I've been coming here for treatment for about 2.5 years now, and have gotten great treatment the entire time. The staff cares and genuinely wants to help. I had to go through a couple therapists to get to my current one, but she is an absolute godsend and I'm so incredibly thankful I was able to become her patient. Her name is Kristin, and she's absolutely fantastic. I always know I can reach out to her and get excellent advice. She actually took the time to work her way in through my incredibly thick walls I've built around myself, and put in the effort to actually understand me and how I work. She's never made me feel bad for anything, and knows how to push me to saying/doing what I need to. She's actually made me want to go to therapy. My biggest praise to sing for her is from earlier today, which spurred me to write this review. She just called me, from home, ON HER DAY OFF, to check on me because of an email I sent her last night. She took the time out of her day, unpaid, to call me and make sure that I'm okay and that I'm safe. I'll never forget that. It ended up in a hospitalization that lasted more than a week, at the DuBois sister facility, since the specialty services I needed were available there. I ended up spending an entire day in an ER bay until I could be transferred to the DuBois location. During my stay, I received premium treatment and quality care. I was really impressed with the level of service, the professionalism, the attention to detail, and the respectful care. I went right back as soon as I got there, The ER Doctor came right in, started assessing my problems and was so caring. I’ve come here before for said problem, the other ER doctor told me they couldn’t do anything for me, not even prescribe me steroids. But this time, this ER doctor right away suggested a Lidocaine injection into my nerve which gave me a HUGE sudden wave of relief. My personal expirence is I have a consistent therapist that took the time to know me..well I have had a few that challenged me,and if your going thru something and your hateing on the place and you feel like they arnt treating fairly?
