I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I have been going to Willoughby for 5 years, weekly. Yes, there are some providers that I am not a fan of. BUT, they have always helped me find someone who was a better fit. The receptionists are great, the pharmacy is great, and they also take feedback about their groups seriously. There’s always going to be a few bad apples. But I credit signature and the providers I’ve worked with for saving my life. I really needed the help, and they helped me navigate that.
Some difficulty getting in but once I did the staff was great. As for the VA as a whole ..,. Still extremely subpar. Lake county does a good job though

Parking is weird especially for handicap only a few spaces by the door if parking in the back you cannot use that door have to walk to the front

The staff was always there to calm me down, I did always keep to myself, but it helped me cope and go through what I needed to learn. I’m glad I had a great doctor, and music therapy was my favorite part even though I didn’t get to do much of it.
