I feel very grateful to the staff who work here, it was a blessing to know them. Their treatment of immigrants is unconditional, they support you, help you and guide you at every step. All the staff, including security, reception, and immigration personnel, are very nice, friendly, and respectful. My respects.

This place and the staff are great. There's a wide range of Mental Health services. Out of other places I've been to I haven't received the help I needed until I came here. As a reminder that you have to want better for yourself and make the changes in your e everyday life in order to see results. So personal experiences are based on the individual that wants true change and changing old habits. Other than that no one or no medication will be effective without the individual taking steps on their own. These people are mental health professionals, not magicians. Great place to seek help.

I ve been going here for addiction treatment for about 5 years. The doctors care! the nurse cares! They went above and beyond to help my husband and I. He lost his job because the company went under, so we weren t insured because paperwork wasn t filed correctly or something. Either way feeling extra grateful for the people who have been helping in my care for so many years! Making sure we are good on all fronts for many years.

Huther Doyle has been a great help for me in the past few months. I highly suggest Marcus Allen as a counselor. Both his groups and one-on-one meetings have been great. He has been positive influence on my life in all aspects. Front desk staff is also very kind and helpful.

I was assigned Arlene as a therapist March of 2022. Arlene and I have one on ones monthly. She always puts me first, helps with solve thru my problems I m dealing with in early sobriety. Also provides me with resources and self help books to help me work on myself outside of therapy.Also Laura is my peer advocate, she is always a phone call away, meets me at AA meetings and is a great friend along being a great support for me. Laura goes ABOVE and BEYOND her expectations. She truly cares for her clients & their journey with early sobriety. During active use, she made sure I made it to detox and I was in a safe place. She is a great example of what a sober woman is. Set a great example for new patientsI truly wouldn t be where I am at if it wasn t for Laura & Arlene When I get my vivatrol injection, Mayra the PA, always takes time out of her day to say hello to me.5 stars for Huther Doyle

Thanks to everyone here I have been able to get my life back on track after a crippling dance with opiates that lasted over a decade. On top of all that, I continue sessions to ensure that I am walking the best path I can - the weekly meetings, the degree of care during personal emergencies, and the actual reflection of the progress that I have made are all things that have helped me improve my life. I am a more whole person thanks to Delphi Rise. Healing one's self is never a straight path, but at least it doesn't have to be solitary or terribly crooked - Delphi kind of stands as an illuminating light in a terribly dark world. Keep it up, guys.

Delphi Rise is not just another outpatient rehab. This organization provides a wide range of programs that can only be summed up as true "Human Services." Yes, they will help you if you are struggling with addiction; they do that 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through their Open Access program. They also help people who are homeless get into safe, permanent housing. They will help you if you are even at risk of homelessness. They help people returning from prison to secure safe, permanent housing. They have a Health Home System. They offer assistance obtaining and keeping a job or help you apply for disability and get a specialized attorney to represent you for the case. They provide food, clothing, personal items, even mobile phones to those in need. Nobody is turned away for any reason pertaining to race, sex, religion, nationality, age, or criminal history of any classification or subtype. 2 years ago when I needed help with everything a person could need help with, they gave me a safe and dignified living space in less than 3 weeks of asking for help despite my many social barriers. They gave me treatment for addiction that began immediately and they still support my recovery today. They've given me clothing, bedding, personal supplies and toiletries, a phone with prepaid service, transportation to and from their office when I needed it. They have supported me in every area of need in my life for the last 2 years and continue to do so now and in the foreseeable future. Every time I go to Delphi Rise I am greeted not only with courtesy, respect, and dignity, but with down-to-earth kindfulness and warmth. Someone from Delphi visits me at my home once a month to make sure everything is going well and that I have what I need. These other reviews giving 1 star and complaining about personal treatment absolutely blow my mind, and they are not to be believed. To everyone at Delphi - Darnell, Monique, Alex, Rob, Mike, Tasha, Tashaba, Martin, Dr. Ainsworth, Krystal, and Jill - thank you for what you do every day to help the less fortunate, the outcast, the homeless, the unwanted - thank you for helping people like me. East House is an amazing non-profit. Rochester is blessed to have such a great resource.

Caring staff, All around full care services, very supportive, and great long-term care.

I've lived in an East House MHAP apartment since 2019. Can't say the house I live in is very conducive to recovery. But the MHAP staff has been amazing to me. I am forever indebted to EH for giving me a place to crash land and supporting my slow but steady dual-diagnosis recovery.

Clean environment

Our Son, who was TBI was there years ago for Rehab. This was given in the best possible way. All that could be done was done in a very caring way by all who helped Scott. I only wish he could've stayed on, but circumstances didn't allow for this at the time. But, I've never forgotten the experience, nor all that was done for him. If I reach the point of needing Skilled Nursing, I hope it will be possible to go there. I can't give a better recommendation. VCS

We were very happy with my father's experience on Faith 5 for the several months that he was there for rehab following a stroke. The speech, OT and PT therapists did a great job working with him and he was markedly better upon his departure than when he arrived. He had a goal of attending Thanksgiving dinner with the family and the therapists even did a "dry run" with him helping him get into and out of a vehicle for practice and calling me to let me know how to best assist him on Thanksgiving day. The day went perfectly.The facility is fascinating and clean, my father liked the food and the staff were helpful and pleasant to work with. Would not hesitate to place a loved one there in the future should the need arise. Thank you to all MCH workers who worked with my dad!

They really helped start to learn to drive

Westfall associates was instrumental in my recovery. At first I didn t want to admit I had a problem. Then I didn t want to ask for help. I celebrated 5 years sobriety this past summer and I continue my relationship with Westfall. The entire staff was instrumental in my success. The groups, the lecture series and stages of their treatment led me to success. Thanks Chuck and staff!

I have received treatment at many mental health facilities and have found the entire staff at Westfall to be outstanding. The therapists are fantastic as well as the front office staff. Very kind and helpful people that are dedicated to their jobs. I never have any difficulty scheduling appointments or receiving call backs in emergency situations...Lyn

I have been in treatment in many mental health facilities over the years and have found Westfall to be far superior to any others. They are the kindest most caring group of people that i have ever met. Everyone including the front office staff and therapists have always shown me genuine concern and been dedicated beyond the realm of just their job requirements to assist me in my quest for better mental health. I have never had any difficulty in scheduling appts or receiving contacts in emergency situations. What a great place with wonderful people.

The staff was extremely helpful and professional. I stayed for 28days. The food wasn t the greatest but it was alright. There were classes offered that helped combat the depression and boredom. The rooms and Bathrooms were clean. Anything that was needed the staff was sure to accommodate. I was able to connect with my counselor, whenever I need to. The only thing I would say was an issue was the separation between men and women. You are allowed to speak to the opposite sex at all not even a friendly hello. The women are escorted everywhere and housed in a separate area meanwhile the men could walk all over all day. One day I started doing my own calisthenics trying to exercise when I was told I had to stop because it was against rules for safety reasons. There was a schedule listed Every Morning with the going- ons of the day. Over all it was an enjoyable stay once I got past the initial Rude meeting of the director.

Staff is great but you only get what you put into it. Staff can only do so much.

As a young teen these people took me out of an unsafe environment. I have memories of swimming, basketball, video games and more. The ratings should be at least 4 stars. This post is my way of saying thank you.
