I’m sad to see all the other reviews but my personal experience my son was sent there for nine months the mentors and therapist that he had Mr. Mike was one of them. They always had my son‘s best interest at heart .They were always trying to keep him focused and keep his head straight. My son did complain about how the staff acted childish and basically fed into the commotion with the kids, but other than that, I feel like they did a good job with my son.

I was here Probally 30 years ago. Senior unit. Father Regis was there at that time. Great great guy. I forget my counselor name but frank and Patti I remeber. That place did a lot for me. Learned to go work everyday working In the woodshop with Paul? Can’t remember. A lot of people saying there kids got jumped. Not sure how that can happen. We were never alone for more that a few minutes . But it was an experience I won’t forget. Especially when I should have been released but my mom said no and the counselor couldn’t make up lies anymore of why I was there stayed 2 months longer than needed for school to be out even though I got my ged they hys.

I just delivered my first baby here (scheduled induction vaginal delivery) , we were here for 4 nights total and our experience was amazing. The nurses in Labor&Delivery( Victoria, Kiana, Amanda, Jade) and postpartum( Laurie, Dawn, Alyssa) are absolute angels. They were so attentive, made me so comfortable from beginning to end, they were amazing at handling our baby . Midwife Mindy Clark delivered him and with her and the nurses directions had him out in 5 minutes!! You are in luck if you get any of these nurses, or midwives Mindy or Judith on your care team . Blanking on anesthesiologist name but he did a great job with the epidural, and doctor who offered to insert foley balloon last minute before her shift was over just to help me out!! I was in such capable hands and so thankful for these amazing people who work here ! Only complaint is the lady the first night taking food orders would not let me" double order " even though I was prescribed double ordering think her name was Janine?!! Otherwise all the food was amazing and highly recommend having your baby at St Vincent's!!!!!

I was a resident there in the late 80s I remember the staff there I remember a lot of the staff members. They were very supportive got me through a lot of hard times I didn’t have the greatest upbringing, but the first time I fell in love With a boy, he was a resident there as well. I don’t have a whole Lotta great memories in my life, but I remember being there and I remember having somebody that I could talk to whether it was a staff member or staff member in the unit. The counselors used to sing a song and play guitar and it was such an amazing song and this day I remember that song, I remember going on activities and playing baseball and finally for the first time in my life having somebody that actually listen to me I would actually love to be able to get a hold of an employee there. His name is Glenn. He was on the boys unit last I heard he was working in the school Wrote a story about the boy I remember in my life during time I really needed them so thank you To the staff that was there during the time I was there

This VA Medical Center has done a good job at helping me to stay on top of all my medical challenges, and do follow ups after I have come in for emergency treatment. The nurses and Doctors are very involved with the patients and giving us the best care possible in so far they will check on me by calling me at home till I am feeling better. If you're going to go to Stairways, make sure you go to this one if you have the chance. Their State St. location is for their ACT program, which you have to be referred to, and it does not operate the way this clinic does. Becky, the woman who runs this clinic, is a very knowledgeable and understanding woman. There were several times she took the time to personally speak to me regarding issues I was having at the other clinic. I never had issues at this clinic, at least not the kind I had at their other one. The nurse practitioner, Dan, has personal experience with dual diagnosis and he is also very knowledgeable. He is very attentive to the needs of his patients. There is another NP here, Kassie, who also does a pretty good job of listening to her patients. Ultimately, Stairways is not a bad organization. But, if you have the choice, do not go to the 8th St. location and go here instead. You will receive much better treatment.

I was kind of reluctant to go here given the reviews. However, everyone here has always been so nice and friendly, from the receptionist, to the nurses who take my vitals to Morgan, the PA I see. Morgan is the only one whose name I remember, and she is absolutely incredible! She is so nice and you can tell she really wants to help you get back on track. If you need help, I absolutely recommend this place.. Go, get help, get better, this is definitely the place to go! Edit: I think this is also where Paige, the provider I saw when I was in the CRU sees office patients. She is also absolutely incredible! They do have some amazing, highly trained professionals! Don't judge the entire office by some who have not been kind - they do have providers that really do care here. I didnt tell Morgan (of course), but i had definitely planned to end things before 2026 got here. Now, I have hope that things will actually get better - something I gave up on a long time ago! She really does care, she really, really wants to help. Her compassion and willingness to fight for me has given me the strength I needed to keep going when I had given up and just couldn't do it anymore!

Dr Simora is a God send. He did genesight testing on me and got me on the correct meds. I've never had a problem with anything regarding this facility. I've always received calls back when I leave a message. My meds are always filled. Thank you to all.

I did 11 and a half months at there facility back in 04 05 if it wasn't for this place I would be in jail or dead it taught me what I needed to become a better me a happier me without the drugs it taught me how to make it in life I now am a supervisor of a major environmental company I have 4 crews of guys I am in charge of I have a wife and 2 kids I provide for and none of it would of been possible if it wasn't for this place thanks Mrs Danielle, Mr.Vic Mr.Row and all the others you guys made me who I am today and i thank all of you with everything i got I'll never be able to repay you all for what you did for me I hope you guys might see this Signed Little Hit** that one from WV thanks again

Well I am 2 years sober this month off opiets and bright view showed me the path and gave me the means to do so. I spent 22 years on opiets so it was something I had convinced myself would never happen but bright view showed me it could! I have had nothing but great experiences at the ashtubula clinic. The staff there are amazing every single one!! I don't even have to give my name , I walk in and say " I'm here" and the girl will smile and say " ok I'll let them know"! I never have to wait long for anyone! The Dr. There and I laugh and have a great relationship at this point. I've been thinking of stopping my subulcad shot but I would miss them all SOoooooooo much so it's a hard descion at this point but thank you to the staff at Ashtubula bright view there truly the best!!!

I was extremely happy with the care and service my mom received at UPMC’s ACS Ambulatory Surgery Center in Jamestown, NY. When I went up to the front desk to check on my mom, I was feeling overwhelmed and had tears in my eyes. The receptionist, who I believe was named Victoria, immediately noticed and offered me kindness and support. Her compassion and understanding helped me through a very emotional moment. I felt extremely respected and cared for—not only as a family member, but also in the way my mom was treated. Her kindness truly helped put me at ease during a stressful time. If you or a loved one ever needs surgery, I highly recommend the wonderful staff at UPMC’s ACS Ambulatory Surgery Center. And if I have her name correct, a special thank-you to Victoria at the front desk. ❤️

I have a serious medical condition and spend a lot of time at UPMC in Erie, but was in Jamestown yesterday and had to go to the ER. I just wanted to say going in I was nervous because I haven't heard the best things about this hospital, but I just wanted to say the doctor who was there yesterday around 3 was absolutely wonderful. He was so caring and listened to everything I said and was so understanding. They helped me with my pain flare up and ran all the necessary tests to make sure my condition was not worsening. Everyone was so very kind and I would definitely go here again in the future if I had any other issues! Thank you everyone who took such great care of me yesterday.

I'll be honest. I went here looking for medical transport to a larger medical facility like Buffalo for a unique problem I was having. As much as they were willing to do so, Buffalo was not accepting transfers, so they admitted me. I was there for a couple days until they found a great solution to my problem. The nurses were amazing. I will continue to return to this lovely hospital for every and all problems I have in the future. 5/5
