My mother-in-law, Helen Sanchez, passed away in the emergency room last night, 12/29. The staff...from the Doctor to the nursing staff, were all so respectful, kind, gentle, most empathetic I have ever seen in any health facility. They almost seemed as if they were experiencing our sadness and pain with us. I wish to complimant your ER staff...the deserve kudos! I was a resident there in the late 80s I remember the staff there I remember a lot of the staff members. They were very supportive got me through a lot of hard times I didn’t have the greatest upbringing, but the first time I fell in love With a boy, he was a resident there as well. I don’t have a whole Lotta great memories in my life, but I remember being there and I remember having somebody that I could talk to whether it was a staff member or staff member in the unit. The counselors used to sing a song and play guitar and it was such an amazing song and this day I remember that song, I remember going on activities and playing baseball and finally for the first time in my life having somebody that actually listen to me I would actually love to be able to get a hold of an employee there. His name is Glenn. He was on the boys unit last I heard he was working in the school Wrote a story about the boy I remember in my life during time I really needed them so thank you To the staff that was there during the time I was there

Many things have changed here over the years. Appointments are available within days of a request, care in the community has improved, no longer being stuck self paying my own medical bills, the "new" whole health program allows chiropractic care and other hard to find programs to increase health, dental care, especially Dr O'brien, is hands down the best dentist in the area, I could go on, please keep up the good work!

They have the front of the hospital under construction and half the parking lot blocked off. You also have to go in the urgent care entrance. It is quite a walk to the urgent care entrance door.

If you're going to go to Stairways, make sure you go to this one if you have the chance. Their State St. location is for their ACT program, which you have to be referred to, and it does not operate the way this clinic does. Becky, the woman who runs this clinic, is a very knowledgeable and understanding woman. There were several times she took the time to personally speak to me regarding issues I was having at the other clinic. I never had issues at this clinic, at least not the kind I had at their other one. The nurse practitioner, Dan, has personal experience with dual diagnosis and he is also very knowledgeable. He is very attentive to the needs of his patients. There is another NP here, Kassie, who also does a pretty good job of listening to her patients. Ultimately, Stairways is not a bad organization. But, if you have the choice, do not go to the 8th St. location and go here instead. You will receive much better treatment.

I was here Probally 30 years ago. Senior unit. Father Regis was there at that time. Great great guy. I forget my counselor name but frank and Patti I remeber. That place did a lot for me. Learned to go work everyday working In the woodshop with Paul? Can’t remember. A lot of people saying there kids got jumped. Not sure how that can happen. We were never alone for more that a few minutes . But it was an experience I won’t forget. Especially when I should have been released but my mom said no and the counselor couldn’t make up lies anymore of why I was there stayed 2 months longer than needed for school to be out even though I got my ged they hys.

I was kind of reluctant to go here given the reviews. However, everyone here has always been so nice and friendly, from the receptionist, to the nurses who take my vitals to Morgan, the PA I see. Morgan is the only one whose name I remember, and she is absolutely incredible! She is so nice and you can tell she really wants to help you get back on track. If you need help, I absolutely recommend this place.. Go, get help, get better, this is definitely the place to go! Edit: I think this is also where Paige, the provider I saw when I was in the CRU sees office patients. She is also absolutely incredible! They do have some amazing, highly trained professionals! Don't judge the entire office by some who have not been kind - they do have providers that really do care here. I didnt tell Morgan (of course), but i had definitely planned to end things before 2026 got here. Now, I have hope that things will actually get better - something I gave up on a long time ago! She really does care, she really, really wants to help. Her compassion and willingness to fight for me has given me the strength I needed to keep going when I had given up and just couldn't do it anymore!

I did 11 and a half months at there facility back in 04 05 if it wasn't for this place I would be in jail or dead it taught me what I needed to become a better me a happier me without the drugs it taught me how to make it in life I now am a supervisor of a major environmental company I have 4 crews of guys I am in charge of I have a wife and 2 kids I provide for and none of it would of been possible if it wasn't for this place thanks Mrs Danielle, Mr.Vic Mr.Row and all the others you guys made me who I am today and i thank all of you with everything i got I'll never be able to repay you all for what you did for me I hope you guys might see this Signed Little Hit** that one from WV thanks again

This rehab was ok. What I liked most about it was they definitely taught me how I can have fun sober. We went for walks, bowling, church, fishing, got to see pigs, and meetings AA and NA, pottery, and the gym it was by far the best rehab I’ve ever been to!!! The staff really cares about your recovery. I am now 1month sober and counting! I feel awesome!!! Shoutout to my counselor Cami she was the absolute best!!! I would recommend this place for anyone trying to get sober. There are only 28 beds which is great! Cause then everyone has time to truly stay focused on their recovery and why they’re there. Thanks alpine for everything!

I was there at the end of 2017, and I've been clean and sober ever since. This place is great. They really care and respect their patients. They're great at taking you off-grounds for different things such as church, NA/AA meetings, walks if it's nice out, etc. The food is great, and there's always snacks to eat in between meals. My room felt more like a college dorm room than a room at a rehab, complete with its own private bathroom and shower. Definitely have all the good things to say about this place and am forever thankful for what they did for me.

My boyfriend and I were taking a trip two hours from home, when he had a very scary emergency and he had to be brought here. We were here for 2 nights, 3 days. The staff has been exceptionally helpful, so polite, and very understanding of his condition. Mady, Reza, Desiree, Habibah, Barbara, and Chelsea were all amazing. We had interacted with many more, but those are the only names I can remember. They were all very thorough, explained what they were doing as they were doing, and answered our many questions.
