Olean, NY | Formerly known as the Cattaraugus Rehabilitation Center in Olean, New York, this facility is now known by the name of its parent organization Intandem. This is a place where you can receive dependable support for substance use recovery in addition to services for people with disabilities and a wide range of other programs. You’ll find caring prof | Treatments Payment Options | Christopher Gola
Christopher Gola walked through the doors of Intandem in Olean, NY, carrying more than just paperwork and plans. He carried hope. Every morning, he greeted the people he worked with by name, reminding them that they weren’t just clients — they were neighbors, friends, and part of a community that mattered.
One winter, a young man named Alex struggled to find work. Christopher didn’t just hand him a résumé template; he sat with him, practiced interviews, and even walked him to his first job site. When Alex finally earned his first paycheck, he held it up with pride. “I did it,” he said. Christopher smiled, knowing that independence was more than a paycheck — it was dignity.
In small towns like Olean, stories of transformation don’t always make headlines. But for Christopher, every success was a headline worth celebrating. His work wasn’t about recognition; it was about building a world where everyone, regardless of ability, had a place at the table.

Their programming combines clinical treatments with personalized care that treats the whole person. Turning Point House offers residential treatment, trauma treatment, and medication assisted treatment. The residential treatment program loca | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Some one filed a false review about Caz Recovery and Turning Point using my name. This is my real review / testimony. Turning point rehab is a gorgeous brand new building it's like staying a hotel without the pool. Caz Recovery Inc did an amazing job by selecting Renee to be the program director as well with selecting Alyssa to be Assistant director. And this is my thought of each staff member. Renee has always had time to speak with me and she is never on her personal phone at work everytime I see her she's work hard as always. If it wasn't for Renee allowing me to take my NYS Barber Exam I wouldn't of had my barbers license and here's the kicker Caz Recovery set me up with access vr who paid for my schooling and tools so Renee =5* Alyssa is very fair and reasonable any time I needed her for anything she was right there and shes an amazing yoga instructor she gets 5*. Every single counselor Jess Eric Michelle Javier and Sarah and little Debbie were always respectful and caring and gave me great information and always supported me and any time I asked for help or to teach more about self sabotage or anything they took the time to do so and I feel like I built and great unique relationship with each and everyone there. Yoga is a voluntary group no one is forced to do anything they don't want to. I had Regina as my doctor as tph not Theresa and they supplied me with my meds they never took me off any medication ever so they were both great to me. John the driver who was my counselor twice is the most straightforward dude I ever met I built an amazing professional relationship with that man he has Never once encouraged anyone to drink or do drugs nor did any other staff member. Jose is also great he has helped me in more ways than anyone I can think of. The entire nursing crew CJ Brie and Deb always made sure I had my refills and they scheduled all of my appointments any time I was sick they made sure I was seen and got the proper treatment I needed. As for the Night staff Ron and big money Mike they were always down to earth and cool as hell to talk to them 2 guys are true gems. Turning point helped me get my life back and find myself again they supplied me with housing treatment, a barbering career and many great times. What other rehab will take you to Walmart meeting the beach and bison and bills games NOT ONE but turning did all of those things for me plus Alot more. Turning point truly cares it's the residents who come in and don't want to be clean are the ones who get mad and trash talk the place because the doctor takes them off of Narcotics in a inpatient treatment facility where the residents who want to stay clean can stay clean so if u don't want to be clean don't come to to turning point but if u do wanna get clean and receive the best medical care groups and help as possible then go to turning point. I've been going to Best Self for about 6 or 7 years. Everyone is extremely kind, considerate, and efficient. They manage my medication, and provide counseling. I'm lucky enough to say that Sara Booth has been my counselor 2 x a month all these years. She is phenomenal. She listens, is compassionate, has offered to go above and beyond ..... as in hold a family group counseling session. I think of her more as a friend than a counselor. If I need to speak to her in between appointments, she will call me... briefly... but long enough to calm me down.
On nights or weekends, Best Self has a number to call if you are having a very tough time. You are connected with a live counselor. Once, a man talked to me for about an hour. It will most likely be about 30 min.
It's such a comfort knowing I'm not "alone".
Don't let the facade of the N. Collins building turn you off. It just proves they're not pocketing more money than they need to stay afloat.
If you're on the fence, please try it.

I was recommended here by FLACRA in Clifton Springs and I couldn't be more happier with my decision, was there from the end of May to the end of July, very caring and empathetic counselors and nurses along with the food service staff which is an army of one but she rocks it, they truly want to see you succeed and live a happy joyous life, they provide you with great information about addiction and also provide you with a wide selection of literature and even host NA and AA meetings with guest speakers, most staff are in recovery themselves so they can relate to your struggles with addiction, im 22 and currently 3 months sober, the age range is well diverse, I would recommend this ATC to anyone who wants to change their life around, I will never forget the staff who helped me overcome my alcoholism 🙏

I really enjoy the office in west Seneca ny, The office people are always so sweet and very helpful, I did attend the springville office and I wasn’t comfortable with the counselor I finally got assigned, I was switched 4 times at that office I never truly knew who my counselor was, after I switched offices the west Seneca counselors are all very sweet understanding and no one at all in the office judges you by any means they all understand that everyone is going there for a reason and honestly When I’m there talking to anyone really they make you feel as if your talking to a family member or a close friend

Thanks to everyone here I have been able to get my life back on track after a crippling dance with opiates that lasted over a decade. On top of all that, I continue sessions to ensure that I am walking the best path I can - the weekly meetings, the degree of care during personal emergencies, and the actual reflection of the progress that I have made are all things that have helped me improve my life. I am a more whole person thanks to Delphi Rise. Healing one's self is never a straight path, but at least it doesn't have to be solitary or terribly crooked - Delphi kind of stands as an illuminating light in a terribly dark world. Keep it up, guys.

Delphi Rise is not just another outpatient rehab. This organization provides a wide range of programs that can only be summed up as true "Human Services." Yes, they will help you if you are struggling with addiction; they do that 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through their Open Access program. They also help people who are homeless get into safe, permanent housing. They will help you if you are even at risk of homelessness. They help people returning from prison to secure safe, permanent housing. They have a Health Home System. They offer assistance obtaining and keeping a job or help you apply for disability and get a specialized attorney to represent you for the case. They provide food, clothing, personal items, even mobile phones to those in need. Nobody is turned away for any reason pertaining to race, sex, religion, nationality, age, or criminal history of any classification or subtype. 2 years ago when I needed help with everything a person could need help with, they gave me a safe and dignified living space in less than 3 weeks of asking for help despite my many social barriers. They gave me treatment for addiction that began immediately and they still support my recovery today. They've given me clothing, bedding, personal supplies and toiletries, a phone with prepaid service, transportation to and from their office when I needed it. They have supported me in every area of need in my life for the last 2 years and continue to do so now and in the foreseeable future. Every time I go to Delphi Rise I am greeted not only with courtesy, respect, and dignity, but with down-to-earth kindfulness and warmth. Someone from Delphi visits me at my home once a month to make sure everything is going well and that I have what I need. These other reviews giving 1 star and complaining about personal treatment absolutely blow my mind, and they are not to be believed. To everyone at Delphi - Darnell, Monique, Alex, Rob, Mike, Tasha, Tashaba, Martin, Dr. Ainsworth, Krystal, and Jill - thank you for what you do every day to help the less fortunate, the outcast, the homeless, the unwanted - thank you for helping people like me. May God bless and sustain you in your mission and in your lives!

The outpatient center is considered an extension of the comprehensive care offered by Villa of Hope. | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Reading some of these reviews honestly breaks my heart. This organization has done and continues to do so much good for so many people.
I know Carrie (the CEO), Isha (Director of Agency Advancement), and Amber in Development personally — they are deeply committed, compassionate, and truly passionate about helping others. Their work isn’t just a job, it’s a calling.
I first came here when I was just 15 years old, staying at the Lifehouse where I learned life skills that helped shape who I am today. I’m 51 now, and I’ve watched this organization grow and thrive over decades.
Please don’t let a few negative reviews from disgruntled former clients paint the whole picture. Instead, look at the positive stories they reflect the heart and impact of this incredible place.

We had a great experience with the school. Staff seemed to genuinely care and were supportive straight through. Staff worked with my child and some went way out of their way to make sure he was successful. Offered great support for parents. There was a high turnover rate in some positions, and that was hard at times, but my experience was that once the new staff was brought up to date, we didn't have any issues. We did not have any issues continuing with supports outside the school.

I absolutely love the Villa of Hope!!! I had switched from FLACRA’s outpatient program (WHICH I HATED!!!) to the Villa of Hope’s outpatient program, at the hardest time of my life. I literally can’t say enough good things about the program, the staff and the way that everyone was so accepting and willing to help.
The only downfall I can say, is I have had a little trouble recently with getting my prescriptions on time when I am supposed to have them refilled by but other than that, I don’t have a bad word to say about them. I would highly recommend to anyone that is struggling with a mental illness or addiction. The Villa of Hope saved my life.

Very good place. Professional atmosphere. Helped my back pain improve. People there are usually really nice to me, and let's face it no matter how good of a doctor someone is if they or any other staff are mean you won't wanna go back so that's important. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of pt. ✨
Update 3 years later: It was found I have chronic and degenerative conditions so I need more invasive treatment methods...but the insurance company sent me back to PT again. What I can say is even tho I know this won't cure my back pain, its going the best it can possibly go. I believe these are the best physical therapists around even as someone who can't be helped by physical therapy alone at this point in my journey. I've met more people there now and everyone is very nice and don't judge me. Still 10/10. ✨

Rochester, NY | Pathways of Rochester, New York, is a substance abuse treatment program operated by Catholic Health. While principles of Catholic faith drive their mission, they are not strictly a faith based program. Pathways outpatient services include medication assisted treatment to help clients manage withdrawal symptoms. You’ll find them near Monroe Comm | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Yes I really appreciate what The Pathways Methodone clinic has saved my life . I am 66 years old and I have been to 2 Rochester Clinics in my life , The first one was Strong ,which I feel was a money grab .If you go to one in the surrounding area of Rochester N.Y. go get on the list to Pathways, it has been the best one for me . My Counselor Roberta Sparkman is very good at her job ,she sure helped me get back on my feet and I go Bi weekly . I nearly died two times maybe more in my life but thanks to Narcan I am on the straight and narrow. The thing is don't lie to your counselor bc they are not stupid , they will find out about your history,I know Roberta had her work out on me. , she is I Believe ( the best counselor there ) or I should say the Best Woman to finally straighten me out , with the help of The good Lord and myself staying straight and Fentanyl free . It used to be Heroin but so many people are dying from this epidemic. So I know this is long but bear with me . You Folks who think having a Methadone clinic in your neighborhood is such a bad thing , think again, it saves lives bc your young children are peer pressured to Drinking and Drug partaking, it starts out my kids don't do drugs and they come home with pinned eyeballs and acting tired or sleeping all the time . Than they get addicted and you don't know what to do . Than you get a call in the middle of the morning from the morgue to identify your child bc they bought a bunch of dope and the dealer told him or her ,just do a little, you will be okay . Heroin folks is not pure heroin the cartels are lacing it with a lot of dangerous fentanyl and even a little bit on your finger nail is too much ,than you sniff it and within minutes, maybe less you feel pretty good, than you start feeling dizzy and if you are alone or you don't have Narcan you die , bc you are so High your brain tells your body not to Breath , so you basically are dead . Just think of that the next time you wish or vote out a methadone clinic . It's more than going there and getting your dose . They teach you ,they know your name bc they really care about you . Pathways is my Blessing and so is God and the Son of God . Look up on you tube how many people die from fentanyl it is staggering and fentanyl is cheap to make plus there is another Beaut in there it is a animal tranquilizer , I believe it's called Tranx , this stuff should not even be touched by the human hand ,cops have died from this and they most wear gloves . Anyway the nursing staff is excellent at Pathways . It covers a lot from mental health problems and a ton of other stuff . I have been in many car accidents so I'm just glad I was giving another chance,Thank you Pathways,Roberta and the wonderful Nursing Staff . Pathways is the Best and I'm a Baby Boomer. I got addicted to everything, there is hope

I've been to clinics in Illinois, South Carolina, and in my home of GA. The longest I've gone to a clinic was almost 11 years. I left for a year and went back to one in ga. I informed them I was going to be traveling alot they said it would be okay no biggie. Not true. I barely made it to 70mg, I barely got clean. When I got to pathways I was supposed to be here for, at the most 2 months. The least 4 weeks. My clinic wanted them to drop me to 60mg & drug test me before they'd dose me.. Christina didn't understand this logic. If I would've failed a drug test then its not like they would've turned me away. And she agreed with me that 70mg is low especially 60mg. I was on 130mg for YEARS. I'm still having withdrawal symptoms after 5pm everyday. But I've increased to 75 hoping to go up again soon. .. This place is different but in a good way . I'm used to being treated like the medicine (in my opinion) that I take to live is something to be looked down upon & heavily mandated. I'm used to the clinics making you empty your pockets for a drug test. Can't be on your phone in the waiting area at some places bc they want to know if you're going to nod out. Peek and troths make you sit for 1-3 hours no phone. Nothing. And it's early in the morning...you think you wouldn't be tired no matter what? Pathways is honestly the only place I've ever been to that seems to care about you and not the money. The first day there the counselors remembered my name. I didn't have to correct them on important aspects of my life they asked about, I've had counselors that after a year or more of seeing me 2x a month couldn't remember if I had kids. I understand most of the clinics I've gone to are big. But damn.. the smaller one, the counselor I had, I had never had a counselor put me into an actual anxiety attack . Her non chalant attitude and voice and the first time speaking with her she insisted I didn't tell a certain person if I had issues with her, my counselor, bc she was mean & If I told this other person she'd defend her..the person she said not to tell was a very good person, I told her, "what? She isn't mean I love her " like what? But at P pathways even the security guard is cool as hell!

I've never had any issues here. My counselor is great and understanding! She provides a great and helpful group! As long as you are respectful and follow the rules, you really shouldn't have any problems at this program. . I've been here for almost 3 years and have had sustained abstinence the whole time! So grateful for this place for helping me save myself!
