I was here for a year back in 2013 I think at the age of 17-18. I’m 28 now. Completed the program. Got my GED. shoutout to “BROTHER” the teacher. we called him. That man was amazing!! I think about this place all the time. It changed my life. You gotta want change. If not it will be hard for ya. I was a full blown drug addicted fool at 14. I didn’t know anything else so this was what I needed. I’m not sure how it is today but that’s how it was back then. Of course you had good & bad employees just like anywhere else. We got to go off grounds if you was on a good status level. Behavior wise. Did what was asked of you. I worked at a zoo with some pretty wild animals. Helped out in warehouses making cups. I got a check after I got home for working. Also went to the movies, out to eat, played games. Actually went to a steelers and Giants game in Pittsburgh. Still My 1 & only so far NFL game I ever went to was because of them. I went to church on Sunday. I went to elk county to see elk with the teacher Scott. That was awesome. Forreal. I had a lot of good times here & meet some pretty awesome people and learned a lot about myself. I thought about revisiting just to see who all is still there but judging these reviews. I doubt they are still there. I was in Dakota dorm. Shoutout to everyone who was there when I was. Some names still stick with me. My counselor. Brittany. You was the best 💯. Thank you!! You’re the real MVP. I hope you’re doing amazing… also Bill Cox. Jake. Josh. Creddy. Jen. 🤔 Kaylony? I can’t remember everyone but I will always remember them names. If you have kids here. Go visit them if you can. I didn’t get but 1 visit my whole year there. It sucks & makes time go by so slow. Be there for your kids. Give them that positive energy they need to boost them through this process. Write letters. Send pictures. They look forward to it every week.
It was good to live with y’all for awhile. I hope everyone here can make something positive out of it and become something in life. Get away from the negativity in the streets. Chase your goals & dreams. Only you have that power to accomplish them goals.

It was a really nice hospital however, they consistently lose more and more funding every year. They have shut down most of the medical departments in the facility. To the best of my knowledge they only have an ER and a radiology department.

I came here all the way from New York, as I’m originally from Youngstown and needed to get away from my surroundings for a bit and have a hard reset.
Left treatment today and had a really nice experience here. The staff is super friendly and nice and have a lot of experience with addiction and treatment. As well, the counselors were all great and the groups were helpful.
Don’t come here if you expect to go on vacation or are simply in need of housing and are looking for a day spa that has a medical cabinet. Groups and H & I are a collective seven hours a day (morning, break, afternoon, break, evening) and attendance is expected.
All things said, made some friends, got about as sober as anyone could get in a month, and learned that I’m still apparently really very terrible at basketball. Would recommend.

The Staff at First Step Recovery are phenomenal. I've been in First Steps programs since Oct. Of 2024, and at each level of care I've had the best treatment from staff. I was in patient from detox to phase 1, and from there to IOP and beyond. And at each level I've come to care for the staff more and more, because they cared. And I'm stronger in my recovery more and more every day because of them.

I've been to multiple places for treatment and this place is BY FAR the best I've been to in 10 years. The appointment process does take a bit longer than most places but you can tell the people who work here genuinely care about you. They listen AND accommodate to your wants and needs. The very first recovery center I've been to. Based on my experience it will be the last! (in a great way) I love this place, the meetings and my counselor. They have medical for those who need medicine to help with their addictions. They really do care. If you are ready to take that step to being free from which ever substance you are addicted to then this is a really really great place. I would give more stars if I could. The staff are compassionate, knowledgeable, respectful, non judgmental & easy to open up to. You’ll feel warmly welcomed even as you walk into the front door. My guard was definitely up when I began at the clinic. I’ve been there for several years & don’t know where my life would be without the clinic & staff members I’ve grown to know & trust. I highly recommend this facility no matter where you are in the hopes of long term recovery. Recovery is a lot of work but oh so worth its success! I give praise where praise is due & this clinic deserves it in so many ways!

I love the staff! They put their lives on the line to make sure they are open for us. They are so dedicated and kind. The dosing nurse's are very patient and definitely put up with so much from some of the people who should be just thankful for the opportunity to be here.

Great Clinic. I started at the New Castle Location when it was The Discovery House and then transferred to the Cranberry location when I moved, and then ended here at the Farrell location when I moved again back to Ohio. They accepted Ohio medicaid and I really didn't want to change clinics, so I stayed with Discovery House/Comprehensive Treatment Center. Each location was fantastic. By far my favorite clinics. Counselors and staff were 100% amazing and super caring, considerate and most importantly understanding and non judgemental. I really recommend this place.

I spent 35 days here in September of 2022 and absolutely loved it. by far the best rehab I’ve ever been to. I didn’t want to leave when it came time to go. the staff was super caring and polite, Melissa made sure to always let me know how worthy I am of being sober and was always so positive about everything, with her bright smile. the nursing staff was nothing less than phenomenal, sometimes short staffed but they always made it work and listened to my every need. the food was awesome, you can choose from a few different choices each day on a weekly menu they hand out. calls home to my family were plentiful, I was able to call every single night. I was never able to do that at any other rehab I’ve been to, maybe 3x a week at most. so that was amazing to say the least. it’s a very small tight knit community, I think 22-25 patients, gender mixed. they’d take us to the park on nice days and let us take a walk or play cornhole, throw a football, or just chill and listen to music. the showers were AMAZING. great pressure, not too hot and not too cold. just perfect. the beds were very comfy which I was surprised because they were small and I am 6’6” .. but I slept like a baby every night after detox. Detox was a bit rough but I think that’s a given no matter where you go. it’s all about what YOU make of it during detox. 5/5 stars I’d give 6/5 if I could. this would be my first choice every time from here on out, if I were to ever need to go back, or if I had to refer a friend, this would definitely be the place!!!

This review may be a lil outta order cuz im not sure where to start lol…but i have been going to Medmark Treatment Center since 2019…and all I gotta say is that it’s definitely gotten better with time…are they perfect absolutely not but no one not even medical facilities are either…that being said if you’re thinking about giving Medmark a try go for it…everyone has their own opinions as well and I’m sure you’re gonna hear a lot of negative comments and reviews about them but don’t knock it till u truly try it!!! They have saved my life and they keep me going!!! They are my # 1 fans and would go to battle for me if they had to BUT YOU GOTTA DO THE WORK AS WELL!!! You can’t expect them to stay clean for you…lol…doesn’t work that way!!! So if you’re looking for a good place to try medicated treatment then Medmark should be where ya start!!! Nursing staff is awesome as well, April & Chelsea are fabulous and are there to help you with anything you need when it comes to how you’re feeling or how the medication is working/helping you…give it a shot YOUR LIFE MATTERS!!! I have been comin here now for just about 5 yrs…in the beginning it was crazy and I had to go thru a couple counselors until they gave me the best news ever…ALYSSA was gonna be my counselor and I tell you what it’s the best thing that could of happened to me!!! Alyssa is absolutely amazing and has a heart of gold that she wears on her sleeve…if you need anything all u gotta do is call her…if she doesn’t answer all ya gotta do is leave her a message and she will for sure get back to ya…she has truly saved my life and doesn’t even realize it!! She never takes the credit she deserves!! She always has my back and would fight for me in a second!!! I’m so glad I was able to get her as my counselor!!! She’s my #1 fan and is always rooting for me!!! Without her idk where I would be!! Thank you Alyssa and Medmark for helping me continue in my sobriety journey!!! April has been my counselor for almost 2 yrs. I have always been able to be very open and honest with her, without any sort of judgment. When it comes to addiction, people always do judge. But not her. That's just who she is. The nurses, I feel like they are judgemental.
Whether it's our session, me just venting, or me needing someone to talk to. April has always been there. I can't show enough appreciation. I always feel better when we hang up

I transferred here when I moved to the area, and this clinic is great. It's well run, it's clean & well maintained, the staff is professional, and my husband and I love our counselors.
I was originally scared of changing clinics after 8 years, but I'm really glad I did.

This place saved my life, was there ever drama, yeah but if you really wanna get clean stick it out, do what your supposed to do, and you will be good I had a few good Counselors that really helped me out and I'll forever be grateful for their help

This VA outreach place did such an excellent job on the recent Covid shots. I got my first a few Saturdays ago then got my second on the 13th of March. They could not have been better in any way. The folks were professional, helpful and I for one am extremely proud of this clinic. Please folks, keep up the super work!!!

I love the bradley center it help me so much my mom was crying to them and now my back home now I I have a friend named Courtney Sakura. I have friends there that I still talk to and I can call in whenever and I still call until this day and now I am happy and I have my birthday there and it's fun there. This place is very amazing. Most people when they come here they have bad attitude. Like me. I was mad that my mom locked me up. But the bradley center help me come out of my shell. They cant force you to change you really want to change. But they will help you as long as you help yourself. Now some staff are rude but most of them really want to help.I also shown sum photos of how healthy I look😏

Some one filed a false review about Caz Recovery and Turning Point using my name. This is my real review / testimony. Turning point rehab is a gorgeous brand new building it's like staying a hotel without the pool. Caz Recovery Inc did an amazing job by selecting Renee to be the program director as well with selecting Alyssa to be Assistant director. And this is my thought of each staff member. Renee has always had time to speak with me and she is never on her personal phone at work everytime I see her she's work hard as always. If it wasn't for Renee allowing me to take my NYS Barber Exam I wouldn't of had my barbers license and here's the kicker Caz Recovery set me up with access vr who paid for my schooling and tools so Renee =5* Alyssa is very fair and reasonable any time I needed her for anything she was right there and shes an amazing yoga instructor she gets 5*. Every single counselor Jess Eric Michelle Javier and Sarah and little Debbie were always respectful and caring and gave me great information and always supported me and any time I asked for help or to teach more about self sabotage or anything they took the time to do so and I feel like I built and great unique relationship with each and everyone there. Yoga is a voluntary group no one is forced to do anything they don't want to. I had Regina as my doctor as tph not Theresa and they supplied me with my meds they never took me off any medication ever so they were both great to me. John the driver who was my counselor twice is the most straightforward dude I ever met I built an amazing professional relationship with that man he has Never once encouraged anyone to drink or do drugs nor did any other staff member. Jose is also great he has helped me in more ways than anyone I can think of. The entire nursing crew CJ Brie and Deb always made sure I had my refills and they scheduled all of my appointments any time I was sick they made sure I was seen and got the proper treatment I needed. As for the Night staff Ron and big money Mike they were always down to earth and cool as hell to talk to them 2 guys are true gems. Turning point helped me get my life back and find myself again they supplied me with housing treatment, a barbering career and many great times. What other rehab will take you to Walmart meeting the beach and bison and bills games NOT ONE but turning did all of those things for me plus Alot more. Turning point truly cares it's the residents who come in and don't want to be clean are the ones who get mad and trash talk the place because the doctor takes them off of Narcotics in a inpatient treatment facility where the residents who want to stay clean can stay clean so if u don't want to be clean don't come to to turning point but if u do wanna get clean and receive the best medical care groups and help as possible then go to turning point. I had both knees replaced within a 7 week period! I was just amazed at the care and kindness I received while my 2 stays at the Grove st Facility!! From the time I walked in the door until my discharge everyone was so kind and caring and always made sure I was comfortable and informed! Dr. Gebharts and his team are wonderful!

I really enjoy the office in west Seneca ny, The office people are always so sweet and very helpful, I did attend the springville office and I wasn’t comfortable with the counselor I finally got assigned, I was switched 4 times at that office I never truly knew who my counselor was, after I switched offices the west Seneca counselors are all very sweet understanding and no one at all in the office judges you by any means they all understand that everyone is going there for a reason and honestly When I’m there talking to anyone really they make you feel as if your talking to a family member or a close friend
I have had the same doctor up until two months ago and she again was absolutely wonderful and now seeing a nurse practitioner and he is great understand and you can tell he truly is there to help
So in my opinion if anyone is unsettled at there out patient facility I highly recommend the west Seneca spectrum office on orchard park Road
