Been going here 15+ years. Well actually in cranberry 1st, then here at NC. In all that time, I've come to realize this: they don't need us. We need them. They have ALL the leverage, we have none. That being said, I would suggest getting down on your knees and thanking God that you have the option here in NC of Discovery House. Would u rather go back to criming, sick every other day.. Ugh. Not me. If u follow the rules, such as showing up during dosing hours,etc u will have no issues.

I would recommend this practice. Dr. Mathur is an excellent doctor and head helped me tremendously.

Dr. Mathur is fantastic and Karen too!!! They have helped with my son so very much! Dr. Mathur doesn’t rush the visits like other Dr.’s. They genuinely care about the patient. Karen is great, she’s the glue. They are a fantastic pair. Professional, kind, knowledgeable, understanding and they both truly care about their patients. I highly recommend this office!

Caring counselor who helps work through situations. Highly recommend.

From the secretary to the first appointment with my counselor, these people are very caring and compassionate mental health workers. My counselor even went over a bit on my time since she had the time and it was a lot the first session to get through. I felt understood and listened to and could visualize for the fire time in a while a positive outlook and a plan. The secretary is also wonderful and really cares about those calling in to schedule and takes your concerns and who she places you with very seriously. Thank you!

They worked with me to get clean n stay clean. They are like my 2nd family. Thank you n love ya, Justina, Taylor n Jane.. The staff DIDN'T treat me like I was trash. They DIDN'T push meds on me, and let me stop when I was ready to stop. They even helped me at the beginning of this process when I DIDN'T have coverage. They helped me get covered, so I could get my life back n not worry about anything else.... 💯 % love this place! I've recommended it to anyone I know need help.

I see a therapist and his name is Alex (Every one goes by first names) and he has made me more outspoken. I'm am a really shy person when it comes to people I don't know. I also have a psychiatrist named Fabian, and compared to the psychiatrists I had before he is really good. He actually listens to me and is very understanding. He doesn't give me just any medicine. He takes his job seriously and I love that because I had doctor that didn't care about his job and prescribed me the wrong meds and refused to change it once I told him I don't feel like myself taking these medications.

I would rather go to Coleman’s then anywhere else because at least they help with your problems or anything you need they are there to help

Upon visiting my loved one they were happy and had a smile on their face which I had not seen in quite some time. My loved one was not nervous and actually feared they would have to leave there. The other houseguest all appear to be happy and taken care of. Very relaxed atmosphere and I finally felt that my loved one was in a safe loving place after two other homes

I don’t write too many reviews, but I used to go to the signature health pharmacy in Willoughby and switched over to the Painesville pharmacy probably about a year ago maybe a little more and I have to say the customer service at this pharmacy is outstanding. They have helped me through so many issues and just recently When a prior authorization hadn’t gone through not only were they kind and understanding but also super attentive to the situation! The man, I wish I knew his name, went out of his way to call me and let me know that everything was taken care of. A stressful situation made so much better by the employees! I just wanted to express my gratitude to that staff!

If your a veteran your care is top of the line, the nurses and Doctors care about you.I am adding to this post on Dec. 1 2025 my house was considered a total loss. I went to the VA. For assistance in this time of need. I am not service connected not disabled and they went above and beyond. 10 Stars.

The Butler VA center is probably the best one I have ever visited. Every doctor, secretary, and staff member I have interacted with was kind and professional.

Never had an issue any of the multiple times I've been in so far. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Very up to date and clean facility as well.

Love the Counselors and the staff. There is wonderful and nice there to help you and your time are quick to get you help. So you're not suffering when you show up. To get the help that you desperately need.

Okay they have stepped their game up some thankfully this program saved my life. If you don’t get take homes better plan for at least an hour of your time. They have one good nurse Shelly! And the staff is very good people they all truly care about you.

I recommend Urban Ounce of Prevention for Drug treatment and counseling, thanks to their welcoming and supportive environment I currently have over 7 months of drug and alcohol free time and they provide other resources which help to restore you to a sustainable lifestyle without drugs or alcohol. They also helped me find an apartment and provide transportation to and from their facility. The have mental health services, counseling and support which I have personally witnessed help many individuals to achieve and maintain sobriety. They also provide transportation to AA and CA meetings. They have shown me that they believe and are committed to recovery and restoration of a lifestyle which can reconnect families and help to restore children to their parents. They are culturally and spiritually oriented and accept multi cultural client. They also provide services for young people to stay clean and help them to achieve and accomplish positive things in their lives. Strongly recommended by me, they have made it possible for me to get back on track after decades of failure.

Well,one thing I can say, is that I really need to be here.The program as actually is helping me to believe in myself,it helps me to deal with my demons and also my addiction I know that I started out real rough if,it wasn't for Ms Georgia,Ms.Dashawna,Ms Carol and Mr.Eric I wouldn't be trying to change for the better.One day at a time.

This rehab was ok. What I liked most about it was they definitely taught me how I can have fun sober. We went for walks, bowling, church, fishing, got to see pigs, and meetings AA and NA, pottery, and the gym it was by far the best rehab I’ve ever been to!!! The staff really cares about your recovery. I am now 1month sober and counting! I feel awesome!!! Shoutout to my counselor Cami she was the absolute best!!! I would recommend this place for anyone trying to get sober. There are only 28 beds which is great! Cause then everyone has time to truly stay focused on their recovery and why they’re there. Thanks alpine for everything!

Best detox available in the western PA area. The nursing staff is top notch- Jeff will take great care of you. Shane will do whatever he can to help you. Comfortable beds, restaurant food, snacks at the ready, 24/7smoking outside. If you need help... Call them and they will pick you up! 💯

I was there at the end of 2017, and I've been clean and sober ever since. This place is great. They really care and respect their patients. They're great at taking you off-grounds for different things such as church, NA/AA meetings, walks if it's nice out, etc. The food is great, and there's always snacks to eat in between meals. My room felt more like a college dorm room than a room at a rehab, complete with its own private bathroom and shower. Definitely have all the good things to say about this place and am forever thankful for what they did for me.

This is such a wonderful place. It helped my husband and saved our marriage. I am thankful for the family therapy sessions that we can attend online. Glenbeigh treats not only the patient but educates the family too.

Awesome counselor

I went there back in 1979. I was a rebellious teenager with a suspended sentence to OYC. I can't say anything bad about it. I really enjoyed working in the machine shop. I got kicked out for of all things standing outside the dorm on the hill and getting high before church. It was a good experience for me. Really my first interaction with Jesus people. I remember the man who ran the machine shop asking me to help clean a building they threw all the garbage bags in before we took them to the dump. As we worked he told what Jesus did for him and it was really impressive. Keep up the good work. Even those of us who didn't make it there were able to go on to find the Lord. Keep planting seeds.
