The new building is in need of handicap access to the front door, it also needs automatic door opens for emergency exits and also the clinic opening doors. It was nice of them to call me and let me know if I needed help to the front of the building, because I do not walk. It was also nice of them to contact me twice just to make sure that I was going to my appointment. The two ladies at the front desk were very helpful, also there is a nurse in the back named Lisa. Lisa worked hand in hand with Dr Tanner and I was treated with respect and understanding. The clinic is a good place to go, if you're in need of medical Care.

The staff is awesome, and really like working with Dr. Lowe on my health care, really a great doctor that I feel very comfortable in talking to. Great job Payson VA. Dr. Lowe and staff do a fantastic job! Customer Service is fantastic. Nina and Kat will take good care of you when you call ahead to schedule an appointment. Their nurses, Cory and Angie, are very friendly and courteous and will provide you with professional services. If you are a veteran, give this place a try. Dr. Lowe also has a phlebotomist named Mindy who is also courteous and kind. If you need help with anything, she will be the first who will take good care of you.

I was so scared asking for help and didn’t know where to go, but this place came highly recommended. The only bad thing is that the fact that I had to leave anybody looking to get help there is not a better place to go in here. the staff is absolutely incredible. 1) Soul Surgery website shows luxury properties that Soul Surgery no longer rents. They have been evicted from EVERY SINGLE FACILITY!!!
2) Soul Surgery borrowed hundreds of thousands of dollars if not in excess of $1m in the last 6-7 months from hard money lenders who are now have been forced to sue for non-payment. Rather than pay the employee wages Mr. Mulligan used the money to continue his lavish lifestyle such as private jet, Lamborghini's, multi million dollar yachts, multi million dollar houses!!
3) ALL OF THE employees have been left without pay and health insurance!!!

My Mom has been with Soul Surgery for the past 2 months. It's been truly amazing to witness her transformation & continued progression since joining.
What I love about Soul Surgery is that it has provided my Mom with a stable environment to live alcohol-free, receive support and training for sober living, and encourages her freedom in creating a fulfilled and joyful life.
She rides her bike every day around the city and nearby parks, chooses to meal prep her food weekly for health, enjoys fun hobbies, and is free to come and go as she pleases. She is vibrant, excited about life, and is consistently engaged in the training activities and group meetings that she attends daily.
I am happy that we are able to spend time together anytime on and offsite. It was great to get together on Memorials Day for swimming & family time. It is so nice to get to visit and talk on the phone and in person.
I am extremely grateful for Soul Surgery and the difference it is making for my Mom. I am looking forward to seeing her continue on her path of recovery and create everything she desires for her life. <3

Scottsdale Providence changed my whole life. I walked in completely broken, drinking and using to survive, carrying years of trauma and pain I didn’t even know how to set down. I didn’t know what I needed. I just knew I couldn’t keep living the way I was bc it was killing me. From the second I got there, the staff saw me in a way nobody ever has. They understood me. They didn’t judge me. Everything they do has intention. Nothing is random. There is rhyme and reason behind every group, every boundary, every tough conversation, and every moment they push you to sit with yourself instead of running.
And honestly, the people you meet here… they’re a huge part of the healing. The patients are amazing bc the staff creates a space where everyone feels safe and connected. You end up being transparent in ways you never have before. You hear everyone’s truth. You share yours. You feel seen and less alone. That kind of honesty changes you.
Most of the staff are addicts in recovery too, with years and years of sobriety. That makes such a difference. They don’t talk at you. They talk with you. They get the addict mind. They understand the shame, the fear, the spiraling, the survival mode. They know what it feels like to want to quit and still feel pulled back in. You just feel understood on a soul level.
They didn’t just help me stop drinking and using. They helped me understand why I did it. They got to the root emotionally, physically, and spiritually. They taught me tools I actually use every single day. They challenged me when I wanted to shut down. They held space for me when I couldn’t catch my breath. Not once did I feel judged. I felt guided. With this facility transitioning to a hybrid sober living platform requiring the daily programming with the way it has been taught has been life changing to say the least, the opportunity my wife and I have been given to join this program I must say not only my life individually has been saved my marriage has been as well and that has not been a focus in fact my marriage saved is a most pleasant by product of my own and my wife's sobriety as individuals, while my wife and I are working this program as individuals our bond has grew in strength along with the connection we have which is growing daily, this in depth 12 step based program has taught me how to live differently in sobriety. With learning how to live differently in sobriety the freedom to come and go as we please along with the ability to work has been excellent to allow us to experience the outside world while still in a safe environment, with this being my first and only treatment that I've ever gone through it be extremely difficult to imagine any other program having the impact Soul Surgery has had on me if I was given a choice how I want to attain sobriety I would chose this place, I am forever thankful and greatful for having the opportunity for sobriety and learning how to use the tools from who I have learned them from.

PPR played a vital role in my recovery. I’m in long-term recovery from literally every substance and mental health issue known to man. It’s been a very difficult journey and I’m beyond grateful to have found Estil Wallace and Cornerstone. I’m a graduate school student, intern, and entrepreneur. I work in behavioral health and I was having a really hard time finding a safe space to focus on my own recovery. I attended the Tuesday night men’s stag meeting and IMMEDIATELY felt at ease. It’s an AMAZING men’s AA meeting. Very clearly literature-based and solution-oriented. Not only is the building IMMACULATE but I saw men reading Big Books and doing Step Work. I had to work through a lot of trauma and a lot of grief before I felt comfortable enough to go anywhere besides therapy and the gym. As soon as I got to Cornerstone, I felt SAFE. Obviously, no one comes here (particularly the first time) when everything in his or her life is going perfectly and all of his or her hopes and dreams have just come true. If you find yourself in need of CMS you are probably at or below rock bottom. Furthermore, I would think it would go without saying that to be an employee of CMS or any similar business, one would have to be kind, patient, and understanding but as anyone who has ever been to the Cactus location will undoubtedly confirm, that isn't the case. I was at Cactus for less than one month, but have witnessed first-hand as well as through friends who have been going there for years, that nearly the entire staff at that location seem to hate their jobs only slightly less than they hate their clients. Rude, disrespectful, and in some cases what can only be described as intentionally cruel and bordering on sadistic was what I came to expect from CMS, until moving to this location on the corner of 23rd Avenue and Northern. Here, the opposite is true as I have witnessed all the best qualities humanity has to offer from nearly everyone on staff. This includes the receptionists at the front desk, through the nurses, providers and counselors, not only towards me but generally to all people who are the most in need of such compassion and yet are often the least likely to receive it from a society that has been taught to see people suffering this affliction and instead judge them to be undesirables, criminals, or worse. In particular, Bea at the front desk and Kaleen, my counselor need to be recognized. Even when surrounded by other people demonstrating the correct way to treat those in need of help and support, Bea and Kaleen manage to distinguish themselves with their empathy and warmth. If you should ever find yourself in need of a place like CMS, you will be hard-pressed to discover anywhere more welcoming and less judgemental. Neither will you find a staff more compassionate, nor are you likely to encounter people who more embody the traits we should honestly expect from everyone in a health care field. While it would be nice if services like this were no longer needed, I couldn't be more pleased to have found this CMS location at a point where I couldn't have needed them more.
Just one last thing to add. I noticed more 1-star reviews for this location than I would have expected. When I investigated this a little further, I discovered that all but two of the negative reviews were from at least six years ago and one of the two "newer" poor reviews was two years old. If you were swayed by the criticism, I hope you now believe (as I do) that the problems that apparently plagued this location were in the past. It truly does appear that they have taken the past critiques seriously, have addressed those issues, and now run a clinic with nearly perfect ratings. While I was initially distressed to see so many low scores after posting my honest, very flattering opinion of this CMS, especially after making the point that the kindness and compassion I witnessed wasn't only directed at me, I am relieved to learn that the overwhelming majority of those scores were from a time before I started coming here. I also now wonder if several or many employees moved from this location to Cactus five to seven years ago...

Methadone treatment saved my life and don't listen to what anyone tells you or what you may have heard about methadone treatment just make the call and come talk to one of the counselors to get the facts and then give it a chance because they don't expect anyone to be cured overnight but they can offer the support and start you on medication and give you more the next day and keep sticking to that plan to show up everyday youll keep getting a little bit more everyday by the end of your first week you will start to feel so much better by end of week 2 you'll be able to get a good night's rest 3rd week you won't worry because the withdraws will subside by week 4 you'll still be raising your dose but withdraws will be gone but you may still have cravings or you may not need to raise your dose any higher but whatever the case they will give you everything you need to get you drug free until you have no more cravings and you will soon wander why you waited so long to start treatment. Whatever excuses you have not to start or keep going back they can help with getting rides , filling application for access if you need help paying or can't pay they have lots of programs that might qualify you for help to get started on treatment so give them a call , you won't regret it and privacy for patience is a top priority so if your worried someone might find out like an employer or family member they do not and will not ever acknowledge if someone is or is not a patient so they can protect every person who walks thru their doors from having to worry about the choice to come there and consequences of someone finding out they make every patient sign a non disclosure agreement so if someone you know happens to show up one Day they are banned from exposing any person or patient or even talking about seeing someone while they are there for treatment so it's very discreet and you need to take a chance make the call and get your life back on track because your never to old to learn something new like how to live your life sober and happy so they will give you the tools you will need to succeed and I hope if I can convince just one person to try then these words will have been worth all it took to get them somewhere to let someone find them and if I save just one person that's enough for me and I hope to see you there one day

This place doesn’t make you feel worthless because of the reason you are here. They extend more than just help with drugs. They’re sincere and human and my counselor Marne is amazing and a wonderful woman. She has definitely been in my life and has made such a huge difference in my recovery from prescription pain meds to now Suboxone. This is going to be my sixth year in recovery. Highly recommend this place.

I was able to leave this program with some of the tools needed to help in my recovery. The groups were amazing! It is set up like a small village. You have multiple houses and meeting center in the middle of them. They also take you out for trips to the park and even church on Sundays.

I learned a lot going to TLC. I have heard many stories about others and how they don’t work but this one works! The staff are absolutely amazing and help anyone and everyone in anyway possible. It’s a 4 month treatment center but in that 4 months they teach you so much and they help you get back on your feet. You go out and look for jobs so that when your time is done there you should have a job and some money saved up and not just thrown back out in the streets! This place was a god send!

They keep trying to charge my FSA card monthly, unauthorized. I paid up front for the detox and resedential for my spouse. My partner only spent 4 days there earlier in the year. They wont respond to my inquiries or refund me. I sent a copy of the EOB from my insurance along with proof of charging my FSA card additionally. Still no response. I really don't know what else to do. I've been given the run around and no one returns my calls.

My daughter was there for 90 days. I visited her, I loved the atmosphere, so peaceful, and they helped my daughter a lot. The staff was outstanding, everyone was so pleasant. I have heard a lot of people say this is a cult because of the reciting, well I guess catholisism is a cult because of standing and sitting and repeating after the priest. I graduated the program and did the continuess program, did internship then got a job, place and car.. I worked the program,, just like any other program ITS UP TO YOU weather you succeed or not!!! I'm grateful that I was able to get closer to my higher power, graduate drug court, mend my relationship with my daughter and parents, grow in many areas and become stable ,employed and learn about myself, traditions, culture, and so much more. Its not easy but its worth it! Rose and Peter were my mentors. I still keep in touch with Peter! He was the best and showed genuine care.
