They say they are a not for profit, but the paperwork I seen said $143 per person in group, andy wife's group had like 10 people. Sounds like profit to me! In other places I've seen highly addicted people finish a program in like 6 months. My wife been dragging on there lot longer, with no failed drug tests!!! This place is definitely about the $$$. Avoid if you can find outpatient treatment elsewhere! R&BmakeGREEN Stoner 6 years ago The place is very unprofessional I've been through several different programs I've been in the program for 18 months they give people narcotics there and consider it like they have clean time like if anybody is actually really trying to get clean it is absolute from all drugs and they actually like give people key tags there for like taking Suboxone and other kinds of drugs and it's a bunch of b******* really because if you read your big book you basic text your living clean it all states very very clearly the abstinence from all drugs meaning Lee all drugs so I personally call BS on this place their staff is like very misleading they are not helpful they say they have your back and they don't need to call them they never returned your call and you when you go to the window they're very rude the lady told me to sit on when they have literature up there for you to read I had every recommended and going to huther Doyle in the city dr. Wiegand is one of the best in the nation or even Gates Medical stay as far away from this place as you can in their way low budgeted like I've been to a lot of quality places in their groups are like might as well go to kindergarten school and have two people in there don't seem to want it anyways they're just there because of court Alan Penna 9 years ago	3

Dr. Wagner and the anesthesiologist explain everything that you will encounter as well answer any questions you may have. The OR prep techs, nurses, and PA are friendly and helpful. The post op nurse was very comforting and helpful. The transporters move you carefully, staff nurses and techs were amazing and experienced. The PT and PT assistants were very knowledgeable and get you going. I highly recommend Unity Hospital. It’s frustrating Antone'a Davis 3 months ago I was a patient at horizon for six years for mental health. I had a wonderful experience. I felt my medication and mental health was well managed. Two months ago the nurse had changed. I tried to refill my medication the same medication I've been taking for six years. I was told I could not get a refill until I see the new nurse. Not only was my appointment three weeks out they called and cancelled the Thursday before my Monday appointment and of course they're closed Fridays. Tried to figure out what I could do under the circumstances. I had called and tried to speak with several people many times for 2 weeks straight with the same go-around. I also asked if I could at least have a bridge of my medication until my next appointment.... Mind you the one I had to reschedule because THEY canceled mine. This has been the worst experience I have ever encountered. To abruptly be taken off my medication without being tapered down dealing with withdrawals and the decline of my mental health is something you would think they would take serious. After 2 weeks of pleading and trying to get medication. I finally get a call back and they had the audacity to ask if I could talk to my primary about getting a bridge until my appointment which wasn't for three more weeks..... Unreal! They won't give me a bridge because I haven't met with the new nurse but it's okay for my primary to? Being off my medication for a month after abruptly stopping them and to have an appointment to get an evaluation on my current mental health is not going to be where it was a month ago due to their policies. Lack of patient care..... Zero compassion or consideration. Should definitely reevaluate their policies and also reevaluate how their policies could have a dangerous outcome for their patients..... And a big part of that is to the phenomenal help I get from my therapist and MAT dr. At Evelyn Brandon. My therapist is such a sweetheart. I can call or email her anytime of any day and she'll respond as soon as she can and help me through whatever. They act as more than drug counselors, they're life counselors too. Plus I have a once a week group zoom meeting that I attend through Evelyn Brandon as well that I've gained some real close bonds with other recovering addicts so that I know that I'm never alone in this life long battle against my demons. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to get help with either their mental health &/or their drug&/or alcohol addictions.. trust me, life is so much better being free from substances. He’s 83 and had a fall and hit his pretty bad. From the time we walked in - the service, professionalism, level of care and concern and pleasant attitudes of the entire staff was first rate. Madeline Jackson checked us in and she was so unbelievably kind it was like a breath of fresh air. The Triage Nurse, X Ray Tech, RN and Doctor that treated him were one nicer than the next. And knowing his age and that it was a head injury he was seen quickly within minutes of us checking in and everything was fast tracked. I believe Dr. Gerald Goreman is the head ER Dr there. He and his team do an excellent job. My Dad and I thank you for you care, concern and service!!! Sure the waiting room is interesting to say the least, but the staff was amazing. The security guard happily walked me to the ER at night from the main building to ensure my safety. The EMT nurse Ciayana (I think that’s how it was spelled) was walking around checking on people in the waiting room, she was so helpful, friendly and caring. The nurses, doctors, specialists- everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. They took care of me right away, made me feel comfortable and covered every possibility of concern. I was there for some time but they moved at a quick pace to get all the testing done. I have nothing bad to say about this hospital. I am so thankful that they took such great care of me.
