I was here for a year back in 2013 I think at the age of 17-18. I’m 28 now. Completed the program. Got my GED. shoutout to “BROTHER” the teacher. we called him. That man was amazing!! I think about this place all the time. It changed my life. You gotta want change. If not it will be hard for ya. I was a full blown drug addicted fool at 14. I didn’t know anything else so this was what I needed. I’m not sure how it is today but that’s how it was back then. Of course you had good & bad employees just like anywhere else. We got to go off grounds if you was on a good status level. Behavior wise. Did what was asked of you. I worked at a zoo with some pretty wild animals. Helped out in warehouses making cups. I got a check after I got home for working. Also went to the movies, out to eat, played games. Actually went to a steelers and Giants game in Pittsburgh. Still My 1 & only so far NFL game I ever went to was because of them. I went to church on Sunday. I went to elk county to see elk with the teacher Scott. That was awesome. Forreal. I had a lot of good times here & meet some pretty awesome people and learned a lot about myself. I thought about revisiting just to see who all is still there but judging these reviews. I doubt they are still there. I was in Dakota dorm. Shoutout to everyone who was there when I was. Some names still stick with me. My counselor. Brittany. You was the best 💯. Thank you!! You’re the real MVP. I hope you’re doing amazing… also Bill Cox. Jake. Josh. Creddy. Jen. 🤔 Kaylony? I can’t remember everyone but I will always remember them names. If you have kids here. Go visit them if you can. I didn’t get but 1 visit my whole year there. It sucks & makes time go by so slow. Be there for your kids. Give them that positive energy they need to boost them through this process. Write letters. Send pictures. They look forward to it every week. It was good to live with y’all for awhile. I hope everyone here can make something positive out of it and become something in life. Get away from the negativity in the streets. Chase your goals & dreams. The nurses and techs were absolutely phenomenal loved them! First time in a facility in my life and I felt so alone scared and confused and they made it so much better for my stay nurse Mindy hands down is a true hero and Cassie one of the techs can make anybody’s bad day into the best day ever I just wasn’t happy or pleased with the doctor❤️❤️

I want to thank Dr maul for discussing things with me when he had the availability with such a high caseload. Coming to terms with my diagnosis has been tough and he validated the last question I had about how my mental illness can be exacerbated. Either social work was confused or the program on the outside was and I was released without care on the outside which wasn't great. It wasn't a pleasant experience at all but I got what I needed out of it.

I got my teeth removed today. All the nurses were great. They were kind, funny, and very professional. They didn’t pull you to do anything. They were right there to help you. Wonderful job ladies and gentlemen. It’s a little far from where I live but I would go back.

Had a surgery there recently, and let me tell you I have never had such an amazing time at a hospital. The staff was so patient, tended to every need, and while I was under made sure my husband was good and didn't need anything. I have never felt so comfortable getting a surgery until meeting this group of amazing people!

I met someone here who needed some help. It is great this place is open on cold nights all night after 9pm and through much of the day. There are snacks and coffee and a place to stay. It is clean and there are pool tables and air hockey and other games and TV. There is a friendly staff member or two there and it is secure but accessible. Very nice for people down on their luck right now.

If you are in Chautauqua County for a brief vacation, the summer season, or for life, the UPMC Chautauqua hospital offers the world-class facilities you need. The people that work there are very helpful will go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met... The staff there is very friendly. It's a clean facility. I have been using the VA for all my medical care since 2008. When I moved to back to Jamestown the CBOC would be the 5th facility I have used for medical care after retiring from 23 years of service. The service here is compassionate, caring and skilled. The fact that they have all three is impressive since I found care where all or some of these three elements are missing. You will be treated properly here. They do a fantastic job.

I can't rate this place high enough. I've been coming here for treatment for about 2.5 years now, and have gotten great treatment the entire time. The staff cares and genuinely wants to help. I had to go through a couple therapists to get to my current one, but she is an absolute godsend and I'm so incredibly thankful I was able to become her patient. Her name is Kristin, and she's absolutely fantastic. I always know I can reach out to her and get excellent advice. She actually took the time to work her way in through my incredibly thick walls I've built around myself, and put in the effort to actually understand me and how I work. She's never made me feel bad for anything, and knows how to push me to saying/doing what I need to. She's actually made me want to go to therapy. My biggest praise to sing for her is from earlier today, which spurred me to write this review. She just called me, from home, ON HER DAY OFF, to check on me because of an email I sent her last night. She took the time out of her day, unpaid, to call me and make sure that I'm okay and that I'm safe. I'll never forget that.

I came into the hospital on june,9,2025 to have my first baby he didn't arrive until june 10th i had a midwife by the name Kristy and a nurse jantet who delivered my beautiful baby boy. And i can tell you tbat they made my first delivery experience thr best they were so helpful and encouraging to help me get through the delivery. I couldn't thank these ladies enough for all they have done for me. The only thing i was a little upset about was we were not allowed to take pictures or vidoes while i was in active labor we had to wait till the baby was out of me.

I was in the intensive care unit 1 August to 13 August the doctors, nurses, and the complete staff from housekeeping to the girl who took the blood work. They were exceptionally helpful and courteous. They always asked if we needed something or wanted anything I got the best treatment you could’ve got My self in my roommate. Miss the staff and doctors

I have been to many drug and alcohol inpatient treatment centers, and my experience at arc manor was one of the best experiences i've ever had in my life... The people that work there are very helpful will go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met... The staff there is very friendly. It's a clean facility. And it helped me make changes in my life. I recommend this rehab to anyone.

I found myself here with an extreme emergency recently. It ended up in a hospitalization that lasted more than a week, at the DuBois sister facility, since the specialty services I needed were available there. I ended up spending an entire day in an ER bay until I could be transferred to the DuBois location. During my stay, I received premium treatment and quality care. I was really impressed with the level of service, the professionalism, the attention to detail, and the respectful care.

Was just in for really bad trigeminal neuralgia, was in so much pain I couldn’t sleep or eat or think. I went right back as soon as I got there, The ER Doctor came right in, started assessing my problems and was so caring. I’ve come here before for said problem, the other ER doctor told me they couldn’t do anything for me, not even prescribe me steroids. But this time, this ER doctor right away suggested a Lidocaine injection into my nerve which gave me a HUGE sudden wave of relief. She also made sure I had medicine for the next few weeks until I can get in with my PCP, overall an outstanding job and experience and I couldn’t thank anyone but her for having little to no pain today 😌 GOD BLESS YOU A WITTMAN🩶

My son woke me up on 10/18 with severe ear pain. Took him to PHE and was immediately brought in by a nurse named Lexi. She immediately knew something wasn't right. I am so grateful to Liz, Dr. Cauvel and the entire staff that morning because they soon found that he had sepsis. We were transported via ambulance to CHP and the staff in Pittsburgh said that PHE did a fantastic job diagnosing and initially treating him with the necessary life saving antibiotics. He is alive and well because of this staff!!

Wonderful, caring! Attended intake with family member, 2.5 hours long, I was impressed. Counselor/therapist listened to everything we had to say, have never had anyone listen to the whole 30 year history of issues. Gave tips to manage intruding thoughts, easily gave an appointment for 1 week with Dr. We both felt hopeful on leaving. I don’t think I ever expected to have such a through appointment. Psych is a difficult field, dealing with difficult people.
