My time here was really rough . My detox was horrible but getting sober isn't supposed to be easy. But I can truly say that the staff here are amazing. They are truly the reason I stayed and continued onto treatment after. You really have to want to get sober and if that's your mindset this place will set you up for success.

New Season on mentor ave is one of the best places I’ve ever been to from the caring and loving staff to the great counselors they have here at new season. Honestly this isn’t like any other place I’ve been to or tried, I’ve been in and out of rehabs, after cares, I’ve done a lot of in patient and out patient treatment and honestly at new season this is the first clinic where the people actually seem to care about you and treat you with respect that you deserve. These people actually care about you and are willing to work with anyone to help best fit their needs. They don’t judge or discriminate anyone here this is a great environment they have there at new season and I enjoy new season more than I enjoyed signature health but that’s just me.i am currently enrolled in there Iop group at new season and 10/10 recommended. Great people with fun activities and they feed you everyday what iop group does that??? It keeps me busy and out of trouble so thank you to the loving staff at new season they truly are amazing and a blessing honestly.

I called New Season because I had questions about the program and have a family member who will be coming home soon and is interested in MAT. The lady who answered the phone ( her name was Octavia ) was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with no hesitation. I told my family member what was said and he will be scheduling an intake the day he is home. I feel good about New Season and my loved one’s future!

Excellent experience at the Labor & Delivery unit. All nurses and doctors were phenomenal. My situation ended up being a little complicated, and they handled it with complete care and professionalism. My doula was also running extremely late, but the nurses and doctors were so responsive to our needs that we didn’t need the doula. 100% recommend L&D at Geauga.

I'm leaving next week for sober living. I will have been at Orca for 30 days by then. This place is amazing. This is my 5th time in rehab. The counselors, nurses, and staff are amazing. This is the only place that I have been to that I feel listened to, treated like an adult, and receive excellent information and resources. Also, they let you have your phones and allow you to go out on your own when you have been here for a week. Trust me when I say that I realized, by coming here, what my greatest stumbling block has been in staying sober. The knowledge that I'm taking with me has me very optimistic and positive about my future.

UPDATED: I dont know what the negative reviews are about, but I've been coming here for years now and everyone has been incredibly kind. I have a counselor, nurse, and psychiatrist who have all been welcoming, nice, and informative. I'm glad I came here because the staff has been quick to help with questions regarding my prescriptions. They also offer medical tests for stds and dental care which I didnt know before. Im happy to be on the sliding scale and that this place offers affordable care for the working class and marginalized. Signature will help! :]

I don’t write too many reviews, but I used to go to the signature health pharmacy in Willoughby and switched over to the Painesville pharmacy probably about a year ago maybe a little more and I have to say the customer service at this pharmacy is outstanding. They have helped me through so many issues and just recently When a prior authorization hadn’t gone through not only were they kind and understanding but also super attentive to the situation! The man, I wish I knew his name, went out of his way to call me and let me know that everything was taken care of. A stressful situation made so much better by the employees! I just wanted to express my gratitude to that staff!

I see Tanya Fox as a psych NP at Ravenwood, and she is a complete godsend. She spent so much time and effort with me to reach a diagnosis, when I first showed up a year ago feeling upset and uncertain about everything. She is very patient, sympathetic, and reassuring. She’s great at listening to you and adapting to your concerns. She does a wonderful job at answering your questions and making sure you feel good about your treatment plan. She’s very welcoming, approachable, and available. She clearly is very knowledgeable and has well-thought-out Plan A’s, Plan B’s, (etc. as needed) so you can always stay hopeful. I just cannot say enough nice things about her. I’m so glad I found her.

The Edna House for Women is the best! It is a safe place to heal and to grow while living in a supportive and structured environment. The recent renovations have turned an already very special home into a beautiful place to live while beginning a new life in sobriety. Please know you literally changed my life several years ago and I wanted to thank you. I moved to this town and had been suffering for 1.5 years because the doc I had refused to change my med that wasn't working. The first visit your docs changed up the med and in 2 weeks I was no longer suffering. So Thank you for caring enough to try something different. I suffered unnecessarily for a year and a half...it's difficult to just find a new doc when you are suffering terrible. Moving to GH town and Charak saved me. When docs don't listen or work to find a solution it's difficult but go somewhere else. Advocate for yourself because 1.5 years of suffering that obviously was not necessary is IMHO criminal. I wish someone would have helped me get a different doc or had told me to keep trying different docs til I found one that cared. Thank you GH office for giving me my life back!

Sue in Stow is amazing!!!! She has always taken great care of me. I have been coming to the Charak Center for years and I look forward to seeing her bright and helpful face. She has talked me down several times when I was in bad shape. She still helps me when I am not feeling well. Sometimes I would end up end up in the hospital without her talking to me. The Crossroad Crisis Hotline has helped immensely over the years. The group of people who are in the crisis hotline group are so supportive, patient & caring. They listen to you & help in anyway they can. They have helped my family & I even on weekends! I don’t know what I would have done over the last couple years without their support & guidance. Parking (annex bldg) isn't free, and it's usually quite busy, so you might have to go up and up the ramps... but not nearly as congested/far/complicated as in the clinic's main campus. I'm leaving next week for sober living. I will have been at Orca for 30 days by then. This place is amazing. This is my 5th time in rehab. The counselors, nurses, and staff are amazing. This is the only place that I have been to that I feel listened to, treated like an adult, and receive excellent information and resources. Also, they let you have your phones and allow you to go out on your own when you have been here for a week. Trust me when I say that I realized, by coming here, what my greatest stumbling block has been in staying sober. The knowledge that I'm taking with me has me very optimistic and positive about my future.
