You take away what you need,,the staff was very knowledgeable and they have a 24 hr nursing care.Groups pretty much all 7 days a week but there was time for walks,and outdoor activates. I thought it was best place I had been to........

I’ve been with horizon for about 3 years now, they have helped me immensely and have provided me with anything I need to help myself get better mentally in order to live a better life. I am grateful for their services and everyone there has been nothing but kind. I highly recommend anyone thinking of going to therapy to just do it. There is no shame & everyone at horizon will make you feel so welcome.

I highly recommend Horizons, especially here at Union and Losson. Great staff, great counselors, and the Psych Nurse Practitioner and medical staff are very wonderful and understanding. I can honestly say that I highly appreciate them and their professionalism.

I've been at Horizon for a year and half since I got out of rehab and it has helped not only stay clean and sober but learn about "me"! It's a wonderful out patient program!

Been dealing with a neighbor whos piling mountains of trash in his yard (rats/mice/skunks/smell) for a DECADE and no attempts to clean in NT. Continual B.S. from NT City officials (basically have done nothing in 11 years) Contacted Greg from Niagara co Health Dept, TBH didn't expect much, well I was wrong. He thinks outside the box, and contacted a local Knights of Columbus whom showed up weeks later and scoured the offending neighbors property with a dozen guys, tractors, trucks, dump trailers and more. Within 4 hours a team of older veterans and some guys just running machines cleaned EVERY BIT OF TRASH OFF THE PROPERTY. My guess is 6 to 10 cubic yards of trash and some nasty chemicals removed. myself and dozens of neighbors salute you Greg, and the all volunteer crew that came and cleaned the guys property (while the owner sat and watched, without once even lifting a finger to help) ... Sadly, in today bureaucratic govt agencies this is so rare I've never heard of it, but thankfully we got Greg, the one guy who seems ready willing and able to problem solve. Truly one of the best experiences dealing with local govt in my 55 years on Earth.

In my opinion, CAO DART is by far the best MAT program in Western New York. The doctors are genuinely caring, and the main intake nurses are some of the most wonderful people with beautiful souls. Over the past five years, I've had two counselors, and they just so happen to be the best two I've had in my 17-year battle with addiction. The staff, in general, is incredibly kind and respectful—they don't treat you like a "junkie." Instead, they approach each patient on a case-by-case basis, which is a refreshing contrast to programs that enforce rigid, one-size-fits-all rules. I highly recommend CAO DART to anyone fighting addiction. Their compassionate care has truly made a difference in my life.

I recently transferred from another methadone maintenance program staff more friendly helpful and caring staff. Iam not a client but go daily with my spouse i would recommend to someone who is looking for a methadone maintenance treatment program

I’m so happy that my doctor is attentive and always makes sure I am comfortable with my treatment plan. The clinic also offers telehealth sessions, which have been very convenient for me. I had an issue with my insurance but the staff did everything she could to help me out. I love it here!

What I value the most about Endeavor is that since starting here, I feel hope. I needed this place, and I didn't know it was even here. Endeavor gives me hope of getting control back in my life.

Something that I value most about Endeavor Health Services is the Wednesday get together because we get to do activities to make people comfortable and get out of their shell and have a good time.

This clinic is great , very caring people. I go to the pathways in Rochester New York and Roberta is the best counselor I've ever had . I love the staff in both places, Pathways in Rochester and Buffalo N.Y. they care very much and they have saved my life in many ways ... They are very nice people and staff is excellent....

Saved my husband's life he's been sober for 16 years now in the beginning I thought it was impossible he was so bad but the first week he started being treated for his addiction he was doing a lot better and before we realized it's been 16 years this November I know it doesn't work for everyone and I certainly do pray for them but It worked for him and I'm so grateful to CHS/Dr.Updike/Staff for being so dedicated to the cause of helping us recover... Amazing nurses, great food, can watch Netflix and other streaming platforms on the main tv and side lounge. Lance was my social worker and he was so supportive and helpful.

I was dealing with some pretty intense depression for quite some time and not getting much help and after a night of alcohol consumption it hit me like a ton of bricks and I went to my local hospital and explain what brought me in. After a discussion they said I was going to be taken up to Buffalo to a place called Brylin! I have NEVER been to a place or hospital that treats theses kinds of things in my life so I was very anxious about. They brought me up in an ambulance and told me my apprehension could be abated the place I was going was a good place and I’d be well taken care of. I was taken to the 3rd floor after admittance and was instantly greeted by a few nurses and within 5 minutes my anxiety began to calm down because I was treated with respect and words of encouragement right off the rip! I get everyone has their opinions and some are going to be of the negative nature but I will say I saw these nurses doctors and orderlies taken to their limits daily and nightly by some of the patients even one of them constantly using racial slurs directed at them and fellow patients and not a one took it to a level I personally wanted to go on them for such ignorance. I was there 5 nights and 6 days, I would have preferred to be released a lot sooner but with what was on their plates I took a back seat to the ones that held my fate and that’s the only reason I gave 4 Stars over 5! I don’t ever have a plan to go back to a place like that but if it so happens I’d honestly not battle the decision to return to Brylin…

I understand that many of you may have hesitation when it comes to entering an inpatient environment... But take my word for it-- Brylin is an incredible place to be. The staff is helpful, the accommodations are first rate, the activities are useful, and the food is incredible. Don't be disillusioned by places like ECMC or Niagara County. Brylin is nothing like how you're treated at places like that! I know that having mental problems and/or substance abuse issues can make you feel very awful. But give Brylin a chance!

What I like best about Endeavor is that everyone gets along with each other. The counselors help you with anything. Whenever I make an appointment, it's always a quick and easy process.

The staff are incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. I always feel like I'm in good hands.

I like everything. Overall, I believe I am in "good hands"... like All State. Endeavor provides exceeding care to my needs. The staff is great at explaining things to me in a variety of ways to help me understand.

10yrs with Dale. Always understanding as an agoraphobic sometimes leaving the house is a huge challenge. I can say nothing negative about the practice. I should have gave this review years ago.

I don't know why they even have bad reviews. I've been going for 2 and 1/2 years. I see Dan. And Dr Napoli is amazing and patient when prescribing meds. ETA: I was looking at the reviews and a lot of the negative ones I noticed were from before I started therapy in July of 2022. That was when they were at their old location and they had a different director back then too. There were a few from within the last couple months, but honestly, if someone is having a bad experience with this place, I can only say that the problem is them. Entitled, demanding, late, missing appointments, etc... I don't know what the problem is, but I have literally been going 1-2 times a week every single week for 2 and 1/2 years and I have NEVER had an issue with them. I look forward to my appts every single week (lol I call Dan my "gossip doctor.") I talk to Dr Napoli monthly because I'm on medication. He asks ME how I'm doing and takes my suggestions into consideration if a medication doesn't work. Extremely patient with trial and error. The only issue I have had a few times is that sometimes they don't answer the phones, but I leave a message and they call me right back. I've been going there for so long that they know me by name at this point. Your therapist will also have their own personal extension too. And so does the doctor's nurse, Melissa.

Not sure why so many bad reviews on here. Must be the bad seeds around the area. This place has been a life saver. The new director is really nice and they got me in for counseling 2 days after my call. Office staff is always friendly and helpful. They offer in person and telehealth for counseling which has made it easy to access someone to talk to. All of the counselors are knowledgable and compassionate when I spoke with them. The nurse was really kind to me during my appointment too. Dont judge an office based on reviews from people who can’t even spell. Just my opinion.
