Audra, Paige, Kathy, Katie, Kate, Rich, Loshna, Elizabeth, the PA interna, the Boces LPNs in training, and all the others were incomparable in their magnificent service. They are fair, helpful, and I realize how much I need to grow as a person because I have met them.

I was on 4 Central for a week. All the nurses and doctors were great. The emergency room doctors and nurses were great. I am glad that I went there. I don't want to leave out all of the ones that did all of the testing were great as well.

This community and the folks working deserve more love...
