I've been with them for years and I would be heartbroken if I had to switch. Great staff. The receptionists are kind the pharmacy is quick and kind and the doctors are always willing to work with you as long as you put work into yourself. Every counselor has been very helpful and imformative as well. I will always give them 5 stars. They helped me get my life back. Forever greatful for CCC

Got to the E. D. around 6:45. We were promptly checked in and only waited 15 min before being sent to triage. Immediately put into a bed and the nurse came in less than 5 min later to start an IV and draw blood. Dr. Nicholson was very prompt to examine my husband. Immediately after that chest X-ray, ECG were performed. Meds loaded and breathing treatment given all before 8:20. The E. D. was very busy and they were short staffed with nurses but you would never know by how smoothly everything went. We couldn't be more pleased with the efficiency and thoroughness of our visit!

Went in for a broken wrist. Staff and nurses were good to me. XRAY personnel were very quick getting pictures. Wrapped me in a temporary split, all they could do and referral to a surgeon was given.

We went for walks, bowling, church, fishing, got to see pigs, and meetings AA and NA, pottery, and the gym it was by far the best rehab I’ve ever been to!!! The staff really cares about your recovery. I am now 1month sober and counting! I feel awesome!!! Shoutout to my counselor Cami she was the absolute best!!! I would recommend this place for anyone trying to get sober. There are only 28 beds which is great! Cause then everyone has time to truly stay focused on their recovery and why they’re there. Thanks alpine for everything!

Best detox available in the western PA area. The nursing staff is top notch- Jeff will take great care of you. Shane will do whatever he can to help you. Comfortable beds, restaurant food, snacks at the ready, 24/7smoking outside. If you need help... Call them and they will pick you up! 💯

I was there at the end of 2017, and I've been clean and sober ever since. This place is great. They really care and respect their patients. They're great at taking you off-grounds for different things such as church, NA/AA meetings, walks if it's nice out, etc. The food is great, and there's always snacks to eat in between meals. My room felt more like a college dorm room than a room at a rehab, complete with its own private bathroom and shower. Definitely have all the good things to say about this place and am forever thankful for what they did for me.

I went there back in 1979. I was a rebellious teenager with a suspended sentence to OYC. I can't say anything bad about it. I really enjoyed working in the machine shop.
I got kicked out for of all things standing outside the dorm on the hill and getting high before church. It was a good experience for me. Really my first interaction with Jesus people. I remember the man who ran the machine shop asking me to help clean a building they threw all the garbage bags in before we took them to the dump. As we worked he told what Jesus did for him and it was really impressive. Keep up the good work. Even those of us who didn't make it there were able to go on to find the Lord. Keep planting seeds.

I came here all the way from New York, as I’m originally from Youngstown and needed to get away from my surroundings for a bit and have a hard reset.
Left treatment today and had a really nice experience here. The staff is super friendly and nice and have a lot of experience with addiction and treatment. As well, the counselors were all great and the groups were helpful.
Don’t come here if you expect to go on vacation or are simply in need of housing and are looking for a day spa that has a medical cabinet. Groups and H & I are a collective seven hours a day (morning, break, afternoon, break, evening) and attendance is expected.
All things said, made some friends, got about as sober as anyone could get in a month, and learned that I’m still apparently really very terrible at basketball. Would recommend.

The Staff at First Step Recovery are phenomenal. I've been in First Steps programs since Oct. Of 2024, and at each level of care I've had the best treatment from staff. I was in patient from detox to phase 1, and from there to IOP and beyond. And at each level I've come to care for the staff more and more, because they cared. And I'm stronger in my recovery more and more every day because of them.

When I found myself entering this treatment center, I had absolutely nothing going for me. A year later, I got my son home, my fiance and I both got clean TOGETHER, we both have full time jobs, 2 cars, a beautiful home and our families back. I was a resident there in the late 80s I remember the staff there I remember a lot of the staff members. They were very supportive got me through a lot of hard times I didn’t have the greatest upbringing, but the first time I fell in love With a boy, he was a resident there as well. I don’t have a whole Lotta great memories in my life, but I remember being there and I remember having somebody that I could talk to whether it was a staff member or staff member in the unit. The counselors used to sing a song and play guitar and it was such an amazing song and this day I remember that song, I remember going on activities and playing baseball and finally for the first time in my life having somebody that actually listen to me I would actually love to be able to get a hold of an employee there. His name is Glenn. He was on the boys unit last I heard he was working in the school Wrote a story about the boy I remember in my life during time I really needed them so thank you To the staff that was there during the time I was there
