I went there back in 1979. I was a rebellious teenager with a suspended sentence to OYC. I can't say anything bad about it. I really enjoyed working in the machine shop.
I got kicked out for of all things standing outside the dorm on the hill and getting high before church. It was a good experience for me. Really my first interaction with Jesus people. I remember the man who ran the machine shop asking me to help clean a building they threw all the garbage bags in before we took them to the dump. As we worked he told what Jesus did for him and it was really impressive. Keep up the good work. Even those of us who didn't make it there were able to go on to find the Lord. Keep planting seeds.

High my name is Jeremy Schmidt n i just left Olympia grove recovery and oh my God I did a lot of things for the first time, for the first couple days it's going to be a little rough but after that it got better really comfortable all the staff and nurses are on point they take care of business specialty nurse Shar, whenever something was wrong Wendy r Kelly had got it done as soon as possible my my therapist was always seeing me once a week and talked about a lot of good stuff and you can tell she is not there just for the money she's there to help us, Danny was the best piano ever had she got things done and I didn't even have to speak to her she already had things rolling they are really good at their jobs and they show that they really care a lot we need more a lot to them, if I would recommend a treatment rehab facility for someone to go to Olympia Grove would definitely be the first one. And the new transport guy kept us safe when on our way to are our appointments have everything smooth I appreciate that. But My All in All experience I had there at Olivia Grove was very very good I do not complain about them it's a very very good treatment center no complaints thank you to Kelly and Wendy

Well I am 2 years sober this month off opiets and bright view showed me the path and gave me the means to do so. I spent 22 years on opiets so it was something I had convinced myself would never happen but bright view showed me it could! I have had nothing but great experiences at the ashtubula clinic. The staff there are amazing every single one!! I don't even have to give my name , I walk in and say " I'm here" and the girl will smile and say " ok I'll let them know"! I never have to wait long for anyone! The Dr. There and I laugh and have a great relationship at this point. I've been thinking of stopping my subulcad shot but I would miss them all SOoooooooo much so it's a hard descion at this point but thank you to the staff at Ashtubula bright view there truly the best!!!

I have been admitted here a couple times now. And I have to say, of all the hospitals I've been too (which has been a lot) this one by far has been the best overall. From the emergency room to the stay overnight rooms. It has always been clean or I see someone cleaning. The nurses, staff, Dr, and professionals I have encountered, have been friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and always take their time talking with me. I have never felt rushed with anyone of them. I jist want to say how appreciative I am to have a hospital where I finally feel peace coming to a hospital and know they will take the best care possible for me. The first time I had been to another hospital jist 2 days prior. That other hospital gave me fluids and a pain med and sent me back out in the waiting room. Where I sat for 8 hours just to tell me I had a stomach bug.

We have had several emergencies that brought us to this ER. We've been here for adults, children, and seniors.
We have always found the Geauga Hospital to be extremely thorough in the ER.
We've had Dr. Durdella several times in the ER, and she is very good at answering questions and explaining things.
My father in law has has two admissions to this hospital. Every nurse and care personnel that came into his room was kind, compassionate, helpful, and responsive.

New Season on mentor ave is one of the best places I’ve ever been to from the caring and loving staff to the great counselors they have here at new season. Honestly this isn’t like any other place I’ve been to or tried, I’ve been in and out of rehabs, after cares, I’ve done a lot of in patient and out patient treatment and honestly at new season this is the first clinic where the people actually seem to care about you and treat you with respect that you deserve. These people actually care about you and are willing to work with anyone to help best fit their needs. They don’t judge or discriminate anyone here this is a great environment they have there at new season and I enjoy new season more than I enjoyed signature health but that’s just me.i am currently enrolled in there Iop group at new season and 10/10 recommended. Great people with fun activities and they feed you everyday what iop group does that??? It keeps me busy and out of trouble so thank you to the loving staff at new season they truly are amazing and a blessing honestly.

I called New Season because I had questions about the program and have a family member who will be coming home soon and is interested in MAT. The lady who answered the phone ( her name was Octavia ) was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with no hesitation. I told my family member what was said and he will be scheduling an intake the day he is home. I feel good about New Season and my loved one’s future!

I'm concerned for the patients who need urgent care because of medication allergies and urgent questions..nurses need to call back asap. Hire more nurses and real doctors. Not a fan of nurse practitioners.. lots of gaslighting goes on with no communication. This disheartening and unprofessional. Please do better 🙏

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have major anxiety when it comes to any Healthcare related appointments with a new place. They all collectively work amazing together from one department to the next. They, meaning Primary Care, Mental Health,Case Managers, Dental and Pharmacy)respect your dignity and listen to you every step of the way. Then, they reassure you that if right then, wasn't the resolution, then come back and they will try another avenue. UPDATED: I dont know what the negative reviews are about, but I've been coming here for years now and everyone has been incredibly kind. I have a counselor, nurse, and psychiatrist who have all been welcoming, nice, and informative. I'm glad I came here because the staff has been quick to help with questions regarding my prescriptions. They also offer medical tests for stds and dental care which I didnt know before.
Im happy to be on the sliding scale and that this place offers affordable care for the working class and marginalized. Signature will help! :]

I see Tanya Fox as a psych NP at Ravenwood, and she is a complete godsend. She spent so much time and effort with me to reach a diagnosis, when I first showed up a year ago feeling upset and uncertain about everything. She is very patient, sympathetic, and reassuring. She’s great at listening to you and adapting to your concerns. She does a wonderful job at answering your questions and making sure you feel good about your treatment plan. She’s very welcoming, approachable, and available. She clearly is very knowledgeable and has well-thought-out Plan A’s, Plan B’s, (etc. as needed) so you can always stay hopeful. I just cannot say enough nice things about her. I’m so glad I found her.

I am deeply grateful for my experience at Charak Health and Wellness of Mentor. I've been to many other mental health agencies and have been extremely dissatisfied with my level of care and the way I have been treated. However, at Charak, they focus more on treating your symptoms rather than constant discussion of putting labels on you and making you feel insecure or bad about your mental state. Dr. Anikeev has completely turned me around from the inside out by being so kind hearted, attentive, understanding, and reassuring. He refills my medications on time and is very reliable. The Crossroad Crisis Hotline has helped immensely over the years. The group of people who are in the crisis hotline group are so supportive, patient & caring. They listen to you & help in anyway they can. They have helped my family & I even on weekends! I don’t know what I would have done over the last couple years without their support & guidance. I would refer anyone who is experiencing a mental health crisis or if you have a family member experiencing one to utilize that support option. I could never thank this team enough!

I am fairly new to this facility but the experience I have had so far has been amazing! The crisis management team member Jen has worked with me many times. They have helped me get my medications started again and a full time counselor. It takes a little while to get everything going but they do what they can when they can. The staff have all been super friendly especially a receptionist named "Grace". She went over and beyond with her kindness and it is much appreciated! If you are struggling with anything in the Ashtabula area please give these people a try.

Just discharged from this facility today, I wanted to shout out Missy because her art groups were my favorite, Ali for being so inspirational and making me truly believe that life can be better, Jordan for being absolutely amazing and delightful, and all the techs and group leaders I do not remember the names of.
I had to take the van home and the woman who drove was very considerate of me and everyone else in the van.
I have been here 3 times, this being my third. I'm always surprised by how nice the staff is.
Thanks also to Dr Patadia for overseeing my care and making sure I was ready to go.

Brought my aunt from Rock Creek in to the ER and the immediate care she was shown/given was heartwarming. Rochelle took her information then Katie the intake nurse was like superwomen. Her professionalism and ability to multitask considering the circumstances was so impressive. Lynnae the bedside nurse rushed in with Amara and other professionals to prep and run tests. After Dr Holders brief but efficient visit Christina took over for Lynnae then Linda and David swiftly grabbed the x-rays. Sue politely retrieved my aunt for a scan. Everyone was amazing!
Highly recommend this place and the night staff.Thank you for showing you care and assisting in my aunts recovery!

Dr. Goldman is by far one of the BEST doctors we’ve encountered while on this unexpected medical journey. She’s dedicated, educated, caring and persistent.
