This rehab was ok. What I liked most about it was they definitely taught me how I can have fun sober. We went for walks, bowling, church, fishing, got to see pigs, and meetings AA and NA, pottery, and the gym it was by far the best rehab I’ve ever been to!!! The staff really cares about your recovery. I am now 1month sober and counting! I feel awesome!!! Shoutout to my counselor Cami she was the absolute best!!! I would recommend this place for anyone trying to get sober. There are only 28 beds which is great! Cause then everyone has time to truly stay focused on their recovery and why they’re there. Best detox available in the western PA area. The nursing staff is top notch- Jeff will take great care of you. Shane will do whatever he can to help you. Comfortable beds, restaurant food, snacks at the ready, 24/7smoking outside. If you need help... Call them and they will pick you up! 💯

I was there at the end of 2017, and I've been clean and sober ever since. This place is great. They really care and respect their patients. They're great at taking you off-grounds for different things such as church, NA/AA meetings, walks if it's nice out, etc. The food is great, and there's always snacks to eat in between meals. My room felt more like a college dorm room than a room at a rehab, complete with its own private bathroom and shower. Definitely have all the good things to say about this place and am forever thankful for what they did for me.

Great Clinic. I started at the New Castle Location when it was The Discovery House and then transferred to the Cranberry location when I moved, and then ended here at the Farrell location when I moved again back to Ohio. They accepted Ohio medicaid and I really didn't want to change clinics, so I stayed with Discovery House/Comprehensive Treatment Center. Each location was fantastic. By far my favorite clinics. Counselors and staff were 100% amazing and super caring, considerate and most importantly understanding and non judgemental. I really recommend this place.

Great Clinic. Probably the best place around however the mandatory meetings and counseling every month was a bit extreme. It's extremely hard to make time for all that and keep a job plus have a family.

I switched clinics in July. So I've been going here to New Season in Mentor for about 5 months now. I'm used to a much bigger clinic in Youngstown. I had gone to the clinic in Youngstown for almost 7 years. It was great until the main doctor left and then the medical team lost their ability to communicate effectively as a whole. So now I'm at New Season and even though the drive from Ashtabula County sucks in the winter, I don't have to go that often. They easily transitioned me from my last clinic and continued me on my same dose and same take home status. I'm happy to say that this clinic may be very tiny in comparison, it's a comfortable and welcoming place. I assure you that you will not ever feel judged while coming to this clinic. Be open and honest with them about whatever meds you're on and they'll work with you. It's a safe place. I do hope to see it grow maybe a little more. But they seem to be fully staffed and equipped for the amount of patients they have for now. Nothing bad to say about this place at all. Oh and because they are a smaller clinic they do nice things like a patient appreciation event and a Halloween party. Very awesome!

I've been to multiple places for treatment and this place is BY FAR the best I've been to in 10 years. The appointment process does take a bit longer than most places but you can tell the people who work here genuinely care about you. They listen AND accommodate to your wants and needs. Lisa in the Physician and Medical Staff Credentialing Department went above and beyond to help with a very serious problem with one of the staff hospitalists. Jessica W. the nursing supervisor also went above and beyond trying to find this doctor to get resolve as did Sarah B the day before. Wasn’t sure what to expect but Anazao met me where I was at. After years of cocaine and drinking, I’d lost myself. The team here didn’t just help me detox, they helped me rebuild. They listened, gave me tools to cope with the depression I’d kept buried for too long. It wasn’t flashy, but it was solid. I do wish there was more physical activity in the program. Still, I left feeling useful again.

They're not open 24hrs. 8-5 m-f. This place is punishment for being mentally ill and they never respond to bad reviews. I was abandoned by one of the lazy psych nurses. She gave me meds and never checked on me for a year because SHE cancelled every one of my appointments but they all say cancelled by patient. The counselor gas lighted me the whole time and never gave me any advice that I could use because he dismissed all of my symptoms whenever I talked about it. He was only concerned about suicidal thoughts and not with my current quality of life. Now I have to wean myself of meds that never worked in the first place. Thanks Ann and Justin. Zero stars do not recommend.

I had good experiences here at signature health but this one not too great. I've been trying to get counseling service through them and when I finally did have an appointment to have counseling the lady canceled the next day and I left a voicemail with Kirsten stating that the lady canceled for some reason and and she never got back to me about that then last Friday I got a letter stating that they couldn't get a hold of me and if I didn't answer by December 28th the services would be closed nobody has reached out to me or anything and I really needed this counseling because I've been in the bad place for a while and it seems like I'm not getting no help with them it took a while to even request a new counselor and I finally get a new one and then she cancels the next day what's going on?.

Had a wonderful experience with THIS location of Signature Health. Polite staff that alwayanswers the phone and medical staff gets back to you quickly or even immediately when you’re having trouble with condition or medication(s). Appointments are simple to set up within reasonable time frame and keep on a specific schedule that covers the patient’s needs as well. I had great help at the Ashtabula location. Thankyou for all your help guys!!!!!! P.S. NOT THE SAME EXPERIENCE AT THE LAKEWOOD LOCATION!!!! THAT location truly was no help. I had to write a review just for that girls tantrum about Sarah. I’ve seen her for 5 years and went from agoraphobia to social anxiety. Progress doesn’t happen over night therapy is a process and calling her a prissy princess is so embarrassing for you. You obviously need some healing and sorry this place wasn’t right for you. Sarah offers ranges of therapy that is effective if you stick to your treatment plan.

Psycare is a great clinic. Everyone has always been warm and welcoming. Sarah (my counselor) is the best, she has helped me get through so many difficult periods of my life and has truly helped me better myself in more ways than one. She is kind, empathetic, supportive, and genuine. I honestly don’t think I would have been able to get a handle on my anxiety and overall mental health if it wasn’t for her. She is truly a great counselor.
