I've used signature health for almost 10 years and have only had 1 bad experience when it came to my psychiatric care, and that was remedied as soon as I spoke with my case manager Dee. I also liked their primary care doctors as well and continued to do so I told I moved out of the area. I still use signature for my psych care, and in my 10 years at Signature health I will say that the beginning was a bit bumpy with case manager turnover but the last 8 years have been AMAZING. I had been working with Doc Wilhelm until his retirement and his replacement Katie is also amazing (I was a bit apprehensive at first but she made me feel at ease) I will say after Doc retired I also opted for a therapist as well and have been pretty consistent this time and I look forward to my weekly appointments with Kearney as well. Please keep up the amazing work!

No one ever said that it would be a picnic, or luxurious. The staff helps you to be as comfortable as you possibly can, while going through such a change. I was recently released from incarceration and I was without a prescription for not only my methadone, but for my anti depressants. All of the staff was so beyond kind and nurturing when i was feeling my worst. Every staff member i ve interacted with has introduced themselves and told me if i ever need anything to get on my feet, or need help before my next appointment to always call and they ll make time for me. They are so much more than addiction treatment. The doctor gave me a temporary prescription for my antidepressants while i find a doctor so i wouldn t be without (that helped me not be suicidal for the next month) and they also helped me to get my insurance set up. These people care. Even the patients i ve met here have been so kind. And if you re a woman or lgbtqia+ you ll love Faith the receptionist. Her style and she checked on me to make sure i felt safe when an older man was chatting with me :) (I was fine, he was awesome actually!) Above all, judgment doesn t seem to exist here. They ve helped me get on my feet and make me feel like i have a 2nd home in a matter of 3 appointments. Couldn t recommend them enough. Thank you guys.

Bright View in Akron are caring people. Visits are fast and efficient. The one in Canton also have a caring staff but the visits are too long for most appointments.I never give 5 stars because there is always room for improvement on any job.

I felt forgiveness immediately. Everyone is so kind, approachable, and well organized. I made an appointment just before the office opened on a Friday. I was in terrible withdrawal pain. Bright View's nurses and staff courteously excorted me to comfort. I'm glad I chose to go here. Group therapy is amazing and insightful. Transportation provided. Very little is not provided. Weekly prescriptions to begin with. The hotline is available at all times. I have been with Bright View since September 2023. Addiction is treatable and this clinic works well with me to try to solve my problems. They're going as far as they can to change individual drug habits and doing a great job.

I don t understand all the negative reviews. I have been going to Willoughby for 5 years, weekly. Yes, there are some providers that I am not a fan of. BUT, they have always helped me find someone who was a better fit. The receptionists are great, the pharmacy is great, and they also take feedback about their groups seriously. There s always going to be a few bad apples. But I credit signature and the providers I ve worked with for saving my life. I really needed the help, and they helped me navigate that.

The Ravenna VA Outpatient Clinic is a GREAT place to be a member of. I have never had to wait for a visit for more than 30 minutes. The Doctors are the best at this clinic. Dr B and Dr F are the best! I had Dr. B as my family physician at University Hospital in Ravenna for 3 years before he joined the VA staff which is next door to the VA clinic. He is an extremely intelligent Doctor and goes out of his way to be professional and dig into what might be causing any discomfort for you.I had an emergency problem, called the clinic and was assigned to Dr. F. in 2 hours who I never had contact with before the call. It turns out that he was also a carbon copy of Dr. B. Great listener and got right to a diagnosis of my problem and set me up with a quick procedure at the Hospital.The staff is also the best. Everyone that I have had contact with is very friendly and dedicated to their job.I have nothing but the highest opinion of the Ravenna clinic!

I just want to give the staff a massive thank you for taking care of my grandmother during what was indeed a scare for us. My grandmother has diabetes, AFIB, lupus and arthritis so it is difficult for us to be there for her 100% of the time as we live about 40 miles away. She came down with gram negative bacilli and they treated it with such devotion and care that I can say that five stars is not anywhere near enough to support the great doctors and nurses who work so hard to care for those in need. Thank you Cleveland Clinic Lutheran for all you do!

Townhall 2 has been very helpful. During my classes they would always have child care available! At first I was very unsure. Today my child loves going to her "class" while mommy is in hers. The staff makes Payton feel very special everytime we are there. That's more than I expected! Wonderful people!

I had an excellent experience at Portage Path North, especially with my provider Julie Ashkar. She was extraordinary and helped me immensely. She was very professional and efficient. She was extremely knowledgeable and stayed on top of the latest treatment approaches. I felt comfortable asking her about medication changes and was always confident that she genuinely wanted to help find the best option for me, as an individual. She got to know me and listened attentively. When I was struggling with depression she was able to help me get back to a healthier mindset by providing thoughtful, insightful and useful feedback. She even understood my quirky sense of humor and got me laughing quite often! (That truly is good medicine.) I made so much progress under her care that I was able to overcome fears and barriers that had been holding me back for decades. Julie Ashkar is one of the treasured medical professionals who is organized and skilled at following procedures yet still able to create meaningful connections with her patients. From a patient's point of view this is much needed in the mental health field and I greatly appreciate her help.
