I just got home from a total knee replacement from the surgery wing at Unity. 12 hrs. from arrival to departure. The care and attentiveness from every person I encountered was kind and warm as if they were close friends. I am very grateful to them and there were at least twelve patients recovering from joint surgery too so it is a demanding environment for the folks that work there. This is my experience and I will schedule my left knee replacement in the near future. Heart felt thanks to my Surgeon Dr. Jonathan Gabel and all of the staff that cared for me. I have been with unity chemical dependency for a while now. All of the staff in outpatient and the majority of staff in inpatient are compassionate and were essential for my recovery. My outpatient therapist is always ready to listen and give incredible support and resources. I don't think I would be in recovery if it weren't for my therapist, Sam. My life has been saved. I have improved my quality of life, as well as my relationships. I highly recommend unity chemical dependency for those who struggle with addiction. If you are committed to changing your life, this program and staff will do everything to support you.

At first I had alot of issues as a child, not afraid to admit it, after many many yes, I was able to change my life for the better, and now , looking back, I became a better Man today because of Wyndham Lawn. I work at another VAMC. I brought a Veteran for an appointment today to the Buffalo VAMC. Dr. Ferrario was a breath of fresh air! She was pleasant, strait forward and very knowledgeable. She answered all the veterans questions and even escorted us to the area to schedule upcoming appointments. She should be commended on her acceptional care! Probably the best rehab in ny state,the people are super compationate and care about the work they do.im into fitness and the gym is top notch,I came in a skinny 175 and left a ripped 240.Needless to say the food is spectacular.id definitely recommend this place for long term recovery.
