I went in yesterday and was surprised to see the new recreational center they created for Veterans. There's snacks, a pool table, and a great staff that work there. The whole Veterans Outreach Center has been good to me since I got out of the Navy in 2005. I greatly appreciate it and look forward to continued relations with you hard working, motivated, caring people.

I just got home from a total knee replacement from the surgery wing at Unity. 12 hrs. from arrival to departure. The care and attentiveness from every person I encountered was kind and warm as if they were close friends. I am very grateful to them and there were at least twelve patients recovering from joint surgery too so it is a demanding environment for the folks that work there. This is my experience and I will schedule my left knee replacement in the near future. Heart felt thanks to my Surgeon Dr. Jonathan Gabel and all of the staff that cared for me. A special thank you to nurse Becky in the orthapedic surgical unit.

I have been with unity chemical dependency for a while now. All of the staff in outpatient and the majority of staff in inpatient are compassionate and were essential for my recovery. My outpatient therapist is always ready to listen and give incredible support and resources. I don't think I would be in recovery if it weren't for my therapist, Sam. My life has been saved. I have improved my quality of life, as well as my relationships. I highly recommend unity chemical dependency for those who struggle with addiction. I was assigned Arlene as a therapist March of 2022. Arlene and I have one on ones monthly. She always puts me first, helps with solve thru my problems I m dealing with in early sobriety. Also provides me with resources and self help books to help me work on myself outside of therapy. Also Laura is my peer advocate, she is always a phone call away, meets me at AA meetings and is a great friend along being a great support for me. Laura goes ABOVE and BEYOND her expectations. She truly cares for her clients & their journey with early sobriety. During active use, she made sure I made it to detox and I was in a safe place. She is a great example of what a sober woman is. Set a great example for new patientsI truly wouldn t be where I am at if it wasn t for Laura & Arlene When I get my vivatrol injection, Mayra the PA, always takes time out of her day to say hello to me.5 stars for Huther Doyle

Villa of Hope provides substance abuse and mental health treatment for children, adolescents and adults in Rochester, New York. They offer outpatient treatment at this location but may refer you to another location if you need higher intensity care. The outpatient center is considered an extension of the comprehensive care offered by Villa of Hope.
I absolutely love the Villa of Hope!!! I had switched from FLACRA s outpatient program (WHICH I HATED!!!) to the Villa of Hope s outpatient program, at the hardest time of my life. I literally can t say enough good things about the program, the staff and the way that everyone was so accepting and willing to help. The only downfall I can say, is I have had a little trouble recently with getting my prescriptions on time when I am supposed to have them refilled by but other than that, I don t have a bad word to say about them. I would highly recommend to anyone that is struggling with a mental illness or addiction. The Villa of Hope saved my life.

Thanks to everyone here I have been able to get my life back on track after a crippling dance with opiates that lasted over a decade. On top of all that, I continue sessions to ensure that I am walking the best path I can - the weekly meetings, the degree of care during personal emergencies, and the actual reflection of the progress that I have made are all things that have helped me improve my life. I am a more whole person thanks to Delphi Rise. Healing one's self is never a straight path, but at least it doesn't have to be solitary or terribly crooked - Delphi kind of stands as an illuminating light in a terribly dark world. Keep it up, guys.

Delphi Rise is not just another outpatient rehab. This organization provides a wide range of programs that can only be summed up as true "Human Services." Yes, they will help you if you are struggling with addiction; they do that 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through their Open Access program. They also help people who are homeless get into safe, permanent housing. They will help you if you are even at risk of homelessness. They help people returning from prison to secure safe, permanent housing. They have a Health Home System. They offer assistance obtaining and keeping a job or help you apply for disability and get a specialized attorney to represent you for the case. They provide food, clothing, personal items, even mobile phones to those in need. Nobody is turned away for any reason pertaining to race, sex, religion, nationality, age, or criminal history of any classification or subtype. 2 years ago when I needed help with everything a person could need help with, they gave me a safe and dignified living space in less than 3 weeks of asking for help despite my many social barriers. They gave me treatment for addiction that began immediately and they still support my recovery today. They've given me clothing, bedding, personal supplies and toiletries, a phone with prepaid service, transportation to and from their office when I needed it. They have supported me in every area of need in my life for the last 2 years and continue to do so now and in the foreseeable future. Every time I go to Delphi Rise I am greeted not only with courtesy, respect, and dignity, but with down-to-earth kindfulness and warmth. Someone from Delphi visits me at my home once a month to make sure everything is going well and that I have what I need. These other reviews giving 1 star and complaining about personal treatment absolutely blow my mind, and they are not to be believed. To everyone at Delphi - Darnell, Monique, Alex, Rob, Mike, Tasha, Tashaba, Martin, Dr. Ainsworth, Krystal, and Jill - thank you for what you do every day to help the less fortunate, the outcast, the homeless, the unwanted - thank you for helping people like me. May God bless and sustain you in your mission and in your lives!

We were very happy with my father's experience on Faith 5 for the several months that he was there for rehab following a stroke. The speech, OT and PT therapists did a great job working with him and he was markedly better upon his departure than when he arrived. He had a goal of attending Thanksgiving dinner with the family and the therapists even did a "dry run" with him helping him get into and out of a vehicle for practice and calling me to let me know how to best assist him on Thanksgiving day. The day went perfectly. The facility is fascinating and clean, my father liked the food and the staff were helpful and pleasant to work with. Would not hesitate to place a loved one there in the future should the need arise. Thank you to all MCH workers who worked with my dad!

When I got to pathways I was supposed to be here for, at the most 2 months. The least 4 weeks. My clinic wanted them to drop me to 60mg & drug test me before they'd dose me.. Christina didn't understand this logic. If I would've failed a drug test then its not like they would've turned me away. And she agreed with me that 70mg is low especially 60mg. I was on 130mg for YEARS. I'm still having withdrawal symptoms after 5pm everyday. But I've increased to 75 hoping to go up again soon. .. This place is different but in a good way . I'm used to being treated like the medicine (in my opinion) that I take to live is something to be looked down upon & heavily mandated. I'm used to the clinics making you empty your pockets for a drug test. Can't be on your phone in the waiting area at some places bc they want to know if you're going to nod out. Peek and troths make you sit for 1-3 hours no phone. Nothing. And it's early in the morning...you think you wouldn't be tired no matter what? Pathways is honestly the only place I've ever been to that seems to care about you and not the money. The first day there the counselors remembered my name. I didn't have to correct them on important aspects of my life they asked about, I've had counselors that after a year or more of seeing me 2x a month couldn't remember if I had kids. I understand most of the clinics I've gone to are big. But damn.. the smaller one, the counselor I had, I had never had a counselor put me into an actual anxiety attack . Her non chalant attitude and voice and the first time speaking with her she insisted I didn't tell a certain person if I had issues with her, my counselor, bc she was mean & If I told this other person she'd defend her..the person she said not to tell was a very good person, I told her, "what? She isn't mean I love her " like what? But at P pathways even the security guard is cool as hell!

I've never had any issues here. My counselor is great and understanding! She provides a great and helpful group! As long as you are respectful and follow the rules, you really shouldn't have any problems at this program. . I've been here for almost 3 years and have had sustained abstinence the whole time! So grateful for this place for helping me save myself!
