I don’t leave reviews often, but it’s been years since I’ve seen Rachael McLaughlin here, but I think about her often. I saw her for the first time in 2017 and she saved my life. I saw providers who dismissed, misdiagnosed and gave me medication that did more harm than good. Rachael listened, gave me a diagnosis that made sense and went above and beyond to get me on the appropriate medication. That was 9 years ago, and last year was the FIRST time since then that I had a medication adjustment. Unfortunately due to insurance I had to find a new practice to go to, but had I never had an insurance change I’d still be seeing her to this day.

This clinic has been so good to me. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of their hours. I wish they had Saturday appointments or extended evening hours for those of us who work. That being said, if you need to work or be somewhere they will really work hard to get you seen, in and out in a timely manner. Also if you are late they will do their best to see you and make sure you get your medicine. It’s easy to reschedule If you miss, just call the number. The doctors REALLY truly care about you. The nurses are efficient, friendly and competent. The counselors have ALL been incredible (they went through a recent staff change) but the one I have now is absolutely incredible. I’ve developed a personal relationship and they really will do everything within their power to help you, connect you with community resource, one counselor even helped me get my first job. The groups are usually small but they do help AND there is a reward system for attending. I highly recommend Brightview. I’ve tried other programs and Brightview is hands down the best. As always, you get what you put in but Brightview will support you every step of the way if you let them!

High my name is Jeremy Schmidt n i just left Olympia grove recovery and oh my God I did a lot of things for the first time, for the first couple days it's going to be a little rough but after that it got better really comfortable all the staff and nurses are on point they take care of business specialty nurse Shar, whenever something was wrong Wendy r Kelly had got it done as soon as possible my my therapist was always seeing me once a week and talked about a lot of good stuff and you can tell she is not there just for the money she's there to help us, Danny was the best piano ever had she got things done and I didn't even have to speak to her she already had things rolling they are really good at their jobs and they show that they really care a lot we need more a lot to them, if I would recommend a treatment rehab facility for someone to go to Olympia Grove would definitely be the first one. And the new transport guy kept us safe when on our way to are our appointments have everything smooth I appreciate that. Lutheran Hospital is superb and it has a small town feel. My only complaint is some of the older medical receptionists seem to be DEI. They're just unfriendly and curt as if they used to work in public schools or a juvenile prison. They hate working with people but they got a job working with people.

This is my go to hospital for pretty much everything. It is really close to me, which is a plus. Most of the staff that I've dealt with are great. My only issue is the parking lot. After certain time, good luck finding a space to park. On a couple of times, I had to cancel my appointments due to the lack of parking. I really hope that they can fix that in the near future.

I’ve been coming to the Louis Stokes VA for a decade now and I always receive great care! I’m so thankful for my care team and the women’s health clinic here is really great! I hear so many veterans complain about other VA hospitals, and I’m forever grateful that has never been my experience. Sometimes the wait is a little long for some things, but that’s understandable if it isn’t urgent (for instance I had a standard dentist appointment in May and my cleaning appointment isn’t until the end of September), but I don’t mind because I always get taken care of.

I'm leaving next week for sober living. I will have been at Orca for 30 days by then. This place is amazing. This is my 5th time in rehab. The counselors, nurses, and staff are amazing. This is the only place that I have been to that I feel listened to, treated like an adult, and receive excellent information and resources. Also, they let you have your phones and allow you to go out on your own when you have been here for a week. Trust me when I say that I realized, by coming here, what my greatest stumbling block has been in staying sober. The knowledge that I'm taking with me has me very optimistic and positive about my future.

New Season on mentor ave is one of the best places I’ve ever been to from the caring and loving staff to the great counselors they have here at new season. Honestly this isn’t like any other place I’ve been to or tried, I’ve been in and out of rehabs, after cares, I’ve done a lot of in patient and out patient treatment and honestly at new season this is the first clinic where the people actually seem to care about you and treat you with respect that you deserve. These people actually care about you and are willing to work with anyone to help best fit their needs. They don’t judge or discriminate anyone here this is a great environment they have there at new season and I enjoy new season more than I enjoyed signature health but that’s just me.i am currently enrolled in there Iop group at new season and 10/10 recommended. Great people with fun activities and they feed you everyday what iop group does that??? Staff is very compassionate about veterans. Easier than going to main VA medical center in Cleveland. 95% of medical issues are handled effectively and efficiently. Doctors and nurses are really good. Highly recommend.

Edit: I am now with Roxanne and I cannot praise her enough. She is attentive, personable, down to earth, and kind. Funny too, which is just the thing I need. The counselors I have had were all great. Ellie has been excellent in guiding me. Fred listens to my concerns. And Tina the receptionist is kind and understanding.

Charak Center for Health and Wellness in Medina, Ohio has an amazing, helpful and caring staff who go out of their way to assist both new and existing clients. In addition, my provider Angal, is patient, knowledgeable and compassionate with my needs. I'd been with a therapist in Las Vegas for over 9 years and thought she was top-notch; however, Angal and the Medina office far surpass my prior Nevada experience.

I was in treatment here and I loved everyday of it the addiction breakdown we had in our classes was so good. The freedom that they did give us made me feel like I was still human..and the staff is just so awesome.
