I have been to this clinic. Very nice people. Everyone there treats everyone with kindness and respect.

This is the best place I've ever been for mental health. Everybody there is very friendly. And the music class is on Friday or always good for my anxiety and such.

The people are so warm and inviting here, my friend Chris traded me a conversation for something irreverently of equal consideration and consistency

Always have been respectful and been able to work with me on appt times and emergency visits!

Staff worked hard everyone was on point just busy and focused.

Very good place. Professional atmosphere. Helped my back pain improve. People there are usually really nice to me, and let's face it no matter how good of a doctor someone is if they or any other staff are mean you won't wanna go back so that's important. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of pt. ✨ Update 3 years later: It was found I have chronic and degenerative conditions so I need more invasive treatment methods...but the insurance company sent me back to PT again. What I can say is even tho I know this won't cure my back pain, its going the best it can possibly go. I believe these are the best physical therapists around even as someone who can't be helped by physical therapy alone at this point in my journey. I've met more people there now and everyone is very nice and don't judge me. Still 10/10. ✨

Front desk staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Occupational Therapist was thoughtful, caring, helpful and honest with our situation dealing with Autism & Anxiety disorders.

They definitely get all the stars everyone at the office is so nice and helpful I went for Workmen’s comp related stuff and the staff has always made me feel welcome and helpful with my injury couldn’t ask for a better staff!

I've been going to Best Self for about 6 or 7 years. Everyone is extremely kind, considerate, and efficient. They manage my medication, and provide counseling. I'm lucky enough to say that Sara Booth has been my counselor 2 x a month all these years. She is phenomenal. She listens, is compassionate, has offered to go above and beyond ..... as in hold a family group counseling session. I think of her more as a friend than a counselor. If I need to speak to her in between appointments, she will call me... briefly... but long enough to calm me down. On nights or weekends, Best Self has a number to call if you are having a very tough time. You are connected with a live counselor. Once, a man talked to me for about an hour. It will most likely be about 30 min. It's such a comfort knowing I'm not "alone". Don't let the facade of the N. Collins building turn you off. It just proves they're not pocketing more money than they need to stay afloat. If you're on the fence, please try it.

I began coming to Best Self in September 2019. This place and my counselor has been a life saver. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is seeking help for whatever they have going on.

I know there is plenty of bad reviews and I truly don’t know why, this place really is great. Haley is the best, she has helped me so much already and is very flexible and understanding with my schedule.

I really enjoy the office in west Seneca ny, The office people are always so sweet and very helpful, I did attend the springville office and I wasn’t comfortable with the counselor I finally got assigned, I was switched 4 times at that office I never truly knew who my counselor was, after I switched offices the west Seneca counselors are all very sweet understanding and no one at all in the office judges you by any means they all understand that everyone is going there for a reason and honestly When I’m there talking to anyone really they make you feel as if your talking to a family member or a close friend I have had the same doctor up until two months ago and she again was absolutely wonderful and now seeing a nurse practitioner and he is great understand and you can tell he truly is there to help So in my opinion if anyone is unsettled at there out patient facility I highly recommend the west Seneca spectrum office on orchard park Road

I really do like this place all of you haters are overreacting and what so wrong with a consular disagreeing with you on some things and having more then one consular helps you with your different mental health stuff

I have visited this facility a few times. The desk folks are extremely nice, and there with the intent to help others. I have enjoyed speaking with them when I've stopped by. I wish them all the warm wishes to keep up their hard work!

If your here to get sober this this the place to go! The staff make you feel like your family. The councilors are fantastic! Shout out to Beverly! She was my counselor, and made me feel so comfortable, confident about my recovery! This was like a home to me! Also a big thank you to Lorie for being there every time I needed to talk! I’ll keep this place very close to my heart, but it was easy getting in, but hard to go on with my recovery. Thank you all for being there when I needed help!

Physician Tracy is very kind and caring. She listens to her patients issues and provide very good medical treatment.

I've been seen for years. Off and on. Everyone has always been kind and appropriate. The nurses are exceptional. Dr. Su is like an Oak, I trust him.

I've been on Methadone maintenance for 6 years. I also have metal rods and pins along with an infusion from my spine to my neck. So the Methadone is also being used as pain control. If you do what you're supposed to within the first 3 months you end up getting two weeks of take homes if you work this program the right way it will work out in your benefit and you will see the difference but that's if you really want it I have had the same counselor Jorge Acevedo since I've been there and he is amazing always in my corner and I'm always looking for my best interest and I've grown a relationship with him that is a safe place and I trust him. So if you're really looking for maintenance and you don't not you can make it no you don't want to be on that long-term you just want to get off the s*** just tell them what you want or what you want here what is that called yeah recovery process to be and they will work with you to get it done. Do it you have nothing to lose but your life

What helped me the most was their disponibility to provide me with the type of treatment I needed to reach sobriety. Their multiple techniques and therapy interventions meeting my every need was the highlight of this place. Thank you ECCPASA.

Only had good experiences at this location. My therapist sees me, like sees ME and tries to help. My nurse, MA, is an absolute f’ing godsend. And the prescribing doc is also genuinely caring and super knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone who’s got mental/addiction battles (unless it’s severe — there are more immediate places that can better help)

Best place to go and get help. I enjoyed my experience and I refer people to go here. Good vibes.

Dr Simora is a God send. He did genesight testing on me and got me on the correct meds. I've never had a problem with anything regarding this facility. I've always received calls back when I leave a message. My meds are always filled. Thank you to all.

I have an amazing psychiatrist Mary Beth Moreland who has been helping me with my mental health for over 10yrs

I thought I received prompt service. Went for intake, psychatric and a group. I had no insurance so I was able to get county funding to cover expenses. Overall my experience was positive.

They are THE BEST. I've been coming here for several years along with my children, and I can say that the doctors and staff are fantastic. They have a welcoming environment and are always warm when greeting you. We have received lots of help, and we are thankful for that.

I've been with Cazenovia Recovery Services for over a year and I received tremendous help from all the staff members. Never very caring and willing to help with any difficulties you are going through. I highly recommend their services
