Wanted to give a positive review for the radiology department and hospital. Had to have a procedure and the nursing staff and doctor were amazing and very compassionate people. I thank them for their patience. From the moment I arrived staff helped get us to the proper location and walked us to where we needed to be. I thank them all for their kindness.

Emergency room staff were responsive & knowledgeable-unfortunately had to be admitted so was provided a room in the Emergency area overnight until a room opened. Staff were basically all caring & responsive. Only negative is there needs to be more rooms & a general updating of rooms would be beneficial.

Staff were good. I will say that the one RN Bill was outstanding, he is the reason for the 5 stars!
They have treated me with nothing but respect. Would highly recommend to any veteran.

I have been using the VA for all my medical care since 2008. When I moved to back to Jamestown the CBOC would be the 5th facility I have used for medical care after retiring from 23 years of service. The service here is compassionate, caring and skilled. The fact that they have all three is impressive since I found care where all or some of these three elements are missing. You will be treated properly here. They do a fantastic job.

Very kind workers, Joesie the dental assistant for Dr. Meyerhoff is very caring. And will even hold my hand when giving the shot of Novacaine. Dr. Meyerhoff is very informational and makes me feel comfortable.
Thanks, Resource Center.

Got the meds I needed for ten years, was hesitant to try but finally found something that works. Not every problem is solved by pills either, sometimes it's your environment!
