I was there for two years. They called me 3-peat because I was the only person to ever be there 3 times. I was there in 21 to 23. The staff are great miss v, Denise , Kevin & tom! Teachers Sherry & Lisa There’s lots more but I’m now 22 I was there for a long time but they kept me alive. This program is awesome if your SOFT AKA NOT LIKE THAT behave yourself and don’t get sent here this program isn’t for the shit talking can’t fight passive and indirect individuals more than likely you will get beat up better hope there’s staff around to save you! I was here for 7 months?! I loved it I’m glad Im graduated here the teachers are great the staff is great yes there gonna be staff you don’t get along with but that’s anywhere even public schools!!! Staff do not abuse kids here it’s when your in-compliant and you get restrained do to HOSTILITY the fact you got beat at your own game you wanna cry talking about abuse that’s why I said…. Behave yourself. I only made it to status 3 not 4 I was more a behind the scenes and cause chaos and they knew it :) …. Oh and we had individuals that would run down on staff too I seen it first hand don’t make yourself a target trying to be a hero to the program director not only did you get other staff in trouble you put the spot light on us and that’s why that happen class of 2015 🥳

I got my teeth removed today. All the nurses were great. They were kind, funny, and very professional. They didn’t pull you to do anything. They were right there to help you. Wonderful job ladies and gentlemen. It’s a little far from where I live but I would go back.

Had a surgery there recently, and let me tell you I have never had such an amazing time at a hospital. The staff was so patient, tended to every need, and while I was under made sure my husband was good and didn't need anything. I have never felt so comfortable getting a surgery until meeting this group of amazing people!

Amazing place. Bernie, the man who runs this is the PERFECT person for the job. Genuinely cares about the people in the program. We recently visited as my husband is a prior graduate and had the honor of being a group speaker to the current clients in the program, and I appreciated everything about this establishment. I genuinely appreciate everything crossroads has done. They are very efficent, they will work with your schedule and they are genuine people. They are not a group that make you feel ashamed for your journey. They franklin office is very clean and organized, the staff are very nice and forthcoming. They arent trying to hide anything from you. I have had my fair share of office visits, phone calls and insurance problems with other agencies... I have had zero issues here. I would highly recommend crossroads to anybody that needed their help. I feel like they genuinely care about you, they don't force you to follow guidelines that dont make any sense to you and they don't push you uncomfortably. They are here for you and your progress on a timeline thats comfortable to you, not the other way around. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I was extremely happy with the care and service my mom received at UPMC’s ACS Ambulatory Surgery Center in Jamestown, NY. When I went up to the front desk to check on my mom, I was feeling overwhelmed and had tears in my eyes. The receptionist, who I believe was named Victoria, immediately noticed and offered me kindness and support. Her compassion and understanding helped me through a very emotional moment. I felt extremely respected and cared for—not only as a family member, but also in the way my mom was treated. Her kindness truly helped put me at ease during a stressful time. If you or a loved one ever needs surgery, I highly recommend the wonderful staff at UPMC’s ACS Ambulatory Surgery Center. I have a serious medical condition and spend a lot of time at UPMC in Erie, but was in Jamestown yesterday and had to go to the ER. I just wanted to say going in I was nervous because I haven't heard the best things about this hospital, but I just wanted to say the doctor who was there yesterday around 3 was absolutely wonderful. He was so caring and listened to everything I said and was so understanding. They helped me with my pain flare up and ran all the necessary tests to make sure my condition was not worsening. Everyone was so very kind and I would definitely go here again in the future if I had any other issues! Thank you everyone who took such great care of me yesterday.

I'll be honest. I went here looking for medical transport to a larger medical facility like Buffalo for a unique problem I was having. As much as they were willing to do so, Buffalo was not accepting transfers, so they admitted me. I was there for a couple days until they found a great solution to my problem. The nurses were amazing. I will continue to return to this lovely hospital for every and all problems I have in the future. 5/5

I met someone here who needed some help. It is great this place is open on cold nights all night after 9pm and through much of the day. There are snacks and coffee and a place to stay. It is clean and there are pool tables and air hockey and other games and TV. There is a friendly staff member or two there and it is secure but accessible. Very nice for people down on their luck right now.

I have been using the VA for all my medical care since 2008. When I moved to back to Jamestown the CBOC would be the 5th facility I have used for medical care after retiring from 23 years of service. The service here is compassionate, caring and skilled. The fact that they have all three is impressive since I found care where all or some of these three elements are missing. You will be treated properly here. They do a fantastic job.

I have been to many drug and alcohol inpatient treatment centers, and my experience at arc manor was one of the best experiences i've ever had in my life... The people that work there are very helpful will go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met... The staff there is very friendly. It's a clean facility. I can't rate this place high enough. I've been coming here for treatment for about 2.5 years now, and have gotten great treatment the entire time. The staff cares and genuinely wants to help. I had to go through a couple therapists to get to my current one, but she is an absolute godsend and I'm so incredibly thankful I was able to become her patient. Her name is Kristin, and she's absolutely fantastic. I always know I can reach out to her and get excellent advice. She actually took the time to work her way in through my incredibly thick walls I've built around myself, and put in the effort to actually understand me and how I work. She's never made me feel bad for anything, and knows how to push me to saying/doing what I need to. She's actually made me want to go to therapy. My biggest praise to sing for her is from earlier today, which spurred me to write this review. She just called me, from home, ON HER DAY OFF, to check on me because of an email I sent her last night. She took the time out of her day, unpaid, to call me and make sure that I'm okay and that I'm safe. I'll never forget that.

The people that work there are very helpful will go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met... The staff there is very friendly. It's a clean facility. I found myself here with an extreme emergency recently. It ended up in a hospitalization that lasted more than a week, at the DuBois sister facility, since the specialty services I needed were available there. I ended up spending an entire day in an ER bay until I could be transferred to the DuBois location. During my stay, I received premium treatment and quality care. I was really impressed with the level of service, the professionalism, the attention to detail, and the respectful care.

I love this place my therapist is very nice and listens very well. Psych Rehab is also a lot of fun and my health has been all the better for it. The only complaint I really have is that they have me switch Psychiatrists a lot. Only reason for the 4 star review. Thanks a bunch for helping my mental health 😊

In My experience of going to counseling there are a few key factors for a positive review. You should feel a vibe with your counselor and a trust which is hard to come by. I've found that vibe and trust with two counselors from regional counseling, one in Franklin named Nichole and one in oil city named Carrie. I've been blessed by having met them. Don't give up, you can change counselors if your not going to be honest with your current one. It's your life!!

When I was in their Transitions program, I felt very comfortable with team and the schedule. Now I am in MPR and I am being taught positive ways to self regulate. I like that we meet weekly and focus on my goals. I am also receiving medication and it has basically changed my life. The staff is kind and respectful. They are easy to get along with and to communicate with.
