Grade A counciling. If they can fix me they can fix anybody. Everyone complaining about stupid little stuff, they don't realize the hard work they do everyday ;).

I’ve been using their services for a lot of years. As soon as you enter , your met with a person at the window. Wait time is never longer than 10 mins and if it goes beyond that , simply for to the check in window to let them know what’s happening with appts. I have never met a single Dr, NP, nurse or therapist that is rude there. I’d say this, maybe the client was rude and demanding. I’ll controlled use their services as long as they are there.

Wonderful and caring people, with helpful and positive attitude. The waiting room is not the best and a bit loud, but I've been going for over a year and will continue . I am grateful they are there.

Was in serious car accident Aug 27 2020 had concussion and was knock out hr or more had vistublar issues memory loss and PTSD issues which was effecting my personal life and relationship and I treated a few different places ...but what made a big difference was one caring truly amazing loving person ......her name is sally taylor ...she took her time helped me open up and stop. Trying to avoid this traumatic event and see it was not my fault and learn to stay positive and not trying to hide and avoid a terrible situation but to open up about it and realize this was not my fault but caused by a careless older gentleman not paying attention when he slammed into the vehicle I was in and I now have some permanent disability even after under going multiple different operations......she help me try to see the positive not like life time disabilities Iam facing.......she is a true caring loving and looks out for her patients no matter what your age or color or race like you are one of her own children and teaches positivity and not to concentrate on negativity......she might not be some young counselor but uses her life time learned knowledge to try to instil positive thoughts into her patients life and show them no matter how bad anything is or may seem always instead seek out the postuve things not the negative kinda like when the devil whispers in your ear ....ignore him. And instead harking to the angel on your shoulder.......this is the real counselor Sally Tayler kind caring individual always out to put others first and help them seek positivity in your life......and she has help me thru and faces a bad dark time in my life ......she is always there to help folks and your very lucky to have here ......she is the best possibly counselor any one can ever get

The staff is very friendly and effective with their treatment. My son has an excellent experience and came out in a much better place then when he went in.

You take away what you need,,the staff was very knowledgeable and they have a 24 hr nursing care.Groups pretty much all 7 days a week but there was time for walks,and outdoor activates. I thought it was best place I had been to........

I’ve been with horizon for about 3 years now, they have helped me immensely and have provided me with anything I need to help myself get better mentally in order to live a better life. I am grateful for their services and everyone there has been nothing but kind. I highly recommend anyone thinking of going to therapy to just do it. There is no shame & everyone at horizon will make you feel so welcome.

Horizon was really helpful and quick to contact back to me after my situation with previous mental health organization, they schedule me with Breann Parker, she was amazing, sweet, very listening, very understanding and extremely helpful

This is one of the GED test centers. Staff was very friendly. Difficult to find the entrance to this place though. You need go in the driveway just to the right of the Tops driveway, drive all the way back to the train tracks then there is a gate to the right. Entrance to the Action For A Better Community building is by the small red roof.

In my opinion, CAO DART is by far the best MAT program in Western New York. The doctors are genuinely caring, and the main intake nurses are some of the most wonderful people with beautiful souls. Over the past five years, I've had two counselors, and they just so happen to be the best two I've had in my 17-year battle with addiction. The staff, in general, is incredibly kind and respectful—they don't treat you like a "junkie." Instead, they approach each patient on a case-by-case basis, which is a refreshing contrast to programs that enforce rigid, one-size-fits-all rules. I highly recommend CAO DART to anyone fighting addiction. Their compassionate care has truly made a difference in my life.

I recently transferred from another methadone maintenance program staff more friendly helpful and caring staff. Iam not a client but go daily with my spouse i would recommend to someone who is looking for a methadone maintenance treatment program

I’m so happy that my doctor is attentive and always makes sure I am comfortable with my treatment plan. The clinic also offers telehealth sessions, which have been very convenient for me. I had an issue with my insurance but the staff did everything she could to help me out. I love it here!

What I value the most about Endeavor is that since starting here, I feel hope. I needed this place, and I didn't know it was even here. Endeavor gives me hope of getting control back in my life.

Something that I value most about Endeavor Health Services is the Wednesday get together because we get to do activities to make people comfortable and get out of their shell and have a good time.

Amazing nurses, great food, can watch Netflix and other streaming platforms on the main tv and side lounge. Lance was my social worker and he was so supportive and helpful.

I was dealing with some pretty intense depression for quite some time and not getting much help and after a night of alcohol consumption it hit me like a ton of bricks and I went to my local hospital and explain what brought me in. After a discussion they said I was going to be taken up to Buffalo to a place called Brylin! I have NEVER been to a place or hospital that treats theses kinds of things in my life so I was very anxious about. They brought me up in an ambulance and told me my apprehension could be abated the place I was going was a good place and I’d be well taken care of. I was taken to the 3rd floor after admittance and was instantly greeted by a few nurses and within 5 minutes my anxiety began to calm down because I was treated with respect and words of encouragement right off the rip! I get everyone has their opinions and some are going to be of the negative nature but I will say I saw these nurses doctors and orderlies taken to their limits daily and nightly by some of the patients even one of them constantly using racial slurs directed at them and fellow patients and not a one took it to a level I personally wanted to go on them for such ignorance. I was there 5 nights and 6 days, I would have preferred to be released a lot sooner but with what was on their plates I took a back seat to the ones that held my fate and that’s the only reason I gave 4 Stars over 5! I don’t ever have a plan to go back to a place like that but if it so happens I’d honestly not battle the decision to return to Brylin…

I understand that many of you may have hesitation when it comes to entering an inpatient environment... But take my word for it-- Brylin is an incredible place to be. The staff is helpful, the accommodations are first rate, the activities are useful, and the food is incredible. Don't be disillusioned by places like ECMC or Niagara County. Brylin is nothing like how you're treated at places like that! I know that having mental problems and/or substance abuse issues can make you feel very awful. But give Brylin a chance!

Everyone is so amazing I have severe anxiety and PTSD and when it comes to me going to anything that has to do with people outside of my home I struggle to say the least and when I came here for the first time I was blown away with how much they made me feel like family I have never felt so comfortable with anything like this so my guard was up and not going anywhere until this place and I thank everyone of them for the progress I've made and continue to make so thank you all from my whole heart and my family's also

Wonderful and understanding people here. The office workers, the counselor's are all great, especially Amber, my counselor. But my 2 favorite people in the building are Doctor Anderson and the addictions nurse, Karen. Them two have helped me with several other non addiction health issues. But I cannot say enough kind words to aptly describe just how awesome this collection of dedicated people who are easy to talk to and who also come from a place of understanding. You Rock A.C.A.S.A. I'd recommend people here, without a doubt.

The friendly doctors and staff. The staff puts me in a better mood and sets the tone for my day. They also schedule appointments in a timely manner, which helps a lot being that I have a busy schedule.

Endeavor is a mental health agency, and they are State Certified to provide certain treatment programs that some people have to take as the result of a court or community supervision mandate. The staff here is caring at their core. However, if you have to come here for one of those mandatory programs, beware and be on guard. These people know they hold your freedom in their hand. Do NOT say anything to an Endeavor counselor you don't want repeated to your referral source. Also, be prepared to be nit-picked. I've personally witnessed people being kicked out of classes or whole programs over simple, petty, non offensive things that a reasonable person would find mind-blowing. As an example, I once got in serious trouble for leaving a glowingly positive, 5-Star review on a fellow client's business profile here on Google. I have decided to stay with Endeavor despite no longer having a "referral source" because I have developed a good rapport with my counselor and I want to finish what I started.

I like that Endeavor is great for kids and adults. The play area is helpful. When the staff is answering any questions or concerns I have, I feel heard and understand what they are telling me.

10yrs with Dale. Always understanding as an agoraphobic sometimes leaving the house is a huge challenge. I can say nothing negative about the practice. I should have gave this review years ago.

I don't know why they even have bad reviews. I've been going for 2 and 1/2 years. I see Dan. And Dr Napoli is amazing and patient when prescribing meds. ETA: I was looking at the reviews and a lot of the negative ones I noticed were from before I started therapy in July of 2022. That was when they were at their old location and they had a different director back then too. There were a few from within the last couple months, but honestly, if someone is having a bad experience with this place, I can only say that the problem is them. Entitled, demanding, late, missing appointments, etc... I don't know what the problem is, but I have literally been going 1-2 times a week every single week for 2 and 1/2 years and I have NEVER had an issue with them. I look forward to my appts every single week (lol I call Dan my "gossip doctor.") I talk to Dr Napoli monthly because I'm on medication. He asks ME how I'm doing and takes my suggestions into consideration if a medication doesn't work. Extremely patient with trial and error. The only issue I have had a few times is that sometimes they don't answer the phones, but I leave a message and they call me right back. I've been going there for so long that they know me by name at this point. Your therapist will also have their own personal extension too. And so does the doctor's nurse, Melissa.

Not sure why so many bad reviews on here. Must be the bad seeds around the area. This place has been a life saver. The new director is really nice and they got me in for counseling 2 days after my call. Office staff is always friendly and helpful. They offer in person and telehealth for counseling which has made it easy to access someone to talk to. All of the counselors are knowledgable and compassionate when I spoke with them. The nurse was really kind to me during my appointment too. Dont judge an office based on reviews from people who can’t even spell. Just my opinion.

These girls went above and beyond when I was going through very difficult times of getting sober. If your trying to get clean this is the place to go.
