My therapist and nurse are the best. They always have my back and are there when I need it, I've had them for years now and I couldn't ask for a better team! They are very encouraging and clearly care about my journey when it comes to my mental health and seeing me grow The biggest gripe is the medication side. I've had probably more than five different doctors since I've been going to mental health, and it's been exhausting having to start from the ground up every time with them. It's very hit or miss. I had a TIA/mini stroke while traveling through the area. We were many miles from home with a trailer full of horses and the staff was so fast and efficient to get us taken care of and back on the road in no time. I am a veteran with PTSD and mdd . I was hesitant to go to a facility for treatment. First of all the level of care was unsurpassed in my experience. Very personal and professional. The facility doesn't treat you as another number . That was huge for me. They spend time giving you the tools and therapy needed for you and your particular needs. Dr. Pete (Jesus sandals) was a wonderful Dr for me and had a very personable manner about him. Very easy to speak with and open . Erica was a nurse who was very helpful in her openess to speak with you and help you understand what tools you can use as a person struggling with mental health. Lori was fantastic. She did my intake process and made me feel less anxious and very welcoming. Abby you were also very helpful and I enjoyed the helpful conversations. If I forgot anyone just know you have made a lasting impact for me. Thank you guys so much. I would definitely recommend this facility and their support staff to anyone in need of help. We all need help sometimes.

I had to go to the ER on Sunday morning.....and i was treated so well....I hate to go to the hospital as many do.....so not only didnt feel well but very uncomfortable......my Nurse Zack Conrad was just amazing!!! His bedside manners are off the charts....he made me feel at ease and comforted....friendly smile talks in such a respectfully and loving manner.....I absolutely just loved him.....you really need more like him!!! So I have to give credit where credit is due.....he made my visit to the ER so much better for me

I’ve been using their services for a lot of years. As soon as you enter , your met with a person at the window. Wait time is never longer than 10 mins and if it goes beyond that , simply for to the check in window to let them know what’s happening with appts. I have never met a single Dr, NP, nurse or therapist that is rude there. I’d say this, maybe the client was rude and demanding. I’ll controlled use their services as long as they are there.

Was in serious car accident Aug 27 2020 had concussion and was knock out hr or more had vistublar issues memory loss and PTSD issues which was effecting my personal life and relationship and I treated a few different places ...but what made a big difference was one caring truly amazing loving person ......her name is sally taylor ...she took her time helped me open up and stop. Trying to avoid this traumatic event and see it was not my fault and learn to stay positive and not trying to hide and avoid a terrible situation but to open up about it and realize this was not my fault but caused by a careless older gentleman not paying attention when he slammed into the vehicle I was in and I now have some permanent disability even after under going multiple different operations......she help me try to see the positive not like life time disabilities Iam facing.......she is a true caring loving and looks out for her patients no matter what your age or color or race like you are one of her own children and teaches positivity and not to concentrate on negativity......she might not be some young counselor but uses her life time learned knowledge to try to instil positive thoughts into her patients life and show them no matter how bad anything is or may seem always instead seek out the postuve things not the negative kinda like when the devil whispers in your ear ....ignore him. And instead harking to the angel on your shoulder.......this is the real counselor Sally Tayler kind caring individual always out to put others first and help them seek positivity in your life......and she has help me thru and faces a bad dark time in my life ......she is always there to help folks and your very lucky to have here ......she is the best possibly counselor any one can ever get

My experience was it was a very decent facility.The staff seems to really care. I had a amazing counselor casssandra weaver that lady believed in me and really had legitimate concern for her work load as well as other people’s case load.she restored my belief in humanity.I don’t talk to her as often as I would like but she always made time when and if I needed it.Being African American and her occasion I Thought I would face racism Total opposite.wherever her and her cat Missy are God bless her soul professionalism Along with the QUEEN WHO RUNS THE PLACE LACY WHO FIGHTS FOR US HER AND DAVE BEHIND THE SCENES.THE FOOD WAS OKAY.CP

I have been with unity chemical dependency for a while now. All of the staff in outpatient and the majority of staff in inpatient are compassionate and were essential for my recovery. My outpatient therapist is always ready to listen and give incredible support and resources. I don't think I would be in recovery if it weren't for my therapist, Sam. My life has been saved. I have improved my quality of life, as well as my relationships. I highly recommend unity chemical dependency for those who struggle with addiction. If you are committed to changing your life, this program and staff will do everything to support you.

Caring and courteous staff. The receptionists remember you by name. Like any mental health center it can be "interesting" at times depending on clients that are there for help. The therapists, doctors and facilitators are all very caring, helpful and interested in their patients. I would HIGHLY recommend them. If you are struggling with ANY mental health issues. Go and seek help. Please. It's just like any other physical, medical, social or financial issues in life. We all have needs, sometimes just getting someone else to look at the situation from an neutral viewpoint is what you need. Not a friend not a family member, not someone with ulterior motives. I go here for chemical dependency therapy, and after years of battling addiction and being on the losing side of the battle, I am finally winning my battle. And a big part of that is to the phenomenal help I get from my therapist and MAT dr. At Evelyn Brandon. My therapist is such a sweetheart. I can call or email her anytime of any day and she'll respond as soon as she can and help me through whatever. They act as more than drug counselors, they're life counselors too. Plus I have a once a week group zoom meeting that I attend through Evelyn Brandon as well that I've gained some real close bonds with other recovering addicts so that I know that I'm never alone in this life long battle against my demons. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to get help with either their mental health &/or their drug&/or alcohol addictions.. trust me, life is so much better being free from substances. It feels great!

As a special treat among the citizens, your loved one might meet the fan club of Larry the Cable Guy, Joe Dirt, and Hopalong Cassidy. When my loved one was there, he got to meet the trucker who left his truck parked on the side of the expressway and needed to do his laundry. Larry the Cable Guy and Truck Driver were my loved ones favorites, they were self help experts in a rehab. These two, truly the top 85% , shared their expertise on how it works to a newcomer. My loved one told me though, Pothole face truck driver was his favorite because he said he lives in Beverly Hills and wore the same shiny clothes for days he came in with. Dude nobody rich is in a medicaid rehab unless their to make a girlfriend.

I used to live there 15/16 and they saved my life. I would love to be able to find Mr. Howard that worked there around 98/99 and tell him thank you. His belief in me turned me into a great mother and I've never been in trouble since. Please if anyone knows how to find him or lead me in the direction of him, let me know. My Dad was at the Niagara Falls Memorial ER yesterday . He’s 83 and had a fall and hit his pretty bad. From the time we walked in - the service, professionalism, level of care and concern and pleasant attitudes of the entire staff was first rate. Madeline Jackson checked us in and she was so unbelievably kind it was like a breath of fresh air. The Triage Nurse, X Ray Tech, RN and Doctor that treated him were one nicer than the next. And knowing his age and that it was a head injury he was seen quickly within minutes of us checking in and everything was fast tracked. I believe Dr. Gerald Goreman is the head ER Dr there. He and his team do an excellent job. My Dad and I thank you for you care, concern and service!!!

I had a great experience in this hospital, The nurse, Jennifer and Cathy, the midwife and everyone was very helpful to me to have a natural birth experience. I am so glad that I changed the hospital as Natalie explained me the hospital procedures. Thanks Natalie and her team… you guys treated us so good 😊 keep up the good work 🙏we even received some gifts from the hospital for the baby🥰 I have never been in a hospital after I was born; so, this is a new experience for me, and obviously it’s a positive experience. In the OB/GYN Titanium and the team, in the birthing class, Shannon and team, thank you very much for your support as well🙏 every time when we go to the hospital; from the security staff to everyone else assisting us was so helpful and nice to us. That was my experience with Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Even though they don’t have enough hospital infrastructure the team is amazing. My husband and family is very thankful for your support during this process🙏

I had a great experience here. Sure the waiting room is interesting to say the least, but the staff was amazing. The security guard happily walked me to the ER at night from the main building to ensure my safety. The EMT nurse Ciayana (I think that’s how it was spelled) was walking around checking on people in the waiting room, she was so helpful, friendly and caring. The nurses, doctors, specialists- everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. They took care of me right away, made me feel comfortable and covered every possibility of concern. I was there for some time but they moved at a quick pace to get all the testing done. I have nothing bad to say about this hospital. I am so thankful that they took such great care of me.

Was placed in freedom building with Joe as the Head of the faculty Great guy !!! Been going here for 4 years, pretty good experience with therapists just had to find the right one for me. Psychiatrist are very knowledgeable and not into pushing pills and not into seeing you suffer from side effects. Front desk is also helpful good at keeping track of appt.’s. Phone service is meh nice takes half hour on hold lately which causes me to set time aside for calls.
