I had to find a new counselor after years of seeing one that I loved from Milestone in Hornell. I tried a couple others but ended up going to Steuben Mental health and thanks to a friends suggestion got in with a counselor there named Allison, she has been amazing and the entire staff are very pleasant. Should you need counseling services I would highly recommend them as they have a large collection of providers and can match you up very well. Truly a amazing experience to me and this coming from a man who has been in counseling for quite awhile.

Bradford recovery is just amazing. From the counselors. Medical staff. Bhas. The whole staff. The food is amazing. They care. It is clean. Beautiful scenery. Aug 17 2023 is the day my life changed. I'm from the south. I had lived in the woods for a large part of my life. I was broken. I was angry and I was scared. The staff from nurses to counselors and even admission staff were amazing. They gave this homeless sick angry man hope. I'm 20 months sober now. They even helped me go from treatment to a transitional living facility. All I can say is go. Take that first step. They have you. I am eternally grateful.

Alright, people. Here's the deal...
I'm going to give a bluntly honest review on the positives, as well as the negatives that come with placing yourself, or you're loved ones in this specific facility, Dick Van Dyke(DVD) and do so in as little text as possible.
I will give as much detail as possible, and the ONLY thing I will not inform you on is the names of any patients(OR Prisoners as the Court Or Parole Mandated ones call themselves 🤣).
To give reference to why you should trust the Information I'm giving you, or that you can give your loved one to make a logical and well informed decision before making one, this place truly is special in a way, it is also, not for SOME people, if you deal with certain, let's say, mental health or PTSD during sleep especially, and/or, triggers that make you...Let's say, explode and have angry responses, or, if you are someone without a lot of self control, or you dealt with tremendous amount of violence in your life that caused you issues currently with your temper, this place, really may not be the right fit for you..This was my first inpatient rehab experience, but this is FAR from being my first facility I have stayed in, I have been to jail in multiple states, mental health hospitals as a kid, group homes, and juvenile lockdown facilities in southern California, I am now 28 years old, and a father of two wonderful children out west, and though the past has a way of creeping up on me and effecting how I deal with things, they are my world and my reason for placing myself in this place.
However, let's start off with the positive aspects of D.V.D first.
So, Positives-
• You get you're own room, you do not have to share you're room.
•Theres only about 3 hours out of the day you have to attend groups and their split up.
•EVERY COUNSELOR Is Awesome, PLZ give Laura A Chance, she comes off very stern and doesn't mean to, but in my last night, she proved to be the one person who helped me the most, and was the most caring! She just, doesn't mean to come off the way you may feel at FIRST, I didn't really give her much of a chance and that's on ME.
•Andrea, where do I start with her..🤔Well, she's thee BEST staff in there, and even tho my violent, PTSD filled, lifetime of L.A Gangbanging crooked ass self walked in that place full of trauma, full of anger, pain so deep in the soul it has no escape, and even when I snapped a few times, she the one who ACTUALLY calmed me down, and truly cares..2 feet from a beast with 3 eyes she can see with more than just 2..and knows she was sitting across from somebody who used to get down with the demons and danced my whole life with the fk'n devil..She has all compassion & all desire to help and be somebody to lean on. I promise, she won't reveal it but she more gangster& more experienced than she looks/gives off. I, am just somebody filled with anger, pain, massive loss, watching my homies get killed right Infront of me, PTSD that is so hard to control, it would shock even the worst of men. She ain't budge, but my issue is, I didn't either, I should have opened up more to her. Best damn woman I've met in a very long time, in another life I woulda married her lmao she cool as a fan
•95% of the staff truly care, the women in this facility deserve the upmost respect. I lived a life of gangs since 12 y.o, selling/doing drugs, facilities, I'm someone who does not know how to talk about my trauma or express it non-aggressively, they still wanted to help me & they WILL help you. Ann Marie, Andrea, Laura, everybody EXCEPT CRISTEN T..I appreciate you all..
•DONT attempt to build any type of conversation with your nurses, most are nice but no unnecessary talk with your nurses. Especially CRISTEN T, leave that angry woman right alone if you have a temper. I came way out of my character reacting to her and snapped.
•I was taken a lil off foot by my initial reaction to Laura, even complained a lil, but I found her to be the most caring & helpful my last night
•Prison Food From 5 Points Prison..
•Disgusting showers.
•Half the patients are mandated&want to get high.

If you're struggling with addiction. I would highly suggest this ATC to help get you on your personal road to recovery. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. Only reason they get 4 stars is because they suck at teaching accountability here which is very big for early recovery especially when addicts first leave rehab. Besides that, this place is worth your time!!!! Get help and get clean!

I had a Turp surgery done at Millard suburban hospital Wednesday and I was released Thursday afternoon and the took my catheterder out that day. So I went to the Warsaw hospital Saturday evening and let me tell you the staff and the Emergency department was so caring that they put a catheter derived back in I fell much released i had a liter and a haft in my bladder thank you allll for you caring especially all the nurses they were to the T and the Doctor as well that was oncall.. I had an outpatient procedure performed by Dr. Dibenedetto last year. He and his team were courteous and professional. They took great care of me and were able to accommodate me in a tight schedule. The facilities were clean and the nurses and staff helped me to feel comfortable and safe.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for our local hospital here in Olean. I know many 1-star reviews focus on long waits and perceived lack of care, but I’d just like to lift up the story from a different angle.
Waiting nearly an hour alone in the ER can feel frustrating. But rather than imagining ten doctors standing out back having coffee, it’s likely these professionals are prioritizing critical life-saving care elsewhere—because every minute and every person matters.
On average in the U.S., one nurse cares for roughly 4 to 10 patients—depending on the unit and acuity. In med-surg areas, it's often about 5 patients per nurse, and even higher in busier or understaffed settings.
In the realm of hospital infrastructure, there are about 6,000 hospitals across the U.S., serving over 332 million people. That means one hospital serves roughly every 50,000 people on average. As a small city, Olean is truly fortunate to have such a facility nearby given our population.
I admire every healthcare provider—nurses, doctors, aides, technicians—for their knowledge, compassion, and constant effort. Their dedication, especially in critical situations, is something we should all feel grateful for.

Who knew that Olean General had a physical therapy department and that it happens to be excellent! A large, beautiful therapy room with big windows and a friendly, relaxed staff of professionals who work hard to bring each patient back to full health and healing! They have every machine needed, and because it’s in the hospital they know how to keep it immaculate. I can highly recommend it ftom my experience with therapist Marty Morowski and the others I observed. And there is reserved parking near the entrance for PT clients.

I usually never write reviews but I have to say that my 2 year old son and I received the best care from Dr. Johnson and his nurse. Even the receptionist was amazing. The amount of attention and kindness I received from them was incredible. They reassured me that he wasn’t going to leave until things got under control and they did exactly that. They got him right back on track and we appreciate them so very much !

My journey started 3 months ago with a trip to the ER and ended with surgery last week, every step of the way I was treated with compassion, from the ER nurses and doctors to the cleaning staff!!
The only reason I rated my experience at 5 stars is that’s as high as it would go.

My 60 year old brother who is physically disabled from a car accident when he was 6 years old, has worked at Intandem for the past 30+ years loves it there!! The staff and their programs are so beneficial. Our family wouldn’t know where our brother would be today if it wasn’t for Intandem ♥️

So far I've had a wonderful experience there. The staff have all been polite to me and respectful. I really like my counselor. And the group that I was in was good.Right now I have nothing bad to say about this place and I've been dealing with him for a few months already.
